We have built 2 properties in the last two years with Integrity have had a good experience right from the concept and design stage to the very end. We were happy with their customer service and support throughout each build. We are very pleased with the designs and build quality of each property and would recommend Integrity New Homes to you if you are looking for someone to build your next home. We are now looking at our third building project in as many years and will not hesitate to use Integrity again.

We started building with Integrity New Homes Coffs Coast in June 2017 (not the new owners, the new owner is a great operator and wish him all the best), we are still not in our home and are currently going through insurance. The builder and manager were useless, never come on site, quality of work was terrible. Months went by and no one ever on site, then the manager goes overseas for 5 weeks, comes back for 3 days and goes into administration. We were constantly told lies when we could actually get a hold of people. We have paid over $500k for about $300k worth of work. Head of franchise said "nothing we can do its a franchise" we really felt let down by this attitude. They have 5 others houses left in same situation whilst changing their name to Santech Pty Ltd. They owe over 2 million dollars around our local area to trades and customers. No trades were ever paid and its looks like they never will. The new owner of new Integrity Coffs Coast is much much better and not linked to these guys at all and has helped us out, this review is of the former owners Santech Pty Ltd who were Integrity at time of contract.

Don Sutherland and his team have been excellent to work with on my project from start to (almost) finish - we expect to move in 1 June 2020. With every construction project (and I have done a few over the years) there will be challenges along the way. Don's 'can do' attitude and ability to come up with solutions has made the process as stress-free as possible. He is also willing to listen and consider ideas from others (many builders do not have this ability). Don's brother Scott has largely built the home himself with he and Don managing the other trades efficiently. Shane Hearps at INH head office was thorough and helpful at the front end of the job, so we had very few variations throughout the project. Being a tri/split-level home with high, raked ceilings, it was not a simple job but will be completed on time and on budget. I would definitely work with these guys again and recommend INH Central Coast without reservation.

Update 20/5/17

It is now may 2017 and we have lived in the house for a while. We have still not seen many come and fix the issues we have raised with the company. I have called over and over to get things sorted but still nothing is been done. To name a few problems, there is grout missing from bathroom since the beginning of the build, grout is beginning to fall out of floors in living area, cracks are beginning to form in the architraves, there are nails popping in the ceiling, kitchen cupboards beginning to peel and worst is our laundry sink, that was not installed correct to Australian code (they have put the hot water on the right hand side). There has been no eye to the minor details of the build, just slack. I have had enough and I am fed up with nothing getting done.

My wife and I have just finished signing our building contract for our new home which will be built in Maclean, NSW by Integrity New Homes. We will add to this review once the building is complete. After trying a few building companies around the Coffs Harbour area, I was basically told that little of them offered options or diversity during the design process. I decided to check out Integrity's new display home located at Korora near Coffs. The greeting I received was friendly and welcoming. I was given a tour of the display and all my queries were answered promptly. All the staff working for Integrity Coffs Harbour have been very patient with answering any questions that I have thrown at them. They have been totally honest throughout the process so far. Furthermore, something that I have found that sets Integrity New Homes apart from the other building companies is the quality of service they provide. The process has been seamless and quick! We went from walking in that day to a design to contract in a matter of a month or two. They listened to our needs and out performed what we were expecting. No short cuts were taken, and all the necessary things were covered!

Super excited to see how the build process goes and the new home finished. I have to give it to them, so far it has been a really enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend! Have always been welcomed with a friendly smile from all staff when visiting the display home!!! :-)

Update 16/3/2016

After signing the contract, it was Christmas holidays. As soon as our builder was back from two weeks holidays, the DA went to council quickly. We are still on track with the timing they had given us. Council held onto the DA for over a month :-( but it has just been approved thanks to the guys at Integrity Home Coffs Harbour, who went over and beyond what was required by them to get it passed through :-). Again, we are very happy and would recommend the guys at Integrity New Homes. Will update this review when we start to see progress on the actual build.

Update 23/3/2017

I am very disappointing that this process did not go as smoothly as planned or was told. My wife and I are happy about many parts of the build but are also very upset about many others. Since we lived in the area we kept great track of the progress that was been made on the build. The build took longer than we expected and not all things were done to a high standard. We were happy with some of the trades, but are still chasing up to have some things fixed. I feel as though the area in which you build with this company, determines the level of finish. The area in which we live in is notorious for bad quality buildings. We were hoping that this company would be a little better than the other companies as the price was significantly more. At the moment we are not entirely stoked about our house, nor are we super bummed about it. The customer service has been okay, but as of late, I have continually been chasing up things that need fixing.

Overall in a nutshell, although this company was very helpful in the beginning, I have to say that I would not recommend this company after building with them in the Northern Rivers, NSW area.

We selected Integrity New Homes South West Sydney last year to build our custom designed home in Middleton Grange. We are at the lockup stage now and expect it to be completed in the next few months. Chris Nel has been fantastic throughout the entire process.

