Just starting the process of implementing GPS Trackit to our Corporate Fleet. So far, all of my questions have been answered timely, and the training provided was friendly and tailored to my expected use.

Would like to have known the name of the trainer. If he stated I don't remember. Ended with comment call and he would respond. How can "he" respond if don't know his name. As a rule I never feel comments or concerns emailed or mailed make a difference if don't have the name of an individual. Feel wasting my time if sending to just a P.O. Box or a department

The session was very informative. Questions I had were answered and those the tutor was unsure of were checked on and confirmed... The hands on visual assistasnce was great, helps those of us who are visual leaners. Super Job...

There was 2 phone issues during the training. The first on the instructor could not understand me and I had to hang up then call back. The second one I could not understand the instructor and he had to hang up and call back.

This was extremely helpful and very thorough. Liked how he would train new part and then refer back to the user settings, so that we knew we still needed to set up the defaults there. Used several GPS websites and this is the most user friendly, quick and has more capabilities than I've seen before. Great job on training and yours system. Look forward to partnering with you.

Was very informative. I have the ELD devices but in the process of getting them wired into my vehicles. Would like to have the link to the recording if possible so I can refresh once I'm up and running. Thank you for your time.

I had spent a good bit of time prior to training learning the software on my own so I was somewhat familiar with it however I had a list of questions that were answered quickly and I learned some new things at the same time.

Savannah Brewer was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She went over each section in as much detail as I needed and did not waste time on functions not applicable to SAGE. Thank you so much, I learned a lot!
