The original app that I started using 3 years ago was fantastic, easy to use, full of features and was fast. Well not any more.... after the "major update" it has become a useless, slow-as-a-snail piece of s**t! It takes 3 times longer to do anything, some of the more intuitive functions like predicting customer names and accounts as you type seem to have gone, printing reports is no longer there instead you have to export them to email as a excel file (which is not formatted, my accountant laughed at it) DO NOT BUY THIS!

Siempre sé cuanto voy a pagar o no de IVA cada trimestre y eso me facilita mucho todo para cuadrar números con los bancos. Mi gestor coge todas mis facturas y gastos el mismo con su usuario gestor y me ahorro mucho tiempo con eso. El solo me llama antes de cada trimestral y me dice lo que tengo que pagar (Siempre coincide con los datos del panel) La atención al cliente es excelente. Lo único que echo en falta es que quitaron la posibilidad de que mis clientes me paguen mediante transferencia bancaria, y eso me trastoca un poco ahora.

Realmente es un programa de facturación que me facilita mucho la vida. Si lo que realmente vas a manejar son facturas es ideal, porque puedes crear las tuyas para los clientes y subir las de gastos, para ver exactamente lo que facturas, lo que gastas y lo que tienes que pagar de impuestos.

Nyman Libson Paul Chartered Accountants are currently being investigated by the ICAEW, and deservedly so. They have a attitude of failing to submit accounts on time (despite being one of the most expensive accountancy firms) and placing the blame on the very clients they are supposed to care for. I only discovered that my company was about to be prosecuted by HMRC and Companies House because a friend (who worked for another accountancy firm) happened to mention it to me that my firm was being prosecuted. This resulted in my having to telephone and ask companies house to hold off from prosecution (which they did for 7 days only) Then I saw the catalogue of errors caused by this accountancy firm. Guess what: They are now taking me to court for £5,000, which is their fee for such .......service ?

This company created so much damage to my firm, failing in all aspects of accountancy work. They haven't learned their lesson despite being fined £3,000 plus £4,000 costs brought by my official complaint to the ICAEW. This is the investigative body responsible for standards by accountancy firms in the UK. Not content with this, they had the audacity to try to lie to a judge, who caught them out immediately with the infantile attempt at deception. Choose another firm before they destroy your business.

I rarely complain online, so I am just going to give the facts of my experience: 1. 10 months from start of process and no tax refund. Promised for over 3 months that HMRC in UK has processed refund. No proof shown. 2. "if" HMRC issued the cheque (TaxBack.com) have not confirmed, then the internal TaxBack.com records show that the cheque was received over 20 business days ago. 3. The accountant assigned to my case does not reply to emails without multiple follow ups. 4. The business records on your assigned online account show weekly attempts to contact me, yet I receive nothing. All details are up to date in the system. So customer service staff are lying. 5. Some of the accreditations at the bottom of TaxBack.com's website list companies which have previously been reported as fraudulent. In summary, I have a slim hope of receiving my refund after charging a high fee. I would avoid using this service. Based on my personal experience, I am growing increasingly worried that I have been part of a scam.

I am very pleased that you have successfully organized my UK tax refund. Receiving this email on March 10 coincides with the birth of the second granddaughter in our family, so the money was very useful and arrived at the right time. I have already told colleagues in the UK, friends and family about the excellent collaboration with the Taxback team. The money is in my account. I also worked in 2020 from January to July. My experience has been up front and still kind for someone like me that was 73 years old, not in the best of health, Wondering how in the world did I get here and owe this much. For one thing I had no financial background and the second thing was I bought my business right at the time that all businesses were getting into trouble and so did mine. I didn’t know who to go to so I checked out different businesses and Anthem Tax Services was Better Business Bureau approved, so I decided to go with them and they did help me.

