Ultimate Travel company have organised 5 wonderful holidays for us the first being with our whole family in 2007 to Kenya. We have never been able to fault them. From the moment you ring until you return from your trip they are charming, helpful and very professional. All their suggestions are good and particularly our guides in different parts of the world have been excellent.

I thoroughly recommend Ultimate Travel, and am most grateful for all the assistance given to me and my travelling companions by Alison Jones re: our October trip to Split and Dubrovnik. I've used Ultimate's services on several previous occasions, and shall certainly do so again.

We have used Ultimate Travel for fifteen years or so, I think, and we have never been disappointed by their recommendations. We recently traveled to Antartica and then on to Argentina. It was a fantastic trip - the experience of a lifetime. Ultimate Travel always book our annual visit to Kenya - our visit to Enaikishomi School which we support, and we have just booked an autumn trip to Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam.

Dan Mills at Ultimate Travel did a superb job planning and executing our trip to Japan in May 2015. The guides in Takayama and Kyoto were excellent as were his choices of accommodation. We also appreciated the seamless travel arrangements he organized for us within Japan. Thank you, Dan!

I have recently booked two holidays with Ultimate and the service I received from both advisers was excellent. Informative efficient succeeded in meeting my complex needs. I would certainly use them again as it was much more relaxing than having to piece it all together myself even if I had the expertise that they have. Both advisers came up with solutions when issues arose and I feel confident that we will have two amazing holidays.

My representative, Paul, has been continuously helpful and available to assist me with queries and concerns. I cannot fault the service I have received so far, and can happily say that in the 15 years since I last booked with them, they have not changed in providing an excellent service.

Joanne Abbott may be a mind-reader in that she ascertained exactly what we were hoping for in our trip to a Italy. Otherwise, her friendly professionalism in planning made everything completely clear for us, in spite of our rustiness in regard to international travel. She and The Ultimate Travel Company will be our permanent travel resources in the future.

Not completed our holiday as yet so can't comment on how successful the trip has been but so far, the planning and booking process has been very comprehensive with valuable advice given from Jonny, our specialist on South America. If it all runs to the plan of our chosen itinerary, we should be back in touch to book our next adventure!

We had a super time in Kerala recently. Despite our itinerary having to evolve constantly due to the coronavirus outbreak, Louisa and her excellent Indian colleagues made sure our trip was still a great success and we felt we were in safe hands throughout.
