BEWARE: The product is of cheap quality, all plastic. Korona sun shaped Led ceiling lamp, dimmable. Once installed via an electrician the unit was defective one of the filliment would not light up. Contacted company and was sent out another unit, was told to dispose of the unit as it does not make sense paying for the shipping back of a defective unit. A month later I now receive numerous emails requesting me to send back the unit and they are now threating me with dept recovery. So now I'm in a situation to now pay them for their defective unit. £79.90 for cheap plastic, even the chrome is plastic, appalling products. Good Luck.....

Ordered 2 lights for living room both were faulty got 2 more replacements both were faulty ! That’s 4 lights in total had to give up and go to b and q to get lights that worked.
This company is selling low quality lights at inflated prices and it’s not a a uk company never ind the cost of the lights had to have 3 visits from an electrician as well .
You have been warned

German company that advertises an English speaking customer service line but never answers the phone. Doesn't reply to emails either. Pathetic

The light lasted for 15 minutes before melting and blowing the fuse in the main fuse box. The smell of melted plastic was very strong and the electrics were burnt out.
Customer service was good that they processed the refund the day I complained, however they would not let me publish my review on their website, as it was somewhat negative.

After my initial post, I finally received a response and now they are planning to deliver today. I will update review once delivery made and lights fitted. Am somewhat still a tad wary about this company.

Ordered 3 matching lights from this company one arrived damage I was promised exchange when I post light fitting back Iv find out they are out of stock. Very rude customer service I ask to speak to supervisors I was told there is no supervisor on side and I can call as much as I wish to . A shocking experience NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered two lights from this (UK) company. Didn't expect the lights to come from a company in Germany. They use DPD as the carriers. My lights have been stuck in Deutschland DPD depot for last two days. Phoned up to see where my lights were and was basically told "not our problem" it's DPD. They gave me telephone number and tracking ref for DPD site. DPD stated on their App that it would be delivered today. Phoned up DPD and they said "don't know why App said it would be delivered today, as it has not left German depot! DO NOT USE this company masquerading as a UK company.

At last, adaptor plug arrived today as expected hence 5 stars. Just a pity:- a. It wasn't supplied initially b. Ist phone call was a waste of time.

Still rated at 4 stars due to:- Plug adaptor still not arrived so I phoned their CS again today, this time I was told the adaptor had not been ordered following my earlier phone call even though I was told it had been. This time it WAS ordered, I have received confirmation of this (unlike last time) and the delivery is 3-4 days.

Ive given 4 stars due solely to my jellyfish lamp arriving with a continental plug without a UK adaptor. They dont tell you this in their description - but they do in their FAQ's. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Their help desk via phone was a joy - helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff - most unusual these days.
