LLG got the manufacturer to repurchase my car plus tag, tax & title, so the outcome was great, but my case worker that I dealt with was not very bright or was just so overloaded she couldn’t keep my details straight. When I’d ask her questions she talk all around it and never answer a direct question. Not like an attorney or politician will baffle you with BS. She just didn’t get it or was so distracted she didn’t know how to answer the question. Regardless, all she needed to do was keep track of the back and forth counter offers between the manufacturer and myself.

They have received money from General Motors Corporation for settlement of my claim, they have never set me my money

They are definitely scamming people, going to the State Attorney general and filing a complaint also to the Miami BBB

Do not use them this is a fair warning

I retained Lemon Law Group on April 23rd, 2019 as I was experiencing the same issues with a new car I purchased in November of 2018. Lemon Law Group was able to get the manufacturer to buy back my vehicle and I executed a settlement agreement on May 9th, 2019.

In January, 2019 they explained that 2 letters would be sent out. The first one would be sent and if there was no response, a second letter would be sent 10 days later. Explained that it could take 30-45 days to resolve. After waiting 45 days (during which time we never heard from them) we contacted them only to discover the 2nd letter had never been sent! So, 45 days later the 2nd letter was mailed. In the interim, the manufacturer (one of 2 entities involved) had gone into receivership. After no response to that 2nd letter we were told that they were not continuing with our case. In our opinion, they dropped us like a hot potato when one of the "deep pockets" they go after went into receivership.

So far so good after a year finally agreed to a settlement offer of $20,000 which I will get 15,000.00 so I’m just waiting on the check! Great service and communication on my part !

Be aware of this law firm they care careless and will lie to you so they can make you hurry and sign a contract without even getting you to send in paperwork so they can assess it to see if you even have a case to pursue other reputable law firms requires this before you even sign a contract but this law firm just ask you 5 questions and then say you qualify and pressure you to sign a contract and they way they represent you is very unprofessional you can’t talk to them not even the lawyer representing you the only contact is email and the results they produce is something you can do yourself without their help or anybody else’s help they can only win cases that are already winnable but if it comes down to where they have to put up a little fight on your behalf they will throw you under the bus and try to blame you for not proving the case when you sent in everything they have asked and proved it without a reasonable doubt they will just side with the manufacturer and blame it on you if sending in all the repair work on my car and all the necessary documentation is not enough for them and when the manufacturer puts up a little fight and says they won’t make a deal then they will give up and blame it on you when they have all the paperwork and facts in front of their faces they will take the manufacturers side be very careful of this place they are a scam their are way more professional law firms out their that cares about all of their customers and focus on giving the best results to all their customers not just the ones that are already 100% winnable without their help you will regret hiring hegalaw to represent you.
