Their website is easy to navigate, the prices are good and the service you get is amazing. Shannon has answered all of my questions really quickly and was super friendly. I'd recommend using Xtreme Gap Year.

Really helpful with our booking and even made a custom trip for me and my friend without us having to work it out ourselves! Jasminka was lovely and phoned us up to help us book. We were also put in touch with flight services to help with booking that as well

So far I can’t recommend this company enough. Darryn has been helping myself and my two friends with our booking he has gone above and beyond to assist us. Really prompt on getting back to us with queries which is brilliant. All in all would give this company 10/10 so far with my experience. Roll on Thailand in September.

I am amazed the help and customer service I got from Sarah! She was patient and answered my questions (often the same, often really silly once) over and over. Replayed fast, shared thoughts and experiences, etc. Consequently, I got less insecure and more excited to start this journey! Even though they are a great international company with thousands of stuff going on, thousands of customers they took time for me and made me feel somehow important, as if the whole team was there to answer just my silly question. This is a great company so far, great customer service, great team! I will Definetly mention this program to my friends! I am so excited, cannot wait to start!! Thank you so much!!!

Hi, I’m going on the Thailand entourage in April I’m super nervous as traveling alone! I was a bit sceptical about doing this because I had never done this before but Sarah has been absolutely amazing in being quick replying to my emails and answering all my questions. If anyone else is concerned please don’t hesitate it’ll be the best thing you will do and I’m sure it will be for me too. Can not wait❤️❤️❤️

I've never used Xtreme Gap Year before or even done any traveling abroad before i found them. I was somewhat nervous about the whole thing but with the exceptional help and guidance of Shannon, found it to be a very simple if not pleasurable experience from start to finish. I very much would recommend Xtreme Gap Year for anyone looking for something more then just your average get away holiday/Gap Year traveling as their destinations and activities are very impressive and inspiring. Used xtreme gap last year for two trips and loved it so decided to use them again. I got Shannon again helping me through the booking process and she was amazing at answering all my questions quickly. She was so patient as well which is refreshing for a travel company and shows they care about the travellers experience. I’ve already looked at other trips to book during my travels which Shannon had suggested after finding out what I like

Great customer service, I booked a trip to Bali via Lara in 2017 and loved it, the customer service booking etc was great, I have now booked on the Australia Sydney connection trip via Lara & Alex, Alex has been amazing helping me with my booking and questions and I’m sure will continue to help if I need anymore answers with anything.
