The tour to Canterbury and the Cliffs of Dover made this Christmas Day memorable. Attending Christmas service at the cathedral and meeting the Archbishop of Canterbury made the Christmas celebration very special. What made the day even more enjoyable was our tour guide, David from South Africa, and our driver. Their generosity was greatly appreciated. They were in no hurry to return to their families on this holiday, but rather they added extra stops to our trip which extended our day but provided additional experiences. David is a wonderful story teller. He provided a great deal of color and background to England's history, even acting out some of the historical events. Our trip to the English Channel is one of our favorite stories to tell our friends David is the best tour guides we have ever had!!

We did two tours - the Christmas Lights Night Tour and the all day London tour including the trip to Greenwich and the London Eye. Both tours were good, but the guides made the trips that much better. Aidan on the night tour and especially Tish on the all day tour. We gave Tish a run for her money but she kept up and was a good sport. Both guides were very knowledgeable and offered interesting insights. These were not our first Golden Tours and won't be our last. Thank you Tish!

Four sites is too many in one day. 13 years ago, I did Windsor, Salisbury and Stonehenge - busy but not frantic like when adding Bath. We had NO time for Windsor, had to practically run through - it was ridiculous.

Really enjoyed night time tour of London. our guide was Jane. She was friendly and had lots of facts and info. Even though we got wet, poncho came in very handy. would recommend tour.????

The tour bus was comfortable, the tour guide (Simon) was personable and very knowledgeable and the sites very interesting. In my opinion this tour tries to cram too much in for one day, suggest you scale back to make this 2 1-day tours or a 2-day tour with a night spent in Bath. I also think the stop in Bath should include entry into the Roman baths, which is one of the founding reasons for the Roman city (appreciate it would cost more).
If the tour was split up or spread over 2 days, the tour guide could perhaps provide walking tours at the stops.

The guide and driver did their job very well. We found the bus stop in London on time, but it would be nice if Golden Tours could provide more detailed information or a precise map of the bus stop in London. Most buses leave from a bus station you can only find by walking through a building. One or two buses of Golden Tours were found on the Buckingham Road. I sort of found the other buses by accident.
We did the Bath-Stonehenge tour and had lots of free time in Bath after the guide had given a short introduction of Bath and after visiting the Roman Baths. I was very happy with that, as it felt less like we needed to hurry from one place to another.

Highly experienced Guide Morten & Driver Armondo were the perfect hosts on this well organised tour with sufficient time allocated to each visiting place. Along the way Morten told us many funny behind the scene stories. Recommend you add the Dungeon Tour at Warwick Castle.

This was a great way to get to Leavesden from central London without having to deal with overground train changes and transport from the train station to the studio (which I did on a previous visit). Having done the Harry Potter studio tour before (before Gringott's, vaults, and Forbidden Forest were added), I knew that three hours at the studio wouldn't be nearly enough to see everything, so we chose the special event, which gave us five hours of tour time. We skipped the meet and greet with the Phelps twins because the line was too long, but still felt we got a great value for the price. The one complaint is that the description said one of the HP movies would play to and from Leavesden. That didn't happen and when we asked, the driver was entirely unaware of it. It's not a big deal, but because it was expected, I didn't bring anything to read on the bus. It would have been a nice addition since it was promised.

I was on the three stop day trip to Windsor, Stonehenge, and Bath. It seemed like great stops but too much travel in one day so it only left time for short visits to each site and a lot of time on the bus. Not sure what the remedy is. The guide, Sasha, seemed nice and entertaining, but sometimes tended to ramble a bit, maybe trying too hard to be an entertainer. Bus was nice and clean. Bus driver seemed to do a great job.

We chose & paid the day tour to Windsor, Stonehenge & Roman bath tour but the tour guide did not allow us to enter Roman bath. We showed him the e- receipt but issued an orange band.

Given the short winter daytime and distance to Dover, it may be better not including this site into the one-day trip.

Viewing screen in bus was not working so we could not watch the movie on the way to Harry Potter world other then that the Quinn outside in the cold for 39-40 min is not very nice,.
But overall it was ok

Morton was an excellent tour guide with plenty of knowledge for the places we visited. He kept us on track and knew the best places to stand or be so that we could experience everything on our tour. Jim was very skilled at maneuvering us through the London traffic.
