Although we booked the Baltic Cruise that we went on direct with Cunard, the Staff at Ultimate Destinations sorted out the bits and pieces smoothly and very efficiently; for example, the flights to and from Hamburg to join and leave the ship, advice about the shore excursions and particularly the way to see St Petersburg which was the especial reason for making this trip of a lifetime.

As an occasional lecturer and holidaymaker in distant parts of the world for many years my wife and I have learned to trust Ultimate Destinations in Chorleywood. This is of particular importance in our old age, I am 90 and my wife 85, we no longer drive abroad and your team are now friends who take much of the stress out of long journeys. The planning and execution of our recent flights to Canada lived up to our expectations.

Corin is an efficient person to deal with,her service always meets the deadline she
sets in terms of providing information I have asked for and making the subsequent bookings. I find her very approachable and no request seems to be too much trouble. A real pleasure to know her.

My request was for a week in Florence in September for 4 people requiring 3 rooms .
The Hotel recommended was perfect a beautiful typically Italian hotel, 2 minutes walk from the Duomo and most of the important sights .Staff were very helpful during our stay .
Debbie was extremely helpful with sorting flights around our dates and also in terms of sourcing events, sending links for me to browse and organising tickets where necessary.

Andy has been a life-saver on more than one occasion meeting, our often last minute, requests for help with holiday bookings. When you travel with 4 kids, many hotels and deals don't cater for you but Andy has always managed to find us something that meets our needs, often exceeding them. We know with a hotel from Ultimate Destinations we are looked after from beginning to end, no matter where we are in the world.
