Just got back from My holiday in Los Angeles. Stayed at the Queen Mary in Long Beach and travelled around LA by bus and Metro Train ($27 a week tap card). All organised by Georgie Pomfret at Deansgate Manchester. Can not thank her enough for the super organisation of the flights and hotel. Extra thanks to the KARMEL shuttle drivers who took me from LAX to the hotel and back. Anthony Keaveny Eccles Lancs.

Impossible to get refund to which we are entitled. Disgraceful and causing undue stress to customers. And they have the audacity to advertise holidays for 2021 when they’re not looking after customers who booked for 2020 and have had their holidays canceled.

Avoid this company at all cost! the return leg of my flight was cancelled (due the covid outbreak and Virgin Atlantic cancelling flight) I contact Virgin Atlantic who told me that i am legible for a refund my claim has to be submitting to the agency i bought my Ticket from (Travel Trolley) i did this at the end of March and been e-mailing and calling then ever since. Each time i call i get given a new e-mail address to send my ticket / invoice details to (which i do) and each time i get no reply to the e-mail!! I am up to 5 different e-mail addresses now! 3 months later no reply / no refund. I strongly suggest this company be investigated and it feels like a being scammed (given different e-mail address each time i call)

DO NOT USE OR BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. tt are a travel agent... Saying this extremely light.. As in fake. They take your money... They do not inform you of any changes made to your flights, then they expect you to contact the airline directly to refund... They are the travel agent and legally they are you port of call for any help, information etc. But they won't help, unless you threaten them with legal advice. They don't like to contact you, or respond to emails. If u want a reply then email the ceo directly.. U soon get anwers!!!

If I could give just air no stars I would. My husband and I made a request August 11, 2020. Since then we have talked to Kane Thomas about receiving a refund. We have been given the run around as well as several dates as to when we were suppose to get our refund for two tickets. Today I spoke with Neil. He proceeded to tell me that he will put in a request. I informed him that several requests had been made and that at this point we need to speak with someone else. It is policy that a full refund is offered and Justairticket is not wanting to do this. It has been max of 150 days since we made our request. They are VERY rude and continue to tell you that you will receive your refund in 15 days, 30 days, 90 days. This amount of time has passed. After talking over me and arguing with me, Neil proceeded to tell me that he too was still waiting on a ticket refund which has NOTHING to do with me or the money I spent with just air. I hung up because there was no getting through. I just would like the full refund for the two tickets that both JustAir and United Airlines stated we would get.

Emirates are on the slippy slope to getting a poor rating. In my opinion they were one of the best airlines in the world a couple of years ago but their attitude to the customer experience in Economy class is quickly fading. I've just returned from Dubai and was on the flight for over two hours before fellow passengers and I were offered a drink. Wines used to be served in small bottles and now you get a glass so it's difficult to save for later - just a few niggles but the Emirates experience for me is going the wrong way.

Emirates airline rebooked my flight and changed my destination city without my confirmation, I contacted emirates chat and told them I refuse to land in a different city far away. I requested emirates to rebook my flight on different dates as per my original Departure & Arrival cities or give me voucher, emirates refused to help. emirates told me to go back to travel agent (travel up). Travel Agent does not answer phone calls, emails and emirates refused to help. travel agent has turned off call queue system now emirates is forcing me to land in different city far away. their customer support is bunch of liars they claim emirates will not touch your booking because it is via travel agent. I told them emirates have already touched my booking by changing my destination airport to different city 5 hours away.

The flight took off exactly on time and as well as, reached on my destination city right on the mentioned time and this brought a good experience of a truly red hot spicy travel. It was one of the nice flight I had by far. I'd fly soon again with Spicejet.

