The leds were delivered in a matter of days and now installed they work great

I have used UltraLED quite a lot over the past couple of years and have always found the entire ordering and delivery process quick and reliable. Good selection of products, competitive pricing and great quality. I recently had one issue with a delivery not arriving, I contacted customer services by email and the issue was dealt with immediately and professionally by Sophie and replacements were sent so that my project was not delayed.

Seven days later and the unit has still not arrived. I needed for the weekend and have had to make alternative arrangements. Very disappointed
