To say I am impressed with Stacey's work would be an understatement, she made this scary process simple and exceeded all of my expectations. Walking into this process as a single person was worrying to say the least, but as soon as Stacey was involved it all seemed so much easier. She made me confident, aware and excited to move forward with the build. I could not thank her & the Wilson Homes team any more if tried. They have made my dreams come true.

Cant recommend David at the Kingston display home enough. Very friendly and professional and explains things well so you know exactly whats happening in the early stages of building your house.

Stacey and Eboni pushed internally to meet our government requirement deadline to produce a building contract, while maintaining fantastic service and follow up. Any questions I had were answered quickly. The process from chatting about our design to colour selection was very easy. We decided our kitchen was a bit small so Kim helped resign the layout which we are very happy with.
Matt also made the contract process a breeze by explaining all requirements and regularly followed up for any information required.

We are two weeks away from moving into our beautiful Wilson home . This has been a fantastic experience for our family made easy by the hard working and outstanding professional care of Nick Burns. Nick gave us his full care and attention to every detail we asked him about, always knew exactly what stage our house was at , and always demonstrated strong communication to make our build smooth, care free with an fabulous result . We feel so lucky to have our fantastic new Wilson home ready to move into and wanted to pass on our highest recommendation to Nick Burns for always being available, responsive , personable and attentive, an outstanding young man demonstrating the highest level of dedication to his clients. A wonderful level of workmanship and quality was achieved and we are thrilled with the stunning result of our new family home. We’ve built with Wilson’s before and it was a smooth and easy, very informative during the whole process so naturally we chose Wilson’s again to build our next house. We are as always impressed by the friendly and helpful staff - most especially Stacey who has been wonderful to deal with during the initial processes.

Scott Wilson was great to deal with I met him and Chelsea at the Latrobe display home it was good to see the finished product before buying my own plan, Scott and the team suggested great ways for me to get what I wanted and be stress free with the simplicity payment option which ment I didn’t have weelky payments till completion which helped while paying rent and made suggestions to help me as well and save me money when it came to finance, stamp duty and solicitor fees. I really liked the design centre the fact you can sit down with an interior designer and choose everything in the one spot was very convenient and saved time, great for me as I don’t have a lot of spare time. During the build process I got regular updates and pictures via email and phone to get me in the loop, and walk throughs to see onsite progress. They look after you with a 90 day warranty as well so if you move in and find something that needs fixing after the final inspection it can be looked at and fixed in that period. Elliot ,Thalia and Chelsea’s communication was really good if I had any questions they were always happy to answer and follow up quickly with me. The other thing I liked as well was the fact that once I picked everything and it was all locked into the contract the price didn’t change which gives you peace of mind of what your in for. We have just commenced framing so a quick comment about our slab supervisor Julien. Couldn't be more pleased with his efforts. We are building from interstate so communication is critical. Julien has been in constant contact to update what is happening and posted plenty of photos, almost as good as being there so well done.

Having built several homes over the years, I'm pleased to say that building with Wilson Homes is my best experience thus far. From the outset, my wife and I were very impressed with the professionalism and dedication of all the staff we interacted with.
Initially, Chelsea helped us with selecting the right house design for our land size and budget, including our upgrades. We found Chelsea easy to deal with and straight away felt comfortable that we were in good hands.
Our colour selection with Nicole was a similar experience. Nicole displayed an excellent knowledge of her products, guiding us easily through the maze of the many item colours, hardware and furnishings. Nicole displayed great patience with us, which made this part of the process very enjoyable.
Throughout the build process, Thalia kept us update at every step. Nothing was too much trouble for Thalia. She also introduced us to the customer portal, which allowed us to watch the progress of the building with photos uploaded to the portal at each build milestone. This was godsend for us as we live interstate.
What can I say about our building supervisor, Elliot? The best ever! Elliot, gave us a weekly call with updates and was very thorough during our preliminary inspection of the completed house, pointing out the defects and what needed to be done and when. With Elliot's assistance, the small list of defects were rectified to our satisfaction prior handover.
From end to end, Wilson Homes and their staff exceeded our expectations. My wife and I will have no hesitation in using the services of Wilson Homes again when we come to build our next investment home.

