We have used Business Class International for over 5 years and always have had exceptional service from Lee and the team. This went to a different level last week when we were stranded in New Zealand when our flight was cancelled a day before we were due to leave. Lee was still emailing me back at 3am looking at every option to secure an alternative route home as all the Asia hubs were closed. Lee literally secured the last flight out of Auckland before the Airport was locked down. The care and ownership was second to none and with Lee's expertise and detailed knowledge of the industry he enabled us to get back home against all odds. Unbelievable service a true measure of professionalism and care. Absolutely first class We can't thank Business International enough

Been using BCI now for 5 years and make regular flights to Australia. I wouldn,t use anyone else and Stephen has sorted me out again and again.! Having had my planned trip to Sydney postponed last week because of Covid19 he helped me rebook my flight for October, so making a stressful situation so much easier.. Thanks BCI JJoan

I was a bit skeptical about the whole selling points thing, so I called their office and they talked me through my concerns and assured me I could trust them, well, I did, and let me tell you, I don’t have a single thing to complain about, the money was deposited in my paypal within no more than 30 minutes, and their follow up emails are doing nothing but to assure me that my points are being well taken care of, I’d definitely recommend them to friends and family, and also to you who is reading this

Put in a 2 claims with a total value of 800 euro. Communication is very bad, messages of "your claim was succesful" followed by "There was a problem but this doesnt mean we give up!". It doesnt make any sense. Questions asked are barely answered, or in a very general way that doesnt answer a question at all. According to ClaimCompass my claims shouldve been paid out, but theyre not, months after they said its being paid out. What they ARE very good at, is sending payment reminders. Like i am going to pay for a service that isnt delivered. Never again, if i ever need to claim again i will do it myself - it can never be more of a hassle than trying to deal with ClaimCompass. Edit: Their below excuse about "Coronavirus situation" is just that - an excuse. And not a good one at that, as this situation was already ongoing before that.

It took some time but we got what we were entitled to; 1,5-2 months after filing our request we got reimbursed from the airline. Thanks to ClaimCompass because without m we would never been reimbursed. ClaimCompass is clear in their communication and chase the airlines for you. @ClaimCompass: Hope we won't need your services again but if we do we'll come and knock on your door!

I learned about Claimcompass from an acquaintance I met who, like me, was delayed overnight at Madrid airport last October. She had used Claimcompass previously & told me it was good. I quickly filed a claim with Claimcompass. I was told to expect 6 months or so for the completion of the process; my claim came through in 7 months. I filed for the full €600 (€450 for me & €150 for Claimcompass). I received the full amount I applied for, €450, which converted into $505. The only problem I had with Claimcompass was the filing process to get the money deposited into my checking account. It took 8 tries before I finally got through, Other than that everything was fantastic.

Very bad customer service, the taxi did NOT come. we got left with not taxi service. Had to run to find an other Taxi, almost lost airplane and got stuck with a with lots of extra cost. Customer service replies after more then one week, that we have to pay for all the extra cost. We had lots of stress, since after calling a lot of times NO taxi service came. Present Connecto Transfer all the the receipt, Frist they told, it was the wrong day, I had all the evidence Email, calls, receipts, that I'm write, been dealing with this for 2 Month, now they told not there problem!!! Horrible customer service, I ask number times for a call with customers service, never got a call

Be aware that these guys may be a scam. We booked a group RT airport pickup and return for a 4 day trip. About an hour before our flight I got an email saying: "We apologize for the inconvenience caused, however we are not able to organize the requested transfer. The vehicle assigned to your transfer has had technical issues and will not be repaired in time for your transfer. Your transfer has been canceled." Suspiciously enough, a very similar message citing technical problems came in a few hours before the return flight, and once again an automatic cancellation. I have yet to receive any response to my query about a refund. Do not trust these guys to get you anywhere.

In reality they withdraw your money and later send that they can't find supplier for that price, so they have sent me a link to make extra pay which increased the price for 65%. Insane. I wouldn't reccomend to any.

Nothing at the point of booking to let you know that you cannot use the service if you’re not issued with a boarding pass after checking in online. Didn’t find out they couldn’t take my luggage until the driver showed up so out £55 and was not even offered a partial refund. When I contacted customer services I was just sent a link to an FAQ that I didn’t see when making the booking, if it had been more visible I would not have booked in the first place. Ended up paying for a taxi to get to the airport with my luggage which was around the same price and a lot less hassle.

I would definitely use Prague Airport Transfers again. I was met at the airport and shared a car with one other. The driver was cheerful and polite and drove us directly to our hotels. I got a very early pick up (private car) for my return journey and again the driver was on time and very professional. I was a bit worried about using a tfr company at first, but tried anyway. I'm glad I did as my journey was so much easier. I'd book again in the future.

I booked a vacation with redtag and a couple days later the price ended up decreasing. Having read that they offer price drop assurance I figured I would just call in and have the cost adjusted, well was I ever wrong. When I phoned in (I waited almost 1.5hrs) the customer service rep just rudely told me they don't offer that, despite it being easy to find online, and it was my mistake. I would highly recommend booking through another provider that gives you some type of compensation/reassurance if they choose to adjust the price

Not only did I have a wonderful trip to China but I had a layover in San Francisco and had the opportunity to meet Gene for a cup of coffee by the airport. I do a lot of international traveling and there is nothing better than flying business class. I highly recommend anyone flying abroad to call Gene or anyone at SBC to allow them the opportunity to assist you. They will go do the very best possible to make your trip the easiest and the most affordable while traveling in business or first class. They are the real deal. Last minute change in price was disappointing. Pickup point was listed on original request. Driver refused to let 1 passenger to sit in front which would have allowed the other passenger to sleep. It was the lowest priced service and it got us from point a to point b and we would use them again.