Finally, I had this Spicejet flight on previous Sunday after a gap of 6-months due to the gestation period. It was my first flight in 2019 so I was delighted as it is my favorite airline. I truly like the staff greeting and welcoming manner. The support continues to be the best whether you ask at the airport counter or while aboard. Faced no issues faced inside the flight, fly with smooth take-off and landed perfectly at the on-time slot. The food they served was hot, fresh and mouth-watering. I wish to fly numerous times again. Highly recommend.

Krakow Direct did a return trip from Krakow airport to the Park Inn Hotel before Christmas. Taxi was ready and waiting for both journeys, the vehicles were spotlessly clean and price very reasonable. Both drivers were friendly and helpful. Communication with the office and via email was first class. I will use Krakow Direct again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Its a shame you have to even give 1 star to this company just to write a review. Had a parking booking which because of Covid-19 was cancelled. Nearly 5 months on I still await a refund requested. I have emailed and emailed and get no response. I get excuses from the 1 email they did reply to saying that they have changed their banking system and cannot refund to card. They have my bank account details for a BACS transfer and still nothing after receiving that email over 2 months ago. eMailed them the bank details and over the next 6 weeks to further emails to chase them. Still no refund. Never never use this company - they have no idea of customer service and should be reported to the Government and put out of business providing this service.

Booked flights which were cancelled due to PIA being suspended. Southall made no communication regarding the cancellation or the refund. I have had to call them to get updates. They have had my refund for over a week now and have not bothered contacting me. They have advised 14 days to process refund when I contacted them. I have used them a few times. You don't know how good a company is till there is an issue. I will definitely not be using southall again.

Key broken The drivers who collected and delivered the vehicle we efficient and friendly, however the key to the vehicle was broken whilst in their possession, no apologies, it was superglued together and then sellotaped on return. They refuse to refund as they say it was faulty on delivery and as the car is older the key is older, although they admit it was broken by a member of staff. As they super glued it together it had to be recut costing £35! Tried to go through the complaints and customer service which just kept stating no liability and the oldness of the vehicle. Be very aware of damage and no come back - still trying to escalate it.

My car got scratched while I was traveling. I took a photo when retrieving the car and compared with the check-in photo, the scratch was clearly not there before. Despite the photo they keep rejecting liability using dodgy arguments. "there is a distortion on the photo" "your photo is very zoomed" In addition, drivers were late at our arrival and return to the Stansted airport, despite calling them in advance. Forcing us to wait outside in the wind with our baby.

Flying to Glasgow on Monday 3rd June 2019 on the 16.35 pm flight with EasyJet. Myself and my son and my 3yr old granddaughter arrived at the airport and was standing in the queue in security and it was so busy with huge queue's and NO STAFF walking about to ask for help. There was only one person on each lane making sure everyone complied with the security measures. Our flight was closing in 35 min and we were panicking at the fact that there were NO staff walking about to ask for help and if we had left the queue there was a chance of us missing the flight. I got very worried as we couldn't do anything but stay in the queue and much to our disappointment we missed our flight. NO HELP !!! we were escorted back through security and had to go downstairs to the information desk to ask for help and to be told we had to PAY FOR 3 TICKETS. £100 each they were, even for a 3 yr old so we were advised to go online and pay that way as it was cheaper. If there were staff walking about at security I would have asked for the help and we would have not missed our flight and ALSO be out of pocket having to buy another 3 tickets and wait nearly 4hrs for the next flight with a 3yr old. So Bristol Airport, HAVE MORE STAFF WALKING ABOUT AT SECURITY SO PEOPLE CAN ASK FOR HELP IF NEED BE.

Booked on-line 22/08/2109 to be picked up in December at Reykavik International and drop off at my hotel and the reverse for return home. Paid for what I ordered BUT, the voucher sent says ": YOUR CITY SHUTTLE BUS DOES NOT INCLUDE A DROP OFF DIRECTLY AT YOUR HOTEL. Your drop off point will be at the main bus central station in Central Reykjavik" !!!! miles away fron my hotel and NOT what I ordered. I cancelled by phone asit was NOT WHAT I ORDERED and they are still charging me the cancellation fee for their not providing the correct service!!

