I work for one of the biggest Universities in South Florida and most of our non-warranty parts for PCs and now printers are purchased from Impact Computers. They usually have good prices and quick next day delivery.

Beware of ordering items that say "3-5 days", in 2011 I waited 2 weeks, then had to cancel the order and find it elsewhere. This time I tried them for an OEM part that showed in stock, I received a poorly made part that was NOT OEM, and did not fit. They offered a free replacement, but that order was cancelled the next day due to "out of stock with no ETA". Don't waste your time with these bozo's. Life is too short.

update: they refunded the part, but not the shipping. Somehow the defective part was my fault, I guess?
Waste...Of...Time, money, and energy.
Fooled me twice, I am ashamed to admit it.
I'm glad I was able to edit this and revise ratings lower.

I just had a laptop repaired at Impact (order #896147). Chanel was my contact person and she was great. She was very helpful with the information about repairing the laptop and even assisted me with other options to reduce the cost of repair. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I have dealt with Impact for 10+ years and always had a great experience. Jasmine is the best. Any time i have any issue she handles it quickly & professionally. A++++++++

Have had nothing but issues with these guys for over a 2 almost 3 year period where we had to return little less than half of what we ordered because of issues with the orders; wrong part, not as described, not what was pictured, etc.
But we decided to give them another chance after not ordering for a year and ordered an expedited part. They canceled the order without any notification and then when we called to inquire as to what was going on, they said we had been "banned" since last year.
Apparently after posting a review of a bad experience last year (which we actually took down), they decided to block my company from placing any future orders because of said review. They didn't try to rectify anything, make things right, nadda. In fact they threw in my face that folks buy 500 parcel orders without issue but is most likely parts like RAM and not very small/specific laptop parts poorly described on their site and have to return because they ARE NOT what I was expecting; or just don't work.
Don't get me wrong, I have ordered parts successfully from them in the past and even with my issues decided to come back.
But if it doesn't work out or there is any issue? They don't care about you as a customer or even as a small businesses. They even threw in my face that I didn't order much and had to return half the items!!! Which was all due to issues with
THEM sending the wrong part, sending what was not described/ not pictured, etc. BUYER BEWARE!

I called Impact Computers to order a part I spoke with David. He was very knowledge and very polite. I was impressed how fast my product arrived and I was given a credit for partially shipping since I changed the shipping method. I will continue buying from this vendor in the future

ImpactComputers has been our go to parts specialist for going on 9 years now. The detail to attention and professionalism is top tier. WE have our own Specialist who is always available for questions and willing to do the research. Their prices are always appropriate. I do not know how I could have run my computer repair facility with out the support of Impactcomputers.

Excellent
sent my laptop to repair in hours they sent me the diagnostic in a very professional way ,and a quote for the repair ,once I accepted it took 24 hours to get repaired .
It is important to say ,was the best price I've got for fixing it.
I've used to buy electronic parts there and never had a complaint ,price ,shipping ,timing.

I have been buying from Impact for our RMA program for about 2 years. Jose, my sales person has been extrodinary in his respose time and his attention to detail. The prices are fair and the service impeccable. Otherwise I would go somewhere else for my purchases.

I have been ordering from impact for about 6 months now. Impact has been nothing but phenomenal with our service center. Raul has excellent customer service skills and is always there when you need him. I will definitely continue ordering from impact.

I have been a computer repair professional for 15+ years and during that time, my experience with Impact computers has been nothing short of stellar. These guys get it right. And, on the rare occasion that something goes amiss, they over compensate on correcting the problem and making me happy.

I placed the order on 4/17 with next day air shipping. Their website clearly states that the order would ship same day if placed before 5pm eastern and I placed my order at 2:30pm eastern. By 4/19, my order still hadn't shipped... I was then told (after having to take time to contact the company) that the order won't ship until 4/29. Ridiculous! No communication with buyer! A company needs to communicate with the customer especially if a part is out of stock! Don't just hope the customer will sit around with his thumbs up his butt waiting for a part to show up. Ridiculous and stupid customer service. Also, the customer service rep breathes WAY too loud into the phone and it is totally NOT sexy...

