I was in a rush a booked a wrong flight for tomorrow, then I spoke to him and he calmed me down and corrected my mistake. Normally my partner and I would book a cheap ten day holiday away each year in the winter to avoid the winter blues. Typically we would go with a budget airline to keep the costs downs and it seems we got stuck in our old ways of doing things, and never really bothered to use other airlines or comparison flight websites. However my friend forwarded me the link for flights.com whos flight search allowed me to find some great last minute deals and saved me more than I would of initially expected. I was quite surprised really. My partner and I are now looking forward to a great last minute holiday early this December; and not forgetting to mention the extra bit of spending money we now have from our flight saving. So we are certainly looking to treat ourselves while we are away and hopefully there may be a little bit left over for Christmas!

My only reason for parking here was that my vehicle would be safe & secure whilst I was on holiday with my family, this obviously was not the case as when my family & I arrived back to my car on level 8 in the multi storey car park at approx 9pm on 19th April 2015 We discovered damage to my rear bumper and passenger side door. I have attached photo’s of the damages for your information. I contacted the Security team on the barrier to see if anyone had reported this but they advised no one had so whoever did this damage clearly just drove off.

Was wary at first as it is an American Co. and I am a UK citizen. I was amazed at the price I was offered for my flights, better than any of the big UK travel companies. My agent Debbie could not have been more helpful, every email I sent was answered promptly and she was available to speak to when I telephoned. Was a little difficult transferring funds in dollars, but on the day they received it I was sent my E tickets immediately. I thoroughly recommend this company.

My husband and I just completed the first part of our roundtrip booking from Dubai to Orlando. We started looking for tickets three months ago and saved about 50% on a similar business class routing on other airlines. We were flexible on our departure and arrival airports, and had some leeway in our dates. I think this is key in getting the best deal. You also have to be willing to commit to a booking right away, or it will be gone. We lost a better deal because we were slow to decide. The time zone difference also was not in our favor, but Avi worked tirelessly on our behalf. I highly recommend this company!

If you feel like waiting for just under two hours after your flight has landed then go with this service! The call centre was rude and hung up the phone when we called twice to see where the bus was. Definitely wouldn't use Purple Parking again!!

I booked a flight to Hong Kong to try and fly home for the first time in 2 and a half years. Because of my PCR test, I unfortunately cannot get on the plane on the departure day. I called the agency straightaway to explain my situation and asked to change my flight to a later date. I was informed that they will get back to me as soon as possible once they get a response from their supplier. So I waited at the airport for the entire day trying to get this sorted. Guess what? I did not hear a proper response from them until 5 hours later! And when I did, I was told that because I was marked as ‘no show’ on their system they could not make any changes on my flight date. This was simply not true because I DID turn up to check in on the day and I also followed up with the airline later, who informed me they have never marked me as ‘no show’. I ended up buying another flight ticket from the airline because I needed to go home and just gave up on them. I am now in Hong Kong and still trying to get the flight date changed. Guess what? Same reason – they STILL cannot do anything because I was marked as ‘no show’, despite me even showing them the evidence provided by the airline that I was not bloody marked as ‘no show’. And now, I was again informed that they will get back to me as soon as possible while they 'claim' they are sorting things out with their supplier. I am sorry but this sounds so dodgy to me. The return flight is departing in 2 days, but am I expecting them to come back to me on time with any actual helpful updates? ABSOLUTELY NO. My recommendation: AVOID USING THEM. Even if they are genuine, this goes to show that they CANNOT SOLVE ANYTHING on their end. I learnt my lesson and I will ALWAYS buy flight tickets from the actual airline from this point onwards.

HI, Traveled from Dublin, Ireland on Friday 27/5/2016 To Budapest and home on Monday 30/5/2016. Pre booked this service on line and I have to say it was a great decision. The driver was waiting in arrivals with our name on a board and was polite and mannerly. On our way home we were standing outside the apartment with our yellow booking form in our hand and we were approached by two taxi's but as advised on the booking we asked for the reference at which point they left. Our driver arrived at the exact time booked and confirmed the reference. He was chatty and a gentleman. Our son also used this service on my recommendation when he came to meet us in Budapest and even though his pick up was at 4.30am flying back he went down at 4.10am to find the taxi waiting. All in all a great service and I have no problems recommending it to everyone. Patrick

