Refused to reply to emails after both legs of my return flight were cancelled by the airline. No one answers their telephone. Customer support is zero. Last communication was on 16th March when then told me not to email them anymore.

The worst service I have ever experienced. I booked a trip with Kiwi (that included two flights). The airline of the first flight changed the date of the flight to three days later. Kiwi provided me with NO help and expected me to travel in time to catch my second flight. The app gave me two options: or to purchase an alternative flight (which cost more than double of what my original purchase was - so they weren't even asking me to pay the difference, but a new trip and waste my money basically) or apply for a refund, which there is NO guarantee I will ever get my money back, when it is not my fault my flight was modified. I tried to contact Kiwi for a week straight and got NO reply. I emailed 10 times and called another 10 times (I was on hold for 2 hours multiple times). I managed to finally talk to someone who gave me no solution and simply applied for the refund for me with no guarantee I will get anything back. Very disappointed and will NEVER book with Kiwi again and I DO NOT recommend using them. I had to purchase a new flight and spend loads of extra money with no help from Kiwi.

Terrible they sold us buisness class then we find out that our flight wasn’t the one that was planned then . They booked me on an other destination . That we have to corrected spending days with the Aireline directly to fixed then they told us that our luggages will be going to destination directly we had 5. 70 pounds bags that is the purposes to fly buisness more luggages we had to reception our luggages at our connection and reregistered them and have to stay 12 hours with our 5 bags inside airport because our connection was to long so they won’t let us registered our luggages , we paid buisness but the treatment we have was worth than flying economy

Due to a very short-term annonced 14-days quarantine regulation by the Latvian government it is was impossible for me to take a planned flight to Riga. Where most of the other Air companies are usually give a full refund of the ticket price - according to national and european standards, known as cases of „force majeure“ - Air Baltic decided to reject the refund request. Quote: „Please be informed, that quarantine restrictions is government and health institutions implemented process and is not airBaltic airline responsibility.“ Have this in mind, if you plan to book a flight of this airline in corona times!

Bought a flight for almost £300(a lot money for me) which later got cancelled. They made me choose the best option for me online - I wanted a refund. The site already said that I'll not get a full refund back (they took over £50) and to get the refund it will take up to 3 months(?!). Eventually, the 3 month period is over, I received nothing.. Never again Im using this airline. Payed £300 into the air like that and never saw it again. These times are already difficult for me and I can imagine Im not the only one with this problem.

I would never recommend to use Bookme.pk for booking bus tickets. The bus stand person would not call you to check if they are leaving passengers behind. Those who paid online through easy paisa would never get their refund for not travelling with them due to some reason. Or bus driver did not pick them from stop.

The absolute worst time I have ever had to deal with by booking through Cheapflight.com. First of all they call me 2 days before my flight is booked to leave and tell me it's been canceled and I will have to take a different flight there and back now. Instead of my original booking times of May 31st leaving at 8:30 p.m. and arriving in Las Vegas around 9:30 was changed to May 31st 11 p.m. and arriving in Vegas at 11:58. So with absolutely no reason why and very little heads up actual change to happen so when I spoke to the representative about getting a different time they told me that I would have to pay the difference to get a flight closer to my original booking. The service is terrible customer support is absolutely terrible will never use this booking agency again Play suggest you guys do the same

The guy I was talking to is Bruce, he was very helpful. I was trying to get book a flight to New York which my sister was already on. He got me on the same flight which he was very patient with me as I wasn’t quite sure what I was doing as not very good with thing like this .. I have given Bruce the 5 stars . Terrible experience. Arrived in southend and our cab wasnt there, we called the company and the guy working there (sebastian h) said the cab was going to arrive in 10 mins as they saw on the website that out flight was delayed. The flight wasnt delayed and the cab ended up arriving 60 minutes late (not 10) and what is worse is that instead of apologizing kabbee (and in particular, sebastian) was very aggressive on the phone and insisted that they were late because out flight was delayed (not true) and that we needed to be understanding because they were coming from central london to pick us up (like if it was a charity service and not something we paid for). One hour delayed is not acceptable and the lack of apologises Is even worse.

