I just wanted to say how amazing our specialist has been. She couldn't have helped us any more, taking care of absolutely everything and really listened to what we wanted. All of the knowledge and information provided beforehand was great but it was all the small touches of checking in with us the Friday before we were due to go and sorting out our last minute return flight check in query that really made it a personal service. We wouldn't hesitate to get in touch for any future big trips.

Turquoise Holidays (predominantly assisted by Michelle Hemmings and later Carl Howells) were fantastic! Thorough professionals, focused on quick and detailed responses, & organizing various facets of our holiday to Maldives. Michelle helped us shortlist locations, advised based on our requirements what would make most sense, and despite various questions and changes was always kind and responsive. They ensured they were competitive in their offers and if anything was amiss reviewed and responded promptly. The resort we eventually went to was as advertised, and the service convincing such that we plan to seek their assistance for a vacation annually.

Melissa was not only an expert in Mauritius, she bent over backwards in getting us the best deals and held our hands all the way till the end to ensure that we had a perfect vacation.
We went for my father's 80th birthday and Melissa was always around to help and offer advice including talking me through my fear of flying at the last minute - literally before getting on the plane.
Turquoise (Melissa) were so service oriented that I cannot wait to travel with them again

They prepared a through agenda taking in to account all our requirements - 4 hotels in USA and two in Tahiti with all related flights car hire, ground handling to a cost and standard that we requested.
Nothing was ever too much trouble!

Susan Friel helped us with our booking, this is the 3rd time we have booked with Turquoise through Susan. She is very helpful and worked through all our needs for a lovely holiday.

Perfect - I dealt with Marcha from start to finish, in fact beyond finish as she even checked in with us after we came home to see how our honeymoon went - she was lovely, knowledgeable and kind. We were kept well informed throughout in a really friendly and professional manner. There was no sales pressure and loads of cute little touches like receiving luggage tags and a welcome home gift. It was so easy to book and pay for the honeymoon - would definitely recommend:)

Lyndsey Newton provided a first class service from the initial inquiry to the end of the holiday. She attended to every detail and everything that she organised worked out perfectly.

I asked torquoise to plan a special holiday to South Africa and Seychelles.
The service was excellent and they delivered a tailor made holiday to perfection. They responded immediately to any questions and explained everything along the way. Highly recommend this company.

I gave 5 stars because we had a five star holiday. Everything went perfectly and we were looked after fantastically by Stuart and The lady in New Zealand. I don’t know how we could have had a better holiday so all I can say is thank you so much. Of course I will be recommending Turquoise to our friends and if I ever go anywhere exciting again I will get back in touch.

Antony at Turquoise Holiday's was excellent at all stages of pulling together our honeymoon holiday package to Singapore and Indonesia. It was only bettered by the holiday itself that was sensational; fulfilling all of our requirements and will live long in our memories.

Antony organised our honeymoon around Asia and I do not think it would have been half as incredible without his help. His input into hotel and location recommendations saved us loads of time (helpful when planning a wedding too) and the holiday itself was perfect. Now wondering if we can do a honeymoon every year.

From the first contact, to receiving our booking details, tickets etc. The service from Sharon has been second to none. She’s is professional, polite, listens to what we require and knows her destinations. I cannot recommend Sharon/Turquoise Holidays enough. Sharon Booker superstar!!!!! Sharon set up a complicated package of travel for me, and had to keep lots of items secret from lots of different people. She had to work with the resort we chose to keep the planned surprise secret even after arrival.
She was brilliant, the surprise was absolute........cue tears, laughter and family memories that will be cherished forever.
Sharon and Turquoise went above and beyond anything I could reasonably have expected..I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would give Turquoise ten stars if I could! The absolute best professional service I've had the pleasure to encounter in years. Caroline at Turquoise helped me plan a surprise Maldives dream holiday for my sister and brother-in-law's milestone birthdays & anniversary, and it could not have been a better experience.

After going round in circles trying to do-it-myself online, I realized I needed specialist help. I read the reviews and reached out to Turquoise via email. Within an hour, Caroline called back even though it was 5pm on black Friday and the busiest weekend of their year! She quickly asked all the right questions to figure out which islands, flight routes and itineraries would be perfect. They all look like paradise in the pictures but there are huge differences in ethos, ambience, amenity, clientele and Caroline helped narrow the options. She worked over black friday weekend to put together a full itinerary. Once we had booked, she didn't stop working--monitoring flights and hotels and alerting us to opportunities for possible upgrades and enhancements. The final itinerary arrived beautifully packaged and presented.

My sister and bro-in-law ended up flying first class to the Maldives with a return layover in Dubai, in a suite at the foot of the Burj. Caroline also arranged spa vouchers and a note from their kids for us, as well as surprises we didn't even plan, like a celebration birthday cake on the plane. Caroline was pro-actively in touch at every stage leading up to their departure and even checked in with me while they were away to see if there was anything else the resort could do. All in all it was the most special, magical experience--not just for the lucky couple who traveled, but for me too, planning and executing this surprise. Throughout, Caroline and everyone at Turquoise was personal, skillful, exceptionally knowledgable and responsive. More than that, they embraced this trip as if it was their own family going away. If you are planning a special trip, for yourselves or dear ones, you cannot do better than get Turquoise on your team.
