I was very pleased with these lights and the delivery was second to none I ordered ate afternoon and they were at my door 10.15am next morning.

My husband contacted the store to discuss aspects of the light we liked and he had all his queries were dealt with. The light that i ordered came promptly. It was appropriately packed. The courier company contacted me to advise the time of arrival and they were very prompt. Excellent service.

I came upon Majestic Lighting by accident on internet, after struggling to find suitable wall lights for my new home, with it being an old property. The shop was only 15 minutes from my home and I never knew it existed. !! I visited the shop, helpful staff, and then went back to look on line as there are hundreds of lights to choose from, and obviously could not all be in stock in the shop. Lights ordered and arrived promptly in 2-3 days. I was very pleased with my purchases, will definetely use them again.

I have ordered twice from Lighting Majestic, once for two ceiling lights for my living/dining area and the second time for my bedroom . On both occasions I received swift and courteous replies to my queries, delivery was speedy, reliable, the items were very well packed. The quality is excellent, (I have seen similar light fittings in stores, more expensive and to my eyes far inferior in quality!) and I have received many compliments on them. I purchased a glass and chrome 5 arm IP rated chandelier for my bathroom which looked lovely in the showroom. It was delivered to my home within 2 days as promised, and was packed remarkably well . The electrician had no problems fitting it , and I took delight in dressing it with the many beautiful cut glass droplets. Surprisingly, they were already assembled in pattern formation, so just needed to be hooked on .The result is stunning ! I'm so proud of it. We have spent 6 years searching for the perfect lights for our lounge and now wish we had visited Lighting Majestic earlier. The range is vast, the service is super with friendly and very helpful staff, we ordered 2 light fittings and they were ready to collect within 3 working days, perfect condition packaged well to protect. Steph has been a model of great customer service from the beginning of our purchasing through to delivery and resolving one minor issue with a damaged lamp shade. Ordered 3 outdoor wall lights on Wednesday, they were delivered on Thursday (1 hour slot time) 1 of the lights was faulty, i e-mailed next day to advise, new light was delivered the following day (again 1 hour slot time). The lights are more than i expected from the pictures on the internet, better colour and larger than expected.They look perfect outside and i am soooo pleased with them they look amazing. I would totally recommend this company for their prompt delivery and customer service. I truly believe i could not have recieived a better service anywhere. Well done Lighting Majestic.

I was contacted by Stephanie, about a week after I placed an order for a ceiling light, to be told it was no longer available. (perhaps there should have been some mechanism to prevent me raising this order in the first place). Stephanie suggested an alternative light, and after agreeing, it was promptly delivered. Great pro-active customer service.