As an introduction, Luggage Point take around 5 minutes to attempt to remove reviews from websites but don’t bother responding to complaints after more than a week. Anyway, here’s what you can expect from them. I’m trying hard not to make jokes that they see as being slanderous. Precious petals: This is a staggeringly bad company with awful customer service. The owners of the airport should be ashamed to have anything to do with them. To explain, if you lose something in Glasgow Airport the airport no longer have a lost property service - instead they have (presumably been paid) to farm the 'service' out to this outfit (who, in the slim chance your property is found and correctly entered into their 'system', will charge you through the nose to return your own property to you. What a world we live in). I left my jacket in one of the bars after security in Glasgow Airport. I realised as soon as I got on the plane, around 15 minutes after leaving it and called the number repeatedly. No answer. I then emailed them. 24 hours later there was no reply. I then called them and the phone was answered by somebody who could hardly be bothered talking to me - giving the impression he wasn't even listening to my description of the jacket. "Aye, naw, there's nothing like that here. But it can take days for it to get here. Aye, I'd call the bar if I were you. I mean, I don't know if it'll even turn up here 'ken". When I called the bar the woman said they had no record of lost property at the bar and didn't seem to have a clue where it went if it was handed in. She thought it went to "a shop" in Glasgow. Called the lost property number again and - no surprise - there was no answer (the person clearly having had enough having answered it once that day). Handily they have a database online with all the items that have been found (although lord knows how accurate it is when there seem to be no system in place to log items). The only problem is that when you try to claim an item it logs it and emails the company with your request. And guess what? The company completely ignores your request. So, was my jacket found? I still have no idea. If it was I’m not sure it would even be worth the amount these geezers would charge me, even if they would answer a phone or an email. It really is an example of how horrid the world is now. Hang your head in shame Glasgow Airport. My advice? You'd have more chance of getting your items back if you chucked them off a cliff than you would if you left them in any airport covered by Luggage Point.

The game is good fun for the entrepreneurial spirit who is also interested in aviation. I have played this game for several years now and I am still learning how to play it. I also enjoy the forum which has a sense of comradery, you can have a laugh as well as the more serious side of the game and it's moderated in a very fair and good way unlike a lot of forums, also there is always someone on hand to give advice on the game if needed Over all the whole sim is a fantastic experience and also so real life as well you make a wrong decision and you pay for it.

I have been trying to contact Fareboom about two international flights I have purchased for 3 months. Nobody answers the phones. The live chat doesn’t work and nobody answers emails. My flights aren’t until August and I understand it’s not “urgent” but I still need to plan my travel in advance because I have a job. I do a lot of international travel and was excited to find Fareboom recently and this is turning me away from them. My order number is 02B946408. Flight from Paris to Orlando 2 people on Norwegian. I was told I have I think THIS October to use this flight but there are no other Norwegian flights to choose from anymore on Fareboom.

Fareboom claims they are waiting for United Airlines to refund MY money to Fareboom before Fareboom can refund it to me, but the thing is UA doesn't have my money, Fareboom does. There is a charge on my credit card in January from FAREBOOM-BTSTORE.COM, not UA. Therefore Fareboom has my money and won't refund it. I believe this is illegal on their part. We all know that Fareboom buys bulk discounted tickets from UA and other airlines to sell, that's their business and I get it. But my money didn't go to purchase these bulk tickets from UA, it went to purchase my 2 tickets from Fareboom. These are the times when doing the right thing ensures your place in the future. Fareboom is not doing the right thing. Plus they are taking advantage of people by offering to expedite their return by charging a nominal fee, in my case $45 US per ticket. This is just to generate income to cover their losses and appease the customer. By law they are required to refund all money.

The only thing I don't like is I receive a pending confirmation but not an actual confirmation. That has been true on both things I've booked and I had to go back to the site to make sure it was confirmed. Also, it would be nice if I could book multiple hotels for a single trip without having to do it all over again each time.