Im sorry, I must have mis-interpreted the image on your website that CLEARLY states:
"BUY TODAY, SHIP TODAY!
Just place your order before 5:00pm EST, and Impact Computers will ship directly to you the same day!"

Either that or you have no clue what is on your own website. Also the problem is that even if I would have waited 5 days, the order wouldn't have shipped until 4/29 according to the rep.

They changed the price on me twice within 4 business days before The order was confirmed. Originally, "800GB/ 1.6 TB Tape Media (75 Pack) 341-4645 For Dell Equipment" was listed for $1,190 on the site (and is still listed at that price.) When I called to place an order (Had to be tax free, which their checkout process does not accomodate,) the sales rep said the item was out of stock but they could special order it for me, the new price would be $1,299.00. I agreed, and asked for a quote at the new price without the tax so I could get it approved, again. The quote was sent the next evening (Friday). I placed the order Tuesday morning, and received a call later that day stating the price was now $1,994.95, nearly double the quoted amount. I was skeptical of ImpactComputer.com to begin with, and this experience did not help. I regret wasting my time chasing down invoices that apparently mean nothing to the company.

I had been burned on a Dell keyboard from 2 vendors...both had sent me refurbished keyboards and claimed they were new. Both had no signs of being refurbished and were obviously very worn. Still trying to get my money back from both!
I Googled and found Impact. Instant-chatted with Raul, who verified the keyboard was in fact new, and was in stock. 2 days later the keyboard arrived brand new and in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Impact and Raul!!

We have been using Impact Computers for over 5 years now, and they continue to earn our business. We've been working with Raul Nolasco for the past year. Raul does a great job helping us get the best pricing, shipping promotions, and even tracking down hard to find parts. As someone who uses Impact weekly if not more often, I would highly recommend Raul and Impact Computers. Pricing is competitive. They have a wide variety of parts in stock, and items ship quickly.

I ordered a part in error and within minutes realized my mistake used the online cancellation option. They did not cancel the order, sending the product anyway. I rejected the packaga and called customer service many times and they still refunded only half of my money because of restocking fees. Since it was their fault for not cancelling an order 10 minutes after it was placed, that is ludicrous. Don't expect good customer service.

After an initial bad experience involving the wrong item shipped, a price discrepancy, and a difficult CSR, the customer service manager contacted me and made it right. They refunded me the full price of the item ordered and I didn't have to return it to them. I was still responsible for the initial shipping cost to me, which is lame, but in line with many online retailers return policies.
They still have a long way to repair their online reputation but this is a step in the right direction.

Ordered and paid for a 230W power supply for my HP TouchSmart computer priced at $75 (http://www.impactcomputers.com/kt457-69003.html) but got instead some 150W HP notebook adapter priced at $35 (http://www.impactcomputers.com/pa-1151-03.html).
They may have thought it may be compatible in terms of voltage and pinout, so why not make a further $40 profit, but I won't even try to use their supplied product with the risk of frying my $2000 computer.
Seems they can do whatever they want when it comes to international orders, as they offer no support/guarantee for these ones.
Keep yourselves away from this joke of a company!

I have worked with Impact for nearly a year and most of that time, I have worked with Raul as well as our account rep. Our company deals with many requests for computer parts on a daily basis at a corporate level. Impact has been an ideal place to source these parts for a reasonable price. They have always worked quickly and emphatically with us when a return is required for any reason. Their restock fees are minimal and fair for the market, but more importantly the quality and variety of their products if phenomenal. My department has widdled down our vendors to almost just Impact.

Raul as our rep has always been available to answer our questions and assist us in ordering. He's been great at explaining their processes so we can all effectively work together. Thank you!
