Fred worked so hard to get us the holiday we were after ,we phoned him several times on the day we booked and were given back the information we required. he was helpful and a very happy man we had a lower priced quote from another company but we felt more comfortable booking with you and Fred.

They were able to make changes to the itinerary of one of their tours to Vietnam easily & helpfully to our advantage, all for a good price.

I first contacted TS via email and they replied very quickly. They provided information in details which helped us make our decision. We had several contacts via email over the following weeks, each request being responded to in the same manner. When we were ready, we called the agents and booking took minutes. Very pleased.

I had a particular holiday date in mind thinking it would be the cheapest option but Tropical Sky came back to me with a much better price for a departure just a few days later which actual worked better. Would definitely use them again.

I should start by saying Emma is my daughter but I think I was one of her most difficult customers. That said she was patient and professional throughout and a credit to your company.

I have used them twice now along with the same contact. I have never used a company twice due to being treated like cattle. Jenn has looked after me from beginning to end. Considering I am 62 years old it is fantastic to trust a company.
I will be definitely using Tropical Sky a third, fourth, oh damn every time.

Initially I was quoted £6550 for the holiday only to be told 10 or so days later that the availability at that price was not available and I would have to pay £6986 if I wanted the same spec holiday but a couple of weeks later.

As a result I doubt if I will use Tropical Sky again.

Absolutely great, used them for an amazing trip to Cuba and have now booked Argentina and Chile. Expert advice, flexible and patient. All we need to do now is go! Well done Kevin.

I previously booked my wedding through them at the same resort. My husband and I loved the zilwa in Mauritius so much we decided to return. After shopping about tropical sky came up with a great deal for us and just so very helpful
I will book with them again in future for other destinations as they are trust worthy and helpful

I turned to Tropical Sky when Thomas Cook folded, Lucy at Tropical Sky was very understanding and guided us through trying to replace our holiday of a life time to the Maldives, we booked the exact same holiday as we lost and Lucy was great as were all the staff we spoke to there, since then we have booked 3 holidays with Lucy who is our “long haul holiday” expert and we don’t look anywhere else, the service from them in general and her in particular is outstanding.

We have travelled with Tropical Sky three times, twice to the USA, once to South Africa and have booked with them to go to Oman and Abu Dhabi in April 2019, all on tailor-made itineraries.
Excellent advice, great and prompt understanding of our needs and quick response. Very proactive and sympathetic in dealing with changes.
Excellent in dealing with problems en route.

We booked with your company last year and missed our flight due to an accident on the motorway, the team were fantastic, found us new flights etc and the holiday was lovely. We decided to book with you again this year, Val was excellent, answered all our questions , couldnt have been more helpful, and we have now booked with you again.

I spoke with Jordan about booking a safari/beach holiday in Africa. Having never been before we only had a vague idea of what we did/didn’t want. Jordan used her knowledge and personal experience to guide us and has booked for us what sounds like our perfect holiday! She kept in touch regularly and really listened to what we wanted and tried to meet our needs. She has exceeded what we thought we would get and we can’t wait! Would definitely recommend

I initially saw an advert on a web site when I was looking for an all inclusive holiday to Mauritius. I then made a speculative phone call and spoke to a lovely lady called Jo who couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything I asked for was researched, priced, and checked. So far my expectations of this company have been far exceeded.

I have recently booked 2 holidays with Tropical Sky after loosing holidays when Thomas Cook collapsed. The staff at Tropical Sky ( Lucy and Jennifer) have been excellent throughout, very knowledgeable, helpful and kind hearted, a credit to the organization when the travel industry is at its lowest ebb. I have booked all my holidays with Tropical Sky for the past few years as they are excellent. I will ring and speak to Paula giving her my requirements and I will receive a return call within twenty minutes with the costings and all the times and information. The hotel are informed of any special requirements , I pay the deposit and it is booked. Know doubt I will book with Tropical Sky again.

Second time I have booked holiday with Tropical Sky once in Kenya and my latest holiday was in Tobago, the staff are very knowledgeable and are really nice people to deal with especially Sally Watson.
