All ways a pleasure booking, Georgia found exactly what we was looking for ,after a small chat on the phone and her expertise she has found us some amazing place to stay and we can’t wait to go and book another holiday with them.

This will be our third trip (and thus third booking) with Imagine Travel. They always take care of issues quickly and politely, always have answers or know who will, always get back to me when I need them to. And they understand what I am looking for when I explain it---which comes from their specific knowledge of the place I am headed.

Matt provided fantastic service from the moment he answered my first call. His knowledge and expertise of the region coupled with his calm, easy manner made choosing Imagine as the provider of our safari trip the simplest of decisions. He earned my trust from the outset and I commend him most highly.

I would add, of course, that the end product he has been able to provide meets our needs entirely, so I was also very impressed with the range of options, the flexibility provided, and the completeness of the service - all questions answered, all "must do's/must haves" provided - so also well done Imagine!

I sincerely hope my praise is effusive on our return as it is before we leave . . . !

I booked a safari holiday with Sebastian as he was really knowledgeable about the actual camps he had booked for us. All the information came from his personal experience rather than what he was told by the tour operator. He was really easy to deal with and nothing seemed too much trouble, even though my questions must have seemed endless, never having been on safari before.

Eli from Imagine Travel organised a bespoke three week plus holiday in South America with superb efficiency and swiftly, in a positive and charming way. Her professionalism and knowledge was only exceeded by her character. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her.
I can only give her and Imagine Travel (South America) top marks.

This is my 3rd booking with Imagine Travel and I can't say enough about the EXCELLENT service from Matt Gammon. He is professional, efficient and responds back promptly to all my questions and requests. I'm looking forward to my next vacation with Imagine Travel. I would definitely recommend Imagine Travel to anyone looking for a unique travel experience.

The patience, understanding and knowledge shown by their travel consultant, Eli, was second to none. We had a few ideas and she was able to build what promises to be a really exciting holiday around these. She consulted us at every step and we felt we had a holiday truly individually tailored for us. One of the most important factors is the budget and I felt she could accommodate all levels.
Her enthusiasm for Costa Rica was contagious and I can't wait for the holiday to come round

I had in fact been recommended by one of my friends to another travel agent. They provided me with an excellent itinerary but their quote seemed to be on the extremely high side for South Africa. So I provided Bjorn from Imagine Africa with the information and asked him to quote for the same itinerary. His quote was 35% cheaper than his competitors for basically the same route, hotels and car hire. So obviously I went with him. So far so good then and Bjorn will be looking out for a good deal for me on premium economy flights as soon as they become available.

Imagine Asia was very good in customizing our itinerary for our Trip to Japan in order to make the most of it the days we are there during the Cherry Blossom! Very efficient and fast in altering the itinerary based on feedback, but at the same time providing ideas and recommendations of what they think we will like based on our personalities!

Our previous Imagine holiday to Costa Rica had been a perfectly organised five stars experience throughout, but I found Imagine Canada a little disappointing in comparison. This was a self drive holiday, so we chose Imagine to organize the itinerary, car hire and hotels for us. The hotels and lodges featured in the brochure were all fantastic, but as we booked late (in February for July) two of the lodges were booked up and I found the replacements were not the expected Imagine style. They were clean and friendly, but just not special or luxurious. We were below budget, so could have afforded to pay a little extra if required.
There were some inaccuracies in the itinerary. We were asked to check it carefully, but had trusted this had been done already by the agent, so we skimmed over it without checking distances on google maps or using a calculator. One of the driving times was clearly a mistake ( turned out as 6 instead of 3 hours, same route, no traffic), which came as a nasty surprise on the day. Also there was no possible way we could have returned the hire car on time in Vancouver with the timing of the ferry crossing that was booked for us. When I called the local Imagine agent for advice they were rather defensive and suggested we might incur a penalty charge for the late return, which caused us unnecessary stress. Luckily for us there was no surcharge as we had also picked the car up late on arrival, so this did not spoil our holiday. We would use Imagine again, but next time we will make sure to check everything ourselves carefully before travel.

We had an amazing holiday in Madagascar with Imagine Africa, we will definitely be using them again for other holidays. Excellent value, great service!!

I have now used Imagine for 6 holidays, 4 in South America and 2 in south east Asia. I wouldn't use anyone else for long-haul holidays. Their high level of customer service kicks in as soon as you ask for ideas and follows all the way through revising and finalising plans, sending out travel documents and making sure every step of the holiday goes smoothly. Staff get to know your likes and dislikes and pitch ideas accordingly. We have been to places and had experiences we would never have found for ourselves. It's independent travel with a safety net. Can't wait for the next adventure.

Once again, all the travel arrangements went like clockwork, took all the stress out of connections and transfers, accommodation and activities were top notch, Pierre put together a fabulous itinerary as he had done for our previous holiday, the safari tour guide was knowledgable, sociable and kept us safe. this was our 2nd time with Imagine and it won't be the last, looking to book for next year in the coming month - highly recommend

From the first contact, our expert Simon, was outstanding in listening to our wishes for this holiday and I cannot fault our trip in any way. Communication here and whilst away was exemplary and we were looked after in every way. The service Simon gave us was first class and I would not hesitate to recommend Imagine Travel or use this company in the future.

I found Imagine Travels website while searching the internet for a holiday for next year. I didn’t know where I wanted to go but their website was easy to navigate and full of information. I liked the look of one of the itineraries for Malaysia and requested a phone call to get some more information. Ellis Valentine rang me, she is fantastic, so helpful and enthusiastic. She patiently found the answers to all my questions and making the booking with her was painless. The itinerary is perfect and I’m really looking forward to our trip.

Pierre from Imagine helped us pick a great destination in Madagascar and organised a jam-packed holiday for us. Walking through the rainforest and seeing Lemurs in their natural environment was incredible . Our guide/driver, Valentine was excellent. He tailored some of our longer drives from one National park to another to allow us to meet villagers, explore landscapes and see handicrafts being made. We learned so much about the culture as well as the wildlife.
