We decided to try out this service when we went on a cruise. Our luggage was suppose to be delivered to our house on August 24. It is now September 02 and they still cannot tell me where our luggage is. This would not have been good if we were going to our vacation destination obviously. We decided to sample it coming home. I have called five times and talked to five different agents. They all told me they would call me back the next day with an update. No calls at all and no update.

People in our group have still not received their bags 5 days into the trip. His bag was found in the wrong country and we would not have known if not for checking in. This was a waste of money and has wasted our time as well. It is basically a scam - all they do is FedEx your bag for you for an insane up charge. The bag we shipped arrived extremely beat up and dirty.

If you do chose to use this company, make sure to drop an air tag or another form of tracking device in your bag. Do not rely on them to know where it is, and do not expect any help from customer service.

Two zippers on my luggage were bused, as well as, one of the wheels was totally smashed off the luggage. I will not be able to reuse this piece of luggage again!!
Very disappointed!

Bags were picked up on time, and arrived 2 days earlier than quoted (which was great, but did cause some scrambling). 2 bags were cracked open like an egg, luckily no items were lost. I'd use the service again, but would would be cautious about the type of bag shipped.

The service was exactly what they said it would be, they even came a couple days early, my only beef was they said they were going to deliver my clubs two days earlier and I waited around for them not to show up.

We inadvertently left a carry on bag in our hotel when leaving the Dominican Republic back in March. We contacted the hotel and they were holding onto it for us... finally got around to seeing if it could be shipped during this time of Covid. Good reviews about Luggage Forward so we decided to use them. I have never used a company online that has such timely responsiveness, personal follow up and overall professionalism as I did with Luggage Forward. There were some issues on the hotel end with pick up (not Luggage Forward's fault, just security protocol at the resort with it being closed at the moment) and they kept us updated as to the progress and informed us continually throughout the whole process. If I find myself fleeing a foreign country during a pandemic again (and forget a piece of luggage in the kerfuffle) or hopefully for more positive reasons... I will be sure to use Luggage Forward :)

Living in China, it can be a headache to receive items from the US. But Luggage Forward made it so easy--I did not have to deal with customs forms or any technicalities; they even dealt with FedEx China for me. I just needed to go to customs to claim the bag. The service basically costs the same as shipping a comparable size/weight package as going directly through FedEx but with more customer support.

Customer service is impeccable. I drove them crazy with probably 30 emails filled with questions, and every time I got a friendly, helpful response within hours (or less).

This service is worth every penny, and I will be using it from now on whenever I need anything from home.

Everything from my initial contact with the customer service representative tot he delivery, went without missing a beat. Will surely use this service again.

Arrived 3 days early. Box was a little bit out of sorts, but not nearly as bad as it could have been. I believe that was due to packing, and not shippers fault.