After our initial discussions with Chris, we felt he was someone we could trust to build our home and confident that he would ensure a high quality construction. Chris has been very flexible and accommodating with all our requests and indecisiveness. He also helped us make decisions that would save us money rather than cost us more. We have built before and we know this is not something we would have experienced with most project home builders.

It has been a great experience so far and we would highly recommend Chris to anyone who is embarking on building a new home.

Previous dealings with Integrity Coffs Harbour have been very trying to say the least over the past 4 years during and after the build of 7 units. 2019 and Integrity Coffs Harbour now has a new Owner wow what a difference. Wayne Frank is professional and very helpfuly even though it was not his build. He is building the name Integrity back up in Coffs Harbour and I support his business. Thankyou for assisting me with my bathroom issue taking the time and being prepared to step in when [Name Removed] couldn't care less. I wish you and I tegrity the best.

We are left with an unfinished house that has gone 6 months over what the building period should have been. We signed a “fixed price” contract and which had many unexpected additions to it. There has been delay after delay, excuses, false promises, there is rubbish piled up on site, poor workmanship, and trades have not been paid. Now the job is at a stand still. Most of the money has been paid to Integrity as we are in between lock up and completion but as we had to pay for all variations up front there is still lots of work left to do and the work that has been done is half done or has been avoided.

We have lost thousands of dollars to the bank in extra payments, stress levels have been through the roof.

The company we signed up with Integrity New Homes PTY LTD looks to have changed trading names half way through the build to Laxmi Custom Homes.

The sales rep told us at the time we signed the contracts we were signing the contract with “head office” as the builder ([Name Removed]) as there was no local franchisee at the time.

Now that the build is at a standstill head office are claiming that our franchisee is at fault?! The builders license in the contract we signed has been used by multiple franchises and is at the centre of claims for unfinished homes in the Coffs Harbour area. The whole thing is a mess with no one taking responsibility for the deception and lies. This was our first ever build and we have been taken for a ride.

We built with INH Coffs Harbour, signed 2015 they were 6 months late on handover. The foreman in charge did not pay any of the trades and company director said to us that the foreman was taking ice and was in jail.
Director took charge of the project and refused to meet on site for handover. Told us to make last payment via EFT and he will give us the code to the front door via email to enter the house, we did because we were desperate to get keys and they knew this.
They then never came back to rectify defects so after numerous emails and no response, we called Fair Trading they sent out an inspector. He put a report advising there is unfinished and defective work they must finish, INH completely ignored the report - 2 years later we are still chasing this company with constant runaround. The matter is sitting now with NCAT to be heard for uncomplete and defective work.
Only recently I emailed INH for a garage repairer to go out and fix the damaged garage as it was getting dangerous and needed repair which they damaged before handover. They agreed to pay for it via email which told the contractor to go ahead and repair it. The contractor repaired the garage and INH have not paid the contractor after number of emails sent to INH.

I contacted INH today and was told by there secretary that they will not pay the trade as no trades are getting paid on any of their jobs. All jobs are on a stand still and she has had numerous requests from different trades about unpaid invoices and she told me she has been advising them to seek legal advice, as the company is going through a restructure and she does not know if she will have a job next week.
Anybody that is reading this take your money elsewhere, pay a little bit more and don't get fooled by a cheap initial quote. You will regret it as they will not communicate throughout the build, they make up variations that you don't know anything about and tell you about them at the end of the build.

0 Integrity

I built my first home with Integrity in the New England area about 2008 and the build went smoothly from start to finish and I was pleased with the end result and later the home was sold and I rebuilt again with Integrity also in the New England area.
Both homes were brick-veener construction and featured underfloor heating and double glazed windows with full insulation. The homes were designed to my unique requirements in both the plan layout and cold climate specification.

We have now built two houses with Integrity New Homes South Coast and they continue to impress! They are constantly improving their inclusions to give the best finishes possible. They are always willing to explain any item and answer any questions we have. We know we will be returning to Integrity New Homes if we build again, we cannot imagine building with anyone else!

Within 6 months kitchen window replaced due to leak. In 3 years the new window frame has rotted out. Told by INH that it is a maintenance issue and not warranty. Not covered by INH even though ongoing issue. Exterior metal trim has rusted out, also not their problem even though we requested it not be used. No end of issues when getting matters resolved. Signed up through Coffs Harbour but have to refer to Building Commission in hope of resolving.

We browsed the web and found that this business has an active Facebook page. We have discovered that this business has SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that this business handles your data, such as personal information or credit card details, with secure connection. We discovered that the domain for this business is relitevely new, which means that it could be a start-up business that does not yet have a huge amount of customers. We found that this business has an Instagram page, where they communicate with their customers using images and videos. This is usually an indication that the business has some visual aspects that it wants to showcase.
