Ordered replacement dual power (AC and battery) smoke and CO detectors for entire home. Items were packed and shipped as expected, arrived as promised, installed without issues. All at very competitive pricing. Very positive experience with Westside Wholesale.

I needed items for an installation, and needed them next day. Westside delivered as promised so we could get our job done as promised.

I'm a builder and I placed the order for some receptacle faceplates to finish one of our new homes, all items are still indicated on the website as in stock items, money were withdrawn from my credit account and confirmation email was sent to me with the note that , my order was recieved and it's in process of "fulfillment", will be shipped in 7-10 days. Twelve days passed, no further update recieved, after listening automated massage I left mine asking for the update on my order, no phone call nor email recieved, I had no choice, I sent an email requesting full money refund and I recieved this massage:

"We apologize for the delay with the manufacturer"
Wasting two weeks of mine time, I hope your will be saved.

I placed an order a few days ago and the card was never billed or the order ever processed. They do not answer emails nor do they answer the phone. I have a feeling they are not in business. I got a pretty good price with a nice discount. Perhaps the discount was too much for them and they decided to withhold the merchandise and hope I go away.
Well, the have succeeded. I would rather pay a few dollars more and be assured those with whom I am dealing are honest and care about their business as well as their customers.

This was the first time purchasing from Westside Wholesale. We received our order quickly, correctly, and the part functions well . We would order from Westside Wholesale again.

Westside Wholesale is a FRAUD and a SCAM. Do not send them money or waste your time. They have no intention of sending you merchandise. They will not answer their phone or emails. You can chat but that does not get you anywhere, only a waste of your time.
They are doing this to thousands of people, no one ever gets their money back or their product. How are they allowed to be in business?

I put in a order on Nov 1st 2017 and never got a update on the order not being able to be fulfilled fully for shipment. I made a few phone calls to follow up and was on hold each time for 15 mins or more. I received a partial shipment of the items ordered a week later. I had an email on Nov 10th stating that my remaining order will ship in 7-10 days. Then after 12 days I called back after no follow up and received another email on Nov 22nd stating that it will ship in 5-7 days. Followed up a few times throughout the next few days to see if the items were received and ready to ship, the customer service really has no clue on what they will have available to ship. December 8th i get an email saying items have shipped, though again a partial shipment of the items I ordered. I ordered cooper satin white switches, outlets and cover plates. I do not get how a business like this can stay competitive ( or in business) in this market with not being able to fulfill simple items such as these and not having a strong customer service based company. I asked if they could upgrade my shipping from UPS ground due to the inconvenience of there delays. To no prevail, UPS ground was still utilized.
The pricing for these items were lower then the big box stores, though the delays in receiving these items do not justify doing business with this company again. Ill take my $1200.00 elsewhere for switches and outlets next time.

Have dealt with them for few years now and A plus company

My order had an estimated ship date of 2 weeks. I called 2 weeks later for an update and was told they would have to research it and get back to me. The next day, I was told it would be another 2-3 weeks for the order to ship. I asked for a manager to call me, which they never did. I called back and cancelled my order. I was told, well that's just how we do business because we are a wholesaler. We can't predict our ship times nor keep all our customers aware of the status of their orders. Buyer beware...
