I ordered an illuminated door number over six weeks ago with a 3-5 weeks lead time, but nothing has arrived. Now they can't even give me a firm delivery date and say that I should wait another few weeks.—a colossal waste of time. Avoid like the plague.

Projects for a new residential community project required a custom logo plague sign and matching stainless steel bronze address plague. They did a beautiful job in matching the finish and the logo to the gate hardware. Was a total custom job, which will be included any new house developments. Took a while for the first sign to arrive but was worth the wait. Awesome job. !!!!

Our planters finally arrived after waiting several weeks for the goods to arrive from Italy, due to the August holidays delivery took much longer then we had anticipated. We had ordered them in a special metallic color which I must say they amazing look amazing ! like a shiny new car paint effect.

Ordered 2 x Viso lights on June 1
July 6 was informed one of the lights they received was defective and they could not ship to me and needed to re order
July 22 order had been re done and was en route to their LA warehouse
July 31 was told light arrived damaged and had to be re-ordered
August 8 nothing from this company.

VERY VERY unhappy with this company. Have sent them literally thousands of $, and received nothing.

Will update this thread if they come through, but in the meantime, stay away from ordering from these people.
