on January 2010 i was going to buy a used and cheap laptop for my work.
i asked my friend and he told me to buy either T42 or T43.
i searched on google for used T42 and i found laptopcloseout.
i called them and talked to a lady , she gave me the prices then she transferred me to another guy to help me with the technician stuff.
they helped very well with kindness.
i ordered my laptop and got it exactly 3 days after ( as the guy told me) .
after that i had some kinds of problem with recovering my system , so i called them again. they helped me again even though my warranty was over.
they sent me a new recovery CD for nothing ( i just paid the shipping fee).
their prices were also good compare to other places.
i had a really good experience with this place.

I bought a t430s in march 2016. The laptop was in perfect condition even though it said grade "A" (which meant scratches). I was gladly impressed. In october 2016, 3 keys stopped working and the charger broke. After 1 e-mail they sent me a replacement keyboard and charger without fees. They answer fast and the delivered the replacement products in no time even though they are in Toronto and I am in Montreal.