Not only did I find the best deal for the cost of my trip from South Bend to Eugene, but also worked out well going both ways with very little time wasted between 2 flights each way. I was so looking forward to the travel, but due to an emergency medical issue, I had to cancel one day before the trip was to begin. I called Lookupfare, and they forwarded my information to United Airlines, who refunded me every penny of the trip, even though I did not have the cancellation insurance. I really didn’t expect this, but am so pleased, and this will help me to fly once I am recuperated from this issue that left me incapacitated. I wish I could give 0 reviews on this “agency”. It’s true he worst service I’ve ever used. When I first booked the flight, they called me so that “ I could get a seat assigned”. Since I didn’t get my confirmation email after booking the flight, as usual, I thought this was a scam. After I called my bank to cancel the transaction because I never got the confirmation email, I finally got it. After that, I had a huge problem because my second last name wasn’t included in the ticket, these people had me calling Iberia because “based on their policies” they couldn’t do anything to change/add my second last name. That was a lie, I called Iberia and they said they couldn’t do anything because the ticket had been bought by a third party (cheapflights.com). At this point, I was very disappointed i was not only going to miss my vacation, but also loose my money. Plus, lookup fare kept telling me to call them back in 4 hours, in 8 hours, in 10 hours call after call and I was stupid to keep waisting my time in this scammers. They never got it resolved, but told me my only option was to book a new flight and then, I would get reimbursement of my money. HELL NO. How would I know i was going to get my money back? Now, I’m waiting to see if my bank can do anything about this, all I can say is PLEASE don’t use this website. You can also deals through justfly.com or websites with better reviews. These people would yell at you and try to make you believe it’s your fault they’re stealing your money.

I purchased 4 tickets for an adrenalin skydive 2.5 months prior to book the weekend for my birthday from Living Social Deals. They told me I needed all 4 coupon numbers to finalise the booking. I told my friends who had purchased the coupons separately to contact Adrenalin but they all had trouble contacting them. They were either unreachable or said that they couldn't find the booking under my name. So I got all their details and called Adrenalin on my days off work and finally got in contact with a representative who was very uninterested and unhelpful. I tried a month later to make sure the booking was still there and they said the date I had given them wouldn't be available as their sky diving instructor will be away in the US. So I had to change the date which meant I changed the date of my birthday celebrations. I called them one week prior to the date and they confirmed the booking. Two days before the jump date, while I was at work I got a missed call from a random mobile number, I called back and a sales rep named "[name removed]" from Adrenalin Skydive told me that they had tried to contact me to tell me that my booking was incorrectly placed and they could no longer fit me in on the day! I was incredulous! I couldn't believe that they would do this to me. I called them back and said that it was not allowed! I had booked it two months in advance, had it planned for my birthday and [name removed] just told me "we can't fit you as one of our planes broke down". I was extremely upset as you can imagine. the day prior to the jump he called and said he would "try to fit" my group booking in, as if it was a favour and would call me tomorrow to confirm but couldn't fully assure me it would go ahead. He called me at 9am and told me to get there by 12pm. I was driving from Sydney to Goulburn and had friends travelling on public transport to meet me at the station. It was a horrible and rushed birthday and we ended up having to wait for another 3 hours to actually make the jump. On the way back vomited because of all the unneccessary stress/fatigue. I was also 1 hour late for my Birthday dinner in which 15 people arrived before me.What a waste of a whole Saturday and my energy, I didn't even get to go clubbing because I was so fatigued from all the bull. If i knew it was going to be this much trouble I would have not purchased the coupon with Adrenalin Skydive. If you're going to advertise a coupon, you should show them the same respect as paying customers or just not advertise a special coupon deal if you can't hack the lack of financial profit gained. Changed my booking 1 month before & again 2 days prior to my bday, poor customer service, money hungry and dishonest

Expensive skydiving for $224 for a mid week jump over the cane fields. There was nothing to see and that little lady was so rude to us. It was a horrible, rushed and then ended up having to wait for another 3 hours to actually make the jump. Avoid them!

I recently ordered a product using my points. When it hadn’t arrived after 2 weeks I was forced to chase up the order. I was then told the product wasn’t available anymore. I asked why no one called me to inform me and wasn’t given an answer. I asked them to follow up with the manufacturer to find out when the product would be back in stock. Instead of calling me I received an email saying they can’t tell me how long and that they (Qantas) had cancelled my order.. suboptimal service at best.

I was with Qantas FF for over 15 years. Never got upgraded. Never managed to earn enough status points even though flying business. And even when you have 240,000 points you can't book a reward flight on the dates you want or have to fly to Europe via London making the trip 30 hours plus. Was with Virgin just 9 months and was given Gold status but here's the clincher, was upgraded on a recent flight and didn't even ask for it. You can't beat that.

