To this day i have ignored 90% of the issues that have come with my property, e.g. faded guttering due to the type of paint being used, internal cracking ect. I am now having an issue with my plumbing in my ensuite cupboard. A leak which has cause a significant amount of damage to the shelving unit. The cause of the leak has been a bunch of assumptions on behalf of the builder who are now refusing to fix the full issue.
I can’t begin to express my dissatisfaction with this builder, especially considering i am in the same industry!
They are willing to spend less with the reported issues, than save time & money in the long run.

Had sufficient choices as a FHO, competitively priced too. Had minor issues during design, but the GM himself personally resolved our issues - I have yet to see another builder who shows the same level of commitment and service!
Construction stage was good too, [name removed] was my Supervisor - what a lovely person, he handled all queries, and was very accomodating.
[name removed] as the Contracts Mgr, showed good service as well - all queries promptly dealt with.
The same level of excellent service was extended even from the Admin/Finance staff - Trish is by far the best Accounts person I have dealt with, within the 4 builders I've built with. Very thorough and detailed, and very very pleasant!
House is now 3 yrs old, turned to investment. House still in good condition, no complaints from tenants so far.
If you're after good service (which is very important, next to having good specs & value), would highly recommend MyGen / Metrostrata / Highbury Homes.
Great customer / after sales service, good spec for FHO
Limited option range i.e. tiles, colours, etc
