Operator handled my booking efficiently, although I later discovered that two of my fellow travellers from Heathrow were offered a different flight out to take advantage of the upgrade to premium economy on all legs of their journey, whereas I was told that the upgrade was only possible on 3 out of 4 flights.

This is the second time I have booked with Wendy Wu since the first tour was exceptional- well planned, knowledgeable guide, excellent hotels and all the archaeological wonders that I wanted to see.

The whole tour from the moment we were met in China by our National Guide, Ivan, was first class, giving us a truly wonderful holiday. Highly recommend Wendy Woo for China.

Our guide and bus driver were amazing they saved our tour! Wendy Wu haven’t researched this tour well so it just didn’t work!

I would certainly recommend this trip and it is secondtripwith Wendywu
It was fully immersive trip encompassing various visits to Nomads and sampling their products
We experienced Mongolian music /dance at various concerts and the opening ceremony of Naadam festival was amazing
We had excellent drivers in the Gobi desert as well as excellent guide Donna
It was a very active tour with various visits to temples etc so we had plenty of ex exercise
Much better food than anticipated and well catered for as a vegeterian
In the city,we experienced various cuisines and our shopping needs catered for
Very good Ger camps and seat belts available throughout tour
Plenty of variety including also a return trip byspeedboat across the lake

Wendy Wu, Grand Tour of China. This was very well organised, with pick up from the airport, meet by the excellent National Tour guide Summer. Check in, all transport, entry to attractions. Meals etc. The tour itself was excellent with interesting locations and places to visit. Very well run. 2 of the local tour guides stood out. Both called Cherry, the first with Three Tribes tour in the Yangtze River and in Chengdu.

First class back up and service from the London office. The China visa experience went very smoothly.All travel guides gave excellent help and information, nothing was too much trouble.

We called in at the stand to chat as we traveled with you to China in 2014.
The staff on the site were helpful and we booked a trip to Japan.
I thought the stand was cramped and didn’t reflect the status of the company. For example there were only two garden chairs for clients and the girl checking dates and making bookings had a laptop on her lap.

I would certainly recommend them and would use them again: this was the second Wendy Wu trip we have been on, and we have been delighted with both. Tour guides and accommodation were excellent and the itinerary was well planned.

This was our 3rd tour, (China, India and Peru), we've already contacted them to try and organise our 4th in 2020. Says it all really?

About 4and 1/2 stars really. Kanae was a 5-star guide and most of the trips were excellent. The food was mainly good, but breakfast was generally poor (we normally eat muesli and granola with yoghurt and fresh fruit, but corn flakes and coco pops was the only cereal option sometimes) and some of the buffets were tired and the food replenished too slowly.
The visits were, in the main, excellent - often unpredictably so. However, the Hamarikyu Garden was overshadowed by the Imperial Palace's garden and therefore unnecessary. The visit to the the Kunitz Icchiku Museum was a highlight.

It was a wonderful and unforgettable experience that I had in India with Wendy wu Tours , but extremely tiring and 12 hours on coach one day 4 and five hours the following day etc didn’t help

As always very helpful and informative staff ,nothing is too much trouble for them, shame though the partner flies free wasn't available when I wanted to go, also the loyalty reward has been dropped from £250 to £200 , even though this is my 8th trip with you, a bit dissapoined

My wife & I travelled with Wendy Wu for the first time when we visited China in May.
Our overall view is that Wendy Wu provided a good service, but they are not the best Tour Company we have travelled with over the years.

I spoke to Lisa Ward at Wendy Wu. She was most helpful, very patient and gave all the needed information, spent a lot of time explaining everything about the tour. I have spoken to her before while booking other tours, she has always been very helpful, in fact it is always a great pleasure to speak to her as she is so patient, kind and helpful.