When I contacted Clean Slate Taxes, I owed the IRS over $40k and I had already paid 2 other scam companies over $3500 each to protect my house from IRS TAX LEINS, penalty abatement, and to do an “Offer in Compromise” which I was told would protect my assets, wipe out penalties and fees that were racking up, and would save me thousands. Neither company did anything to help, I was getting stressful letters from the IRS, and I was dealing with mounting medical bills. That all changed when I contacted Clean Slate Taxes. They provided me with a fantastic case manager who collected information from me to get a real understanding of my case, they did a complete tax analysis for the past ten years, they were honest, responsive, and most importantly very good at what they do. My case manager didn’t make any empty promises to get me hooked, he worked hard and diligently on my case and gave me real expectations about what my options were and what to expect. They provided correction of my last three tax returns, got me in compliance so all the stress and worry of getting IRS letters in the mail would stop, and most importantly because of their relationship and hard work with the IRS, I now have a manageable payment plan that fits in my budget, I no longer feel the IRS is out to get me, and I don’t loose anymore sleep because I know that “Joe” and their team of attorneys and tax specialists” Have my back and from my first free evaluation call until now, They have provided excellent Customer Service, great Technical support, very fair prices (considerably less than the $4k dollars I paid two other companies who were listed on several websites as one of the top ten). Do your research, read your service contract closely and carefully, and don’t allow yourself to get ripped off like I did, because there are companies that have no problem taking your hard earned money, promising you they can get all these fees and penalties erased and wiped out and most of the time, that’s not the case. Do yourself a favor, call Clean Slate Taxes, they are the real deal and you will get your IRS problems behind you.

I called Clean Slate Tax when my Social Security was garnished in 2019 by the IRS for taxes due in 2006. JOE responded to my urgent situation immediately with a detailed course of action and helped me "settle down" to handle the situation. After 2 long years taking care of family through life-threatening medicals, I was so tired, I did not know if I could do it -- but, with Joe's guidance, it is HANDLED. I sent an initial inquiry on a weekend and they responded in a couple of hours. Their level of professionalism is second to none. You don’t have to be an experienced trader or study all these ‘technical’ terms. All you need is open your idea to them. Once the conversation starts, you’ll feel like you’re talking to a friend rather than to a service provider. They will guide you through and discuss all the things that can and cannot be done, and even propose some suggestions to optimized your idea. They won’t stop until they’re confident that the customer has a clear understanding of every bit of details of the job. Lastly, you don’t need to worry on how much they charge you. I submitted my project to all possible MQL programming services and freelancers I saw on the internet. They quoted me with the lowest fee.

The experience end to end was excellent and Angeli and Clark from the Expat Online team I worked with clearly have the client experience process well oiled. Both were responsive and courteous, taking as much pain away from the process as is possible. Prodigy released Wage Garnishments from both the IRS and the State of North Carolina within 3 days of me hiring them. They completed all my old tax returns too. They handled the IRS and State so I would not have to and negotiated a repayment plan that I could actually afford. There are no words to describe how fantastic Amy and her staff are. They will sometimes spend hours on the phone with me. They are responsive, helpful and always looking out for their client. Best part is you can always reach someone or get return the call promptly. This is my second year using MyTaxPrepOffice and in comparison to the glitches I encountered last year, this year is a breeze. They have enhanced the program and it is definitely more user friendly. Not to mention the cost is excellent. If I run into a problem, technical support is just a phone call away. They usually resolve my issue with just one call. If this year continues to be such an ease of use, then they may have me for life if the price remains stable. Thanks for making my job easier this year.

We have used this software for years for both business and personal returns, and have been very pleased with it for the value. Their lack of quick phone support, or the return needing to be sent to their Tax Analyst when something isn't calculating correctly or we as tax payers are doing something wrong, we overlook due to the great online help and email correspondence, and the value of the product that allows us to give our clients better pricing, and keep more profit for our company.

I would never give my business to such an unprofessional, unknowledgeable, sorry excuse for a company. Their representative had a huge ego chip on his shoulder, talks over me several times, then hung up in my face. Not the type of service anyone would recommend. Bookkeeping 360 10x better features and service.

They don't have clear pricing and they try to estimate your business size so they can take as much as they can from you. They will ask the size of the expenses.... what does it matter if it's one transaction of $1 million of 5,000 transactions totaling $10K. It feels like a mini scam to me and I would NOT EXPOSE my finance to them. They also ask many personal questions before giving you the cost. WHy don't they have a simple cost calculator online?!!