The travel agency through which we booked the stay,( 6 months ago ), also provided the transfer from airport to hotel and return through this company. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was OK, but for the transfer from the hotel to the airport, despite the reconfirmation a day before, at the time of the transfer no one came. I called the emergency number and finally sent an UBER, who didn"t know anything about booking,but who was very kind and we arrived in time to not miss the plane. The price for UBER was half as much as it was paid by us. I do not recommend this company.

I had bought an Atlas Global flight for December 14th via ENUYGUN. PNR No: IWSKYU... Yesterday, Atlas Global cancelled flights until December 21st. Today, I called ENUYGUN Call Center for reimbursement information. Call Center told me that, they have to wait for Atlas announcements to be made on December 16th, and they cannot do anything until then. I replied; "howcome? I bought the ticket from ENUYGUN with my card, and we all know that flight is cancelled, therefore I have to be refunded by ENUYGUN, simple..." Same talk from call center again!! We rented for one week whilst in Estepona. We found Espacar to be flexible and efficient. They dropped the car at the time and place arranged and then were there on the dot when we dropped it off at a differerent place. The car was nearly new and very clean with half a tank of petrol. We were very impressed and will now use them every time we visit the area. The insurance policy was included in the price and there were no hidden extras. Having hired many cars in various countries - we found this company competitive and we would thoroughly recommend them.

I booked a trip to Egypt in a 5 star hotel Went to a terrible place everything was dirty the food was not eatable one they didn’t clean the place after their party’s.. Birdshit on the pillows near the pool the pool bars were closed so you had to walk 400 meters to have a glass of water and I should be all inclusive.. I sended a mail to 5vorflug and pictures of everything. I wanted to leave the hotel it took me 3 days to get a guide to come out and help me and he was not very polite.. I paid 625€ for 7 nights 105€ to transfer to a 4 star and 20€ for a TAXA. So totally I paid 750€ for 1 person and had 4 fantastic days in the new hotel.. I did expect to be compensated and I think I’m entitled to be compensated.. But after 1 month the write me they were sorry about the situation but no one else had complained.. on the resort was me and 200 Russians who were on a conference and didn’t use the pool bars of beach.. 5 vorflug do have humor, cause they sended me a voucher for 20€ I could use next time I booked with them.. I am so furious and frustrated and I will take them to court.. they are cheating lying and selling illusions using pictures of things which not exist or are 25 years old.. The airlift 1000 hd air bags seem like they are good heavy duty, were pretty easy to install in the rear coils of my Ram, took maybe an hour total including plumbing the air lines to the bumper. airbagkits.ca (Superbee) where I purchased them from were quick to ship, emailed me to let me know and said if I had any questions to contact them. Parts came very quickly, for where I live, its two days. Watched few videos on ytube and the rest was quite easy. It took me 4 hours to install both sides, I had to run around and buy half size of Allen keys(7/32"), that's the only not so nice thing that I can say about the design. Now its the compressor. Follow instructions and you will get there without frustrations.

We bought tickets (Helsinki-Munich-Bodrum-Munich-Helsinki) for our family vacation from Airngo website in January 2022 (The ticket included hand baggage and one check in baggage which we bought separately). The Munich-Bodrum flight had been cancelled in April and we were not informed about this until we checked the flight status ourselves in June. After several contact requests we were offered new option to LH1772 flight which we accepted the same day. However, few days later we were informed that, this option also was not available anymore so we were offered a new option with 2 connection. We accepted this option as well in two conditions: 1. Airngo takes the responsibility of possible delays and guarantees that one hour transfer time will be enough to get to the LH1772 flight. 2. Airngo provides us with two check in baggage (we have bought one) in order to get rid of part of our hand baggage to save time for the transfers. When we check the status of our tickets, we saw that, we were offered option with 2 connections and without check-in baggage. Even our one check-in baggage (which we paid for) was discarded from this option. It is obvious that this option does not include any check in baggage. We have almost 7 days left till our vacation, but we did not solve ticket problem yet. So, I don't understand what happens in this company and how this case will end. But I know clearly that, airngo has lost lots of customers with this unprofessional approach and I plan to take this case to court if we are not offered suitable alternatives soon. We tried to call customer service several times. Unfortunately it did not help, as all phone numbers said the service is closed (even during weekdays at around 10:00-13:00).

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY They cancelled my flight 3 months before the trip and they informed I was not untitled of a refund, even though it was clearly writen on their Terms & Conditions, under any circunstances. Extreme lack of integrity and worst custommer service in the world. Never picked up the phone. Hardly responded to e-mails and when they acctually respond to one, the content of the reply, besides looking like it was written by a child, it is always an attempt to make a fool of you. After one month of this joke and with almost 1000€ in stake, I send to their office a legal notification of a lawsuit and they finally refund my money BUT with the unfortunate comment that they were doing a gesture of goodwill. SHAME!