I know many people say, you can claim for compensation yourself. Why do you need someone to do it for you? I have experienced Air advisor service very professional. When I called them for the first time all I said was our Munich flight was cancelled and after I instructed them to proceed with my compensation. Can you believe, I received my refund within 2 months?

’ve never had such terrible customer… I’ve never had such terrible customer services as I have received from British Airways over the last week! I have made over 15 calls been disconnected 11 times wrote the complaint email and still can’t get to speak to anyone. I really I’m not sure what to do now! I have a return flight booked from Bangkok to London with only one hour to get on the connecting flight with two children, my daughter has an operation the day we land and we cannot miss the connecting flight. I called them and asked him if we could cancel the first part of the flight they said yes no problem it will be £150 charge they asked if I could do it and they said no the systems were down and to call back I called back two hours later as discussed to then be told that the charge was £750! And I haven’t been able to speak to anyone since they said they cannot deal with this until we are back home I’m not quite sure how that helps me. Signed a truly distressed and upset customer

Due to an absolute refusal from BA to link two connecting BA flights as one had been booked with Avios (which they deny any relationship with despite owning them) our luggage missed a flight to Barbados causing us unnecessary stress and anxiety, e- mailed requesting the return flight to be sorted - no chance - all efforts met with deliberate confusion and deflection of any responsibility . many e mails and contact but to all the other complainers below I can advise that the only thing worse than being ignored by their service staff is actually communicating with them - condescending , self serving and rude. Best advice is to use another provider.

On July 3 (2017), I reserved and paid for a window seat for a flight from Cebu City to Taipei. 5 days later, I was advised that the flight was canceled but will be done 24 hours later. In January 2018, I tried to do get my boarding pass as it has to be done over the internet. Surprise! My seat wasn't anymore on a window seat. Without warning about extra fee I moved it to a window seat in the same area. Suddenly, I could not properly get my boarding pass without paying an extra fee for that window seat. - I sent an e-mail about the situation ... no answer for some days then ..... ---------- 3 times I wait an average 1 hour to get the "chat" service. First, she said that I changed the seat then I had to pay a fee. Second, he will force the customer service (via the first e-mail) to reply a.s.a.p.. He didn't at all informed that e-mail service about my argues. So! The e-mail said as I changed the seat I had to pay a fee. &&& Sent a second e-mail (01490402) with more detailed information. 5 days later ===> no reply &&& Third one, he understand my good argue about not having to pay again for a window seat. He said to pay the fee then later ask for a refund. I said "I give you 24 hours to inform whoever that I want the fee to be deleted without further contact with me". ---------- After 24 hours, I post that bad review about the poor service and maybe a tricky way to get some extra money from AirAsia. Of course, I have to pay the fee to get my boarding pass and hopefully check-in inside that plane before it takes ofF. The extra fee is very low for me but I fight for the justice, fairness, respect of the customers ... Second problem: 3 years ago I paid a bus to go at the airport from Johor Bahru (Malaysia). I walk 5 kms, find the departure from an hotel. I have been told that the service was canceled for about 1 year. I paid around $20 Canadian for a taxi ride instead. I asked a refund to Air Asia and never never got a reply.

Booked a business class ticket Gold Coast to Phuket and while mo e meal was given we had to pay extra for one drink. If you fly Thai or any other airline normal class get free drinks. Also waiting time at KL is bad custom clearance and have to complete 2 check points with no seating available. Could not pay for drinks with credit card and when usex Australian dollars ripped off with exchange rate.

