Nicola is a first class Trusted Adviser. Could not have had better. She gave really clear information and advice in a highly personable manner. She was highly supportive in helping us with quite a tricky booking issue and definitely went the extra mile (or two) in sorting out our problems quickly, efficiently and to our complete satisfaction. We hope the hotel now fulfils its agreements.

Have used Sovereign and always good value. For a few recent holidays abroad I switched to Booking .com as I had sufficient euros available and I could cancel holiday two days before departure, without any charge, apart from flights costs. Travelling this way is not without risk as there is no ATOL certificate.. Looking forward, there are now plenty of potential disruption issues on the horizon. Coronavirus, leaving the EU and extreme weather conditions, 'winging it' although cheaper and flexible has lost it's attraction for the time being.
My wife and I knew exactly where we wanted to stay, room choice and the date had to be available for our wedding anniversary..
The booking was handled by Samantha Grist an extremely pleasant and experienced agent. At the end our discussions I advised Sam that if I am asked to give feedback I would rate her performance as 10 out 10. She has taken ownership of the booking. As a customer it is nice to receive excellent service. Thank you Sam.

One phone call to the sovereign office and spoke with a very well informed representative and, despite working from home, I got my holiday booked and confirmed within 10/15 minutes with all details checked

Website is effective overall, but could be better by remembering selections previously made without having to re-enter dates, airport, number of nights etc. A Sovereign Trusted Adviser provided superb customer service by email and on the telephone when finalising the holiday, particularly useful when extras not covered by the website were required.

Personalised and friendly service, we’ve had good experiences with Sovereign before and after the cancellation of our trip to Greece this June due to Covid 19, we agreed to book the same trip in 2021

Extremely responsive and helpful staff, Helen Lippe on this occasion and Sam Grist on a previous one. They take a good deal of time and trouble to discuss the details, and are very knowledgeable. Excellent.

Hotel was great staff were great but even before virus lots of hotel part were not open adults pool shut adults only part of hotel not open loungers in only one area none on beach building work going on constantly while we were there none of which we were informed off before so very disappointed as was my wife's 60th Birthday holiday and we paid a lot of money.
The actual booking through your office was 1st class but we were still very disappointed
while we r
know the virus had something to do with the end of the holiday it did not at the start

I have used Soveriegn for the past three years and each time the advisors are knowledgeable polite and give a very warm personal service. Nothing is too much trouble and you feel you have the confidence that nothing will go wrong. I booked with Claire this time and she was efficient helpful and polite.

We booked a Greek island hopping holiday for next year and the consultant gave very good advice, and after the initial itinerary, then changed the itinerary in the reverse order to get better flight times.

We have had excellent service from Lynn Watts who has managed to rearrange the two holidays we lost due to Covid 19!!!! We were surprised that the money/the value could be transferred to next year's bookings so we have booked three more holidays for next year.She has worked wonders for us re room etc.We are very grateful!We now have holidays to look forward to next year!!!

Very good service from ''Destination Services '' at Los Christianos when they managed to switch us from the 7.00pm boat crossing to the 2.00pm sailing , when our plane arrived early .
Very good service from Claire Wood throughout .

Have used Sovereign several times over the past 10 years & they can see that from their records. In fact, I received a classy Christmas Hamper a couple of years ago as a valued customer. Helen, who dealt with this booking reminded me that she had booked my holiday 2 years ago. Gives it a personal feeling. Extremely friendly & efficient. Also booked my flight seats there & then & offered to print/send boarding passes, if need be.

I have visited this hotel many times with my husband, but this was my first solo visit since his death. I could not have been welcomed and looked after any better, and I hope to return. I was quite nervous about travelling alone for the first time, but had no need to worry as all the travel arrangements made by Sovereign worked so well.

I needed to use a credit voucher from a cancelled holiday so I discussed alternatives with Sam who was extremely helpful and I am very happy with the new booking in November when hopefully we will be able to travel !