I used AllinCarHire twice now, both in Malaga. I am very careful when hiring cars cause of all the scams everywhere. Last year I took the risk hiring a car here, because it had the all inclusive price. With other rental companies you have to buy extra services/insurances or pay a huge amount upfront as a deposit. Here it was one price, everything included, no surprises. I made pictures of the scratches on the car just to be sure like everyone else should do. But with this company it is not necessary. Very relaxed people, helpful, one is speaking dutch which makes it easier for me. And when returning the car there is no problem. Quickly they arrange a transfer to the airport and done. No surprises. The only thing is that you have a transfer of 5 minutes but that's all worth it. Next time it will eb allincarehire.com for me again.

It was a marvelous trip! There were three of us and our travel planner sent us via best flights - we even stayed in a Paris and visited places that were related to the books that our friend Mary and Linda were reading (Bruno mysteries by Martin Walker). We had fabulous meals in flight . The planner found the best deal for us. Mary even went on an additional tour of Neitherland . Our planner recommended interesting places to visit, and got us tickets in advance. Victor made things easy by getting us train reservations and having cars pick us up. This travel company is one of the best we've used.

I received email confirmations the day before each travel and the driver was waiting at the airport for our arrival and was friendly and helpful. The transfer journey was quick and in an air conditioned vehicle so very comfortable. The driver was ready early for our return journey and the whole process was hassle free. Would highly recommend.

I had used another Meet & Greet service for the past 4 years and their service was excellent, until they were taken over by a "colorful" competitor a few months ago. This resulted in a severe drop in the level of customer service which I experienced on more than a few occasions. I was recommended to FastPark Heathrow and I used them this week as a trial for a trip to the USA and they were superb. I am on a business trip again next week and will now only use them. Not only did I get a personal and professional service, but their prices are 35% less than the previous company. More for less, what more can I say!!

We were over 24 hours delayed coming back home from Turkey due to “technical fault”. I asked flightrifht for help and indeed they helped! They took my case on, did all the legwork and I ended up being compensated 1600€. The airline was hard to crack, and I would have never been able to do it on my own because they didn’t decide to pay out until flightrights lawyer took contact with them trough court. I have a flight at 28 Dec. 2017 by Lufthansa. The flight was delayed by 03:15 hours due to technical problems. 2 days later I joined to Flightright and upload the photos of my boarding pass and invoice of ticket to claim a compensation in just 5 minutes via my phone. At that moment I was ambiguous that my application will have any positive results for me or not. Flightright sent me an email about my application on 30 Dec.2017 and in just 2 weeks get 800 Euros for 2 persons as compensation. For their service they get %25 (200 Euros) and It take another week to transfer the remaining 600 Euro by Swift. At the time interval of application and money transfer they have responded every each mail of me personally. They keep in touch which I like. I would like to thank them all from here. They are a company of their word.

The process was a bit long in total (around 18 months). But I imagine it is more due to my own country legal system (France) than Flightright. I appreciated their efficient communication & legal document IT system. They are responsive. And of course I got my money back (450 euros out of the 650 we took from EasyJet). Thank you flightright for your work. Wish you a good continuation.

Well four days later and still waiting!!! So chased up with emails and received plenty of help, finally got my gear and asked why so bloody long to get here, was advised the barcode would not work so had to be manually received and sent on, so the only thing I can say is fix your freight out and the service would be five star.

In June 2018 I had a very bad flight with NEOS (from Verona to Cagliari) with more than 4 hours delay. I started a painful process with NEOS that never properly answered to my lawful request for refund. In August 2019 I found Flycare as a possible solution so I filled the requesting form. I was immediatelly contacted by Flycare representatives that assigned me legal support. In two months they did what I was not able to obtain in the previous 14 months and I just received FULL refund. very poor unprofessional. I booked Great Britain cars for pick up and collection from Stansted in April for a family funeral. we were on a day trip . Booked online taxi to bring us from airport to funeral and return journey that evening. On arrival, car was late and the company and they said the car had a breakdown and they would send a replacement which they did. I was informed by phone i would have paid this driver and the company would refund me by the end of the day. i emailed and rang the company in afternoon reminding them of pick up for departure and they weren't to be late as we had made the flight that evening. The taxi was over an hr later we barely made our flight and the company still has officially not said sorry for making a sad day more stressful. or provided a refund a month later. despite phone calls and emails and letters to the company. The company are totally unprofessional and unreliable
