We moved over from another agent after being unsuccessful for 4 months. Slades had a buyer for our property within a month and have provided exceptional service throughout with regular updates on the sale.. The team are courteous, responsive, full of energy and go the extra mile. A breath of fresh air who we highly recommend!

In life you rarely find customer service that out shines al others and Adam and Nathaniel are two of those.....support and service OUTSTANDING!!!

The Bransgore team could not have been better in all aspects of the transaction and we said to Adam at the start of our search, we feel you will be the team that finds us our 40 retirement dream and they did. I only wish this box allowed more comments as they deserve the highest praise possible

Slades have given outstanding service from my first contact with them to the day we moved into our new home yesterday. I experienced that they were consistently kind, curtteous, efficient. They were very generous with the time they gave to property viewing and I never felt rushed.

Adam the manager at Bransgore remained really proactive throughout the process of purchase. I felt confident that he prevented any delays.

Have just recently agreed a deal for a new build with Dean @ Slades being the driving force behind negotiating a positive sale. He is pragmatic and understands the local market and the service received was personable and excellent at all times. I would certainly recommend Slades as a reliable a reputable local agent.

We had a very good experience with Nathaniel he kept us up to date with everything that was going on. Also kept me calm when things got stressed. Always answered emails promptly and very polite.
Would recommend slades

Jason & his team provide an efficient, friendly and professional service. Nothing is too much trouble, whilst they are tenacious in securing a sale, following it to completion. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and have done so to close friends.

I would definitely use Slades again and recommend them particularly Jordan who was always very quick to answer any query for us. All the other estate agents there also seemed very professional.

Jason and his team are the best Estate Agents we have ever delt with. He has closely coriographed our sale every step of the way.Without his guidance and steadfast work we would have dispared of completion. Slade's are undoubtedly the premier estate agents in Southbourne.

I can’t thank Mark Williams and the team at Slades enough for the recent sale of a flat in Christchurch. Mark’s experience and knowledge of the local property market shines through. From receiving signed instruction it took him 3 hours to find a buyer and accepted an offer within 24 hours. Throughout the conveyancing process Mark was proactively chasing solicitors, making my life a lot easier. Not only are they great at what they do but they’re genuinely nice people who care. I would highly recommend Slades!

I have used Slades exclusively for several years now. I use them for both rental properties and also for buying and selling property. They are exceptionally professional, principled, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous in all my dealings with them. Nothing is too much trouble and they take the time to get to know exactly what I want them to achieve. They have worked with me on numerous projects large and small and each member of staff seems to takes ownership of a call and get the required action. One really feels that they take a personal pride in a team result. Having tried several other agents I am very happy with Slades and would not use anyone else.

I found the person who we mostly dealt with- Mark Churchill, to be helpful , he went out of his way to really listen to us, gave good advice and was honest when we needed him to be. He also didn’t give us “estate agents speak” but explained the process simply and was reliable in getting back quickly when we left a message.

My elderly 82 year old mother was caught up in a 6 month sole contract with Spencers Estate agent in the New Forest from which she was sold a glossy brochure, a personal touch and lots of viewings, instead she ended up having only 2 poor viewings with no follow ups, instead got negative feedback to lower the price... they were awful! We made the obvious decision to leave them and signed a new contract with Slades in Bransgore. Nathaniel Gore and the team there was only but helpful and within 2 weeks had untold amount of viewings booked and an offer accepted at the price we were happy to sell at! I can only recommend their honesty and skills to find the right buyers & follow up the chain status compared to other estate agents, so we can only thank them enough, so we highly recommend them.

My first time selling a property and Adam and Nathaniel from the Bransgore branch helped me through the process from start to finish. I felt involved throughout with regular updates and even when a buyer was found and an offer accepted, Nathaniel kept me informed every step of the way offering help and support up to the completion of the sale.

Dean in Southbourne is a very easy person to deal with he applies understanding and knowledge and is not pressurising at all - yet he gets the job done professionally and honestly. If we have any property to buy or sell in the future we will contact Dean as our first point if action!