Great drivers and customer service! Vehicles are better too! My flight was 2 hours late and their driver was paying attention. Really nice older gentleman. Got the door for me and texted me when my flight landed. I was pretty stressed thinking my shuttle already left and his message popped up right away. It was really nice not having to worry and they were very professional. The driver took me to my sister's house in record time. I was expecting a big rattling van, and instead they picked me up in a new Lincoln MKZ. Safe driver, easy and convenience. It was just me going straight there without any stops. Have nothing but good things to say about this company. I've tried SuperShuttle and Stagecoach before and was not impressed. It took forever, and people were arguing the whole way about who was getting home first.

It is a website for pilots that (among other things) claims to track comments from actual experiences people have had at the FBOs (fixed base operators) some pilots have visited. I checked the comments before going to Lake Tahoe (KTVL). I had a bad experience at the Lake Tahoe airport and I wrote a comment that outlined what happened and why I thought it the FBO should be avoided. I am a frequent user of the website and the next day when I checked the website, it said the "comment" was being investigated. Shortly thereafter it disappeared. I was never contacted, I can only surmise the website gives people that advertise the right to censor the comments. Strangely enough, they only have "positive" comments for this FBO (the only one at this airport - KTVL). The FBO is Mountain West and the website that claims to be a pilot information center is Airnav. Steve Kinnaird

I was so afraid about the delivery rates, but glad all packages got delivered before Christmas. Took about 17 days to get me. The only thing that upset me is, got 5 different packages on different days. I wish all could be delivered in one package.

I ordered 2 hats on Sept 27 and they finally shipped them out on October 8, 11 days later. I finally received the package Oct 19, total shipment time was 22 days. At the time of order they do not explain that it is coming from China and could take 3-4 weeks for delivery. My package was crushed and had been cut open on the top, so I presume they could see what was in there. The hats were printed with a cheap sticker on them, they wont be lasting very long. Never again!

Over 2 months later, merchandise ordered still not delivered! I ordered a cover for my MacBook Pro over 2 months ago and have yet to receive my order. I contacted customer service to get a refund for the merchandise I did not receive. I was told I'd have to contact the shipping company to see where my item is. I have already purchased a different cover due to Pilot Eyes Store inability to deliver my order in a timely manner. Customer service is not issuing me a refund, so I am filing a complaint with my credit card company. BEWARE of ordering with this business!

They take you money, but don't pick you up - This website as far I concern is a fraud they offer a service of shuttle in the web page that I reserved, they take the money from my credit card but never came to Beauvais Airport to pick us up. I try in several occasions to phone the owner and he never answer the phone, I send three e-mails and never answer. So if you don't like been taking for a ride with out going to pick you up don't use this website

I was a bit worried because I saw a few bad reviews but we still decided to book with them because me and my boyfriend are still young drivers and they were one of the rare companies that has the policy of lending to anyone older than 19. When we arrived, someone picked them up at 7.40 although their official hours don't start until 10 a.m. They said they were out of Group B cars and offered us a convertible sports car with no additional payment. Someone bumped our car while it was parked and I called Michael and he comforted me that the car is fully insured to this went without any additional payments as well. Also the drop off went very nicely at the airport. I would highly reccomend!

I've booked some rides with them and I haven't had the luck to be a happy client. They're rude when you're doing the reservation and service is not the best. I was in a hurry and it finally worked out but i doubt taking a ride with them again...

This place is a scam!!!!! Do not ever book with these people!!!! I had $1200 in credits from a flight that was cancelled due to covid and when I called back in December to find out when my credits expired they said March 20th. When I called in March (Ray) told me that I had until April 11. I have been trying to call for days now to book…kept getting disconnected and then when I finally spoke to someone they are telling me my credits expired January 15!!!! They literally stole my money!!! Then they were trying to “offer” me a flight that was $356 on United for $1100 per person!!! Scam artists!!!! If you value your money do not book with these people!!!! Worst company ever!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB as well!

I purchased 2 airline tickets from Atlanta to Los Angeles and the total cost was $490.38 and the Holafares.com site stated 7 seats available at time of purchase. I received a call 6 hours later and the associated informed me the tickets were not available anymore but could re-book us but the new cost would be $1,248.50. I asked the Indian gentleman his name and he said it was Adam Smith (Really? - my guess is they are located in India) and I wanted to speak to a manager to resolve this issue. He stated the manager was in a meeting and not available. I told him to have his manager call me when he was out of the meeting and Adam said he could not do this and there was nothing that could be done, then he proceeded to hang up on me! AVOID this SCAM and save yourself aggravation and headache! If you enjoy false advertising and “Bait and Switch” tactics Holafares will be great for you!

I cancelled my flight. after the whole flight cancelled. the bookotrip charged me 300.00$ plus run my credit another 50.00$.I called the Lufthansa they told me you should get whole refund but must be process by you agent(bookotrip). i called the agent and they say we contact the Lufthansa and they decline and again we will contact and call you. i am still waiting for agent to call, no call at all, just wasting time. I don't trust them and i don't offer to my friends I don't know how Wego trust them and offered .And it is good place for the get credit card number. Just i shared my experience with this agent with others, thanks

I recently traveled from Jakarta to New York for a two week trip with my family. BCC did a great job organizing the flight itineraries for the four of us. We especially appreciated being able fly home together on Asiana in Business Class-I know it can be difficult to secure four Business Class flights on the same flight, but BCC did it.

My husband and I were traveling from LAX to Australia for a month's vacation and many thanks to BCC for putting together our flight reservations to make it a wonderful trip. We did fly on Singapore Airlines that had two stops on the way out there, and on the way back we also had one stop on Korean Air. Nevertheless, is was simply amazing and a great start to a milestone trip. I will always make sure I call BCC for future airline reservations needed.