My husband and I finally booked our dream vacation to Paris and in order to make it extra special I surprised him by upgrading us to business class with Air France. We had initially thought it was just too expensive but after finding Elite Flights, we were able to get the same flight for almost $4000 less per ticket! It was still a bit more expensive then economy but TOTALLY worth it! If you have not flown in business class you have no idea what you are missing out on!!

I am regular flyer with BA which is usually OK. However on Christmas Eve we were left stranded in Iceland for 11hours with no food or drinks ( apart from one bottle of water). Arriving late means we missed Christmas Day and as we were diverted to Birmingham instead of London , a long extra journey on coach! BA refused to even recognising the delay and kept making excuses for not admitting the delay. Annie & Holly from the Flight Delay team were simply superb.

I've been using in2 for many years however in the last month I've used them twice, I object to the £3 surcharge being taken off everyone on the minibus yes there is a charge now of £3. To drop us off but each??? This is not a new charge the online price quoted should include their expenses!!. AND it seems when they are busy the grumpy driver put the fear of god into my passenger speeding around back streets back to base.

I used the car park yesterday and was very disappointed as had to use Pink 8th floor as no space left for me to park on 6th floor. On my return I could not find my car easily as the information said even or odd numbers - I was on 8 so therefore though even number - wrong had to come back to ground floor to bet told pink 8th look was actually odd number - very confusing and not what you want after a long flight

Overall good service - only two minor suggestions: 1. better drop off arrangements: it was not easy to find a car parking space; perhaps separate location for drop-off and for collection may help to avoid overcrowding! 2. more accurate information on where the car will be parked and distance from the airport will help to fully inform.

I made two bookings with Skiddoo which I was very happy with except for two small issues. The first was a return trip to LA on Qantas at a very good price.....Wonderful but my only issue was that you had to pay quite a lot extra to choose a seat on each flight (4 in all). The second was a trip on Alaska airlines. It said no baggage but I will have a bag to check in and there was no option to pay for this during my booking.

After making a thousand phone calls and hundreds of emails I didn’t get a single reply after 2 days of trying so I could reschedule my flight! Every-time I called the answer was phone would tell me to send and email. The email response was to call the phone. Absolutely shocking experience at a really difficult time! I will never use this company again!

i booked my trip to Europe with to business class on the 5th Oct. and 2 months later i discovered that the agency requested to cancel my tick and got full refund by the airline on the 7th of October. yet they never informed me until i logged in into my Etihad account on the 7th of Dec. when i contacted them, they blamed the airline and they refused to honor my ticket and as they wanted to charge me an extra $2200 to rebook my ticket. very dodgy business.

I was assisted by Alex K. I needed to take a trip from LAX to Italy. I told him I needed to arrive around the same time as a family member flying from Seattle. He coordinated the trip perfectly and even put us on the same connecting flight. We got to enjoy Business class together! I will definitely contact Alex again for my next trip.

But you won't be able ... so you call them and because this deal is no longer they will try to sell you one more expensive .... probably you'll end up paying a lot for all kind of stupid flight connections.... forget them is my best advice !

In my initial review of Airfare network, in the comments Airfare network promised me one of their supervisor will call me to resolve my issue. The supervisor didnt called me and i tried to call the customer service representative. They were not at all aware of this. I asked them whether they could connect me to a supervisor so that I can explain to him what the situation was. Unfortunately they refused to connect me to a supervisor. In addition to this they refused to give me the statement in writing that I won't be able to get an alternate option. Never again I will book my tickets with this website. It will cost me more than 1000K to re-book the tickets since they are not giving an alternate option. The customer service is the worst That I have ever seen. They are good only at the time when you book the tickets and not after that. Once the booking is done, the customer service is pathetic. I have seen many comments form Airfare network regarding they will solve the issues, but unfortunately I think no action has been taken so far to resolve those issues. I have attached the screen shot of the comment from Airfare network regarding this issue
