My product was received in Alabama, from Colorado, in just under 24 hours from the time I placed my order. I did pay for 2 day shipping, but was thrilled when it arrived so quick! Throughly pleased!!!

I ordered a Nicor 4" Edge Lit LED Downlight - DLE4-10-120V-4K-RD - 65W Equivalent - 4000K from Polar Ray. It arrived quickly and was identical to its description on Polar Ray. I had ordered a very similar item from another manufacturer and supplier. I found the Nicor item to be superior in material quality and finish. Best of all it fit into a previously installed 4 inch compact cfl fixture nearly perfectly leaving only a 1 mm ring of exposed unpainted surface that can easily be filled when I next repaint the ceiling. All needed parts were included with the Nicor fixture. After I finished the installation my wife told me that the light was much brighter and the appearance of the fixture much better than the old cfl. To boot, Polar-Ray had the best price for the product by far and shipped the day I ordered it for free. I was so pleased I ordered dozens more so that I can replace all my old fixtures.

I ordered one day, the product was immediately shipped. I believe the product has arrived in good shape although I didn't open each box. The electrician will be the final judge of quality.

I placed my order of 12 light fixtures and they were literally sitting on my porch the next day! I couldn't believe it, nothing damaged or broken either! Also being able to pay with my Amazon account was a bonus because I don't like typing my cc information on websites I don't know a whole lot about.

I have sylvania 4" LED down lights with adjustable gimbals and wanted to put more in that matched my current ones. They are getting hard to find. Great price and fast delivery.

Two out of three bulbs sent were broken. The individual packaging for the bulbs needs some improvement as well as the shipment packaging. The bulb boxes were wrapped only one layer of thin foam sheet. I'll be returning my order and will consider purchasing from a different vendor. It's unfortunate because the bulbs look very nice.

I purchased 2 lights on separate orders. With the first order, I did not receive a confirmation email. I had to send an email asking for one. With the second purchase, I didn't receive any confirmation email, so I didn't know if my order was received or when I could expect delivery. I like the product, but the ordering process needs improvement.

It's been maybe 5 years since the previous order, but I have always had good service from Polar Ray. One time, I had one bad LED can light out of about 24 I ordered, and they shipped out a replacement promptly. My most recent order kept saying "out for delivery" then "delayed for weather" for a couple of days (we had nothing but great weather), but that was a FedEx failure, not the folks at Polar Ray.

was to deliver on Monday but was delayed by 2 days. Once I received them, they were very easy to install & link the other 2 units together. Saved us from having 3 units direct wired down to only having one unit direct wired. Highly recommend these.