Stacey, Scott and Eboni from Wilson Homes in Hobart have been helping myself and my partner with the floor plan stage of our build. They have all been so helpful throughout the process, ensuring that we end up building a house that we’ll be proud of and can call home.

We sold our home in an instant, and it took 1,100 days to move into our new Wilson Home. No fault of Wilsons in any way, the subdivision and council issues took two years to resolve. We have been working with Wilsons from the beginning so had lots of time to think through our plans and get them right. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional, and really knew their stuff. Once our contract was ready to go things progressed well - although it's never quickly enough when you've been waiting ages!
Erin Harvey was assigned to our build and was fantastic - nothing was ever too much, she always returned our calls, and was always on top of things. Our project supervisor Scott was also excellent. Sadly just before completion Erin moved on, but she was ably replaced by Kristy Hunt, who has also been outstanding.
We have had a retired builder keep an eye on our progress, and he's been very impressed all along with the quality of the work. All the tradies have been great to talk to as well.
At practical completion we moved in, so there were still a number of matters that needed attention, but they have been steadily worked through with just a few left. Nothing that stops us from enjoying our wonderful new home. There have been no horrible surprises in cost or quality, although the contract date was exceeded by a few weeks. There was no communication about this delay, which was disappointing and uncharacteristic.

My fiance and I are currently within the initial stages of building our future family home with Wilson Homes. We have just signed our consolidated tender and are waiting on the title for our block to release, so that we can begin our build.

We first attended the display home at Spring Farm Estate and met with David Osborne and Imogen Lomasney. As my fiance and I have never built a home before we were both nervous and uneasy as we have heard some nightmare stories about first home builders not having a transparent experience with their builder through the early stages leading to a blow out in quotes once a deposit had been made.

David and Imogen were extremely helpful in showing us both a number of Wilson home designs. Once we picked one, we spent hours fine tweaking our floor plan so that it would fit perfectly on our block and meet our requirements for functionality.

We had numerous questions for both David and Imogen that they were more than happy to help us with, and if they didn't know the answer right away they would get back to us in a timely manner.

We were provided with an initial estimate and were quite nervous that the final quote would blow out in price as we have made numerous changes to the initial plan, but to our surprise, it came well within the initial estimate that was provided to us.

Thank you David and Imogen for being approachable, transparent and extremely helpful with all of our enquiries over the last few months. We never expected this process to be so easy and fun.
If our future stages building with Wilson Homes is as good as the last few, I have no doubt that it will be both a smooth and enjoyable experience.

We recently moved into our newly built first home and couldn’t be more happier. It is a big milestone for us and Wilson homes ensured that the whole journey from design to the completed product was a smooth ride. Our journey started with getting great service and advise from David Osborne, our Sales consultant. He was very professional and was happy to make multiple changes to the design to suit our needs. Once that was finalised, Matthew Carter took over as our Project Coordinator and ensured the finer details were looked after. He was just a phone call away and attended to all our queries in a professional manner. Our building supervisor, Simon, was very approachable and great to communicate with. He kept us in the loop with various updates/stages throughout the build and was happy to organise inspections for us at short notice. He was also quick to fix any small issues/variations along the way. It’s only been a short time but we absolutely love our new home and would highly recommend Wilson homes to anyone.

We recently we had a full day colour selection session at the MyChoice Design Studio of Wilson Homes in Launceston. We were a bit apprehensive beforehand because of the sheer number of decisions to be made as well as the fact we were unclear on what style we were after. Throughout the day Nicole and Thalia provided us with great advice on overall look and feel, colour combinations and available options. Nicole was also very helpful in telling us and what would, or wouldn't, work. Nicole did this in a friendly, fun, relaxed and open manner and at no point did we feel pushed into decisions we weren't comfortable with. At the same time she encouraged us to consider ideas and options we would never have come up with ourselves. Overall it was an exhausting (8.5 hours of making decision after decision ...) but fun and exciting experience that really left us with a feeling that our house will be completely how we want it. Can't wait to see the finished product. I would definitely recommend Wilson Homes to anyone building a new home.

Nick Burns and the Wilson Homes team have been amazing to work with during the build of my first home. The detailed process has been seamlessly managed and very well communicated. I’ve felt very supported and a part of the process from start to finish.
