They created a terrific trip just for two of us to see gorillas and chimps in Uganda and then go to Northern Serengeti to do a safari. Lodges were wonderful. We got to see gorillas, and a chimp family that came down from the canopy and were just feet away from us.

We met Diana from Zambezi Travel quite by accident at a holiday fair. It was fortuitous for us as we were trying to book a safari in the Kruger. There were so many to choose from that we felt quite lost and we happily left the whole thing to Diana, who it turned out lived quite close to us. Diana and her colleague Char in Zimbabwe got us into a wonderful camp called Nottens. Everyone else had booked a year or more in advance.

Nottens was a dream experience, a small camp with knowledgeable guides who really put themselves out to ensure a good experience. It was beyond our wildest dreams. There were only nine rooms, split into six people per safari vehicle.

Diana and Char made sure that we we could always contact them if we were at all concerned.

The whole experience was so quick, efficient and supportive that i cant contemplate doing it again without their expertise.

We just completed a fabulous 8 days in Zimbabwe organized by Zambezi Tours. Liz and Jane did a great job putting together an itinerary to suit our interests and budget. The service putting together the itinerary was top notch and we were pleased with everywhere they sent us. Saw tons of animals in Hwange and Chobe and did a great rafting trip in Vic Falls. Highly recommended!

I have had them plan 2 South African safaris for me. Each one more incredible than the last. The communication throughout the entire planning process was superb. I HIGHLY recommend them if you are planning a trip to Africa.

Our consultant Mark was quick to respond and very precise in his recommendations of what would suit us when we described what we wanted for our safari. The booking was absolutely hassle free, the documents on line describing what to expect were 100% and the follow up to remind us where to be, and when, was very helpful.

Zambezi Safari and Travel Company arranged our accommodation at Victoria Falls and Camp Hwange in the National Park as well as transfers to/from Victoria Falls and the N.P. Our accommodation at the Falls (Batonka Lodge) was clean and well serviced, the food exceeded our expectations and the staff were very friendly and helpful. At Camp Hwange everything was organised with such professional efficiency we couldn't find anything to complain about.

We would like to thank Liz, Chris, Jane and their team for such expert and friendly advise, we appreciated such a personal and individual service. Your recommendations for the accommodation were positively inspired and every transfer worked like clockwork even in the African bush.

We would have no hesitation in recommending your services to other travellers in the region, since you live in the area your local knowledge goes a long way to giving you a distinct advantage in the travel industry.

Thank you once again for all your help, it turned a good holiday into a great one.

Liz and Char from Zambezi Safari and Travel Company helped organize our vacation in Botswana (Okavango Delta) and Victoria Falls. The whole process of getting in touch, working through our options and finalizing the trip was quite seamless. They gave us a choice of safari camps, accommodations at Victoria Falls and activities that we could choose from and gave us very detailed information on how to prepare for the trip, information on local contacts and stayed in touch after everything was booked until we flew in.

We've been exclusively working with Mark and the Zambezi team for more than 5 years. Over the years they have created 4 unforgettable safari trips for us in Africa to places like Namibia, Serengeti and Masai Mara.

Each one of those trips have been better than the one that came before it. I think this is because Mark and team actually take the time to get to know us as travelers and people, about our likes, and dislikes, and the kind of vacations we prefer. They are also open to feedback about what was good about a recent trip and what could be improved. Zambezi team then takes that feedback and it goes into making the next trip even better! This type of personal touch and attention to detail is what makes Zambezi worth every penny. We'll be going back to them again and again for our future plans to Africa!

I would recommend them and Diana did a great job to customize our trip. She kept our budget in mind and offered ideas and did some research for us.