CLICK2BOOK – More like CLICK2BAIT!! I have booked a round trip Kelowna-Portugal with click2book for July 2022. They emailed me the next day stating that I have to call them back due to online fraud and protect the card holder (grammar and spelling mistakes). At this point I was really skeptical that this was a scam. When calling this company back there was no mention on the recordings of the company, website, ect as it was just random music. Finally got someone, told them that I was calling back and was rudely put back on hold. At this point my guard was fully up that this was a scam. So finally spoke with a guy named “Ben”. He looked through my booking and told me that one of my lengths of the trip (from Vancouver to Zurich, Switzerland) was no longer available at the economy price and I would have to upgrade/pay an additional $468.91. He kept assuring me that it was the best deal around as the prices were going up since I had booked the flight. He even guaranteed that I would not find another price cheaper for that route as they have “communicated” with the airline directly. I checked on their own website at that moment and it was still showing me the same price I had booked for. The usual “oh the prices fluctuate all of the time and that it takes time for the site to update”. He kept putting me on hold and then telling me to refresh the website over and over again where I kept telling him that it was still the same. Looked through other travel agencies and could see the prices were in fact bumped up around $50 to $100 but not the amount he was telling me. Back and forth we went and he kept trying to deceive me with constant lies so I told him to cancel my flight and refund my money. He said that they were unable to do this as the airlines had already red marked the different routes that I was to fly through and so it was “impossible” to do so. He screwed up where he stated that the money had not be charged yet and they needed authorization from me in order to be able to charge for the flights (don’t think he realized that he did at the time). Again he put me on hold and spoke to a “Supervisor” who stated that it was my first time booking through them that they would give me $100 off. Looked at different travel sites and I told him that if you can match the price that FlightHub was offering ($1440.67) then I would be in ... if not then I want to be refunded fully. He told me no and then he sent me an email for me to agree to voluntarily pay a $150 fee for cancelling the flight. The email even included a fake airline confirmation # to make it seem that it was all legit along with spelling mistakes. I told him that I was not going to send this to him as I did not agree with this and I wanted it cancelled/refunded. Eventually after the back and forth for some time he disconnected the call so I called my credit card company right away and locked my card. My credit card company has heard about this company as well from some people and its been an issue. I had his email address, as he was sending me different updated bookings, so I decided to give him multiple opportunities to make this issue right but, of course, no response. This is a classic bait and switch where they offer amazing prices to draw you in with a website that seems to be legit but after digging around you can see that it is just a front. I checked through the registry of the website and everything was redacted from who registered it, where, ect (legitimate websites/companies do not do this). I have filed the complaints with the Canadian Anti-Fraud division, BBB and numerous blogs, agencies. Reading through the “positive” feedback on sites, like this, most of them are fake reviews. Even the responses from the “Customer Service Department” are all the same 2-3 paragraphs used over and over again. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SITE and follow this rule moving forward ... If its too good to be true it probably is! P.S. I booked with FlightHub, paid an additional $100 and received my tickets within minutes!

DO NOT USE!! Charged for a scratch that did not exist. Car given a clean bill of health at hardback. Also conformation email received to say bond would be returned. 10 Days later and still £850 down. No deposit returned and charged £135 for a none existent scratch. Over 30 calls and emails later still no response. A Disgrace.

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!! JUST GOT CHARGED 122 EUROS FOR A SCRATCH RIGHT UNDERNEATH THE FRONT BUMPER THAT I KNOW FOR A FACT I DIDN'T DO!! The man went straight to it so i know they knew it was there, he had to lay under the car to take the picture... PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PHOTO ALL OF THE CAR, EVEN RIGHT UNDERNEATH! You will have to get right underneath the car, so take old clothes to lay down on the floor with if you want to use this fraudulent company!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! I have been paying for my son to have flying lessons for over a year, my son has not flown at all but the money is still being taken by these cowboys. There is always excuses, no instructors, no aircraft, bad weather or blaming other random issues. The owner is very rude man who isnt interested. Please do not get conned like I have and use a reputable company, I will be taking these to the small claims court. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Do not use this company to learn fly, I visit here and have my money stolen by the owner who claimed I pay first. He has got £1000s of my money and I have not ever flown. Please do not use these people and find another place to fly to learn.
