I cannot recommend Dan enough. He was recommended to me by a family member, that praised his services. My personal experience was also above and beyond and impeccable. I’d put 0 stars if I could. The customer service is abysmal to say the least, the leadership of this company must be cowboys! I have been waiting 5 months for a refund of £298 which was wrongfully debited, of which I am yet to receive! I’ve spoken with various departments, had calls cut off, emails ignored and false promises in abundance. Simply read reviews and tweets. My experience is not unique. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Pay extra and go elsewhere.

I would not recommend this company. Read carefully their contract forms! After 5 years of paying them, I was told I CAN'T keep my van which is made by order with many extras added. By contract, I have to sell the van and pay 3% of this amount plus the huge balloon left. It is all about 3 %. I can't believe this company still operates in the UK -I think they will go down very soon because no one will be happy with such deals.

Please be careful with Provident, your pay nearly 100% back. There is one other thing you all need to be careful about, If you need to take care of a loved one who has become ill and you go part time from work to care of then and your money is less per month, inform Provident (which would be the right thing to do) they will have to accept your offer under the circumstances. However over the time that you pay less to them the next six year will show on your credit report that you have had late payments on your account with Provident. This would over these year make it harder for you to get credit. my report now will show late payments for the next 6 years, this is because i had taken care of a loved one (my mum had dementia and also a stroke, provident was aware of this).

I have been dealing with Jemma Taliss who after months of telling me she would be definitely be able to get me a morgage, ‘I’ll get this through no problem’ she’s had me jump through hoops, had me paying out for extra certification from my accountant and then failed to provide a morgage. She then told me I would be refunded my fee, and since this I have requested it a further 3 times but get no response. I’ve emailed another member of the branch who said she would ask Jemma to her this sorted but still heard nothing. As soon as she had my money the quality and consistency and urgency of work just dropped off. Not returning calls or texts for days and now completely being ignored. I have a contract that I signed to say if the finance advice centre cannot find a mortgage that I would be refunded. Thieves.

Order came after 6 weeks and everything was fake..delivery came straight from China....I complained and they asked me to send it all back and they will refund me in 5 working days...yeah right !!! After chasing them for 3 weeks, got $84 dollars back instead of my full refund of $280....now they are not responding to any emails....I am definitely reporting them to ACCC....they are a scam and a joke...very unprofessional.....

I originally made finance enquiries through a car yard and they had my details handed to Candyce from so easy loans and she contacted me straight away. I was then worried i was not going to be approved so i didn't proceed with the application. 2 weeks went buy and i emailed her again and i once froze again. Finally one friday night, after some good news regarding my credit file i applied and by monday 10am i had an email from Candyce asking me for everything she needed to put the application through. I sent everything off by 2PM and the next morning i had an email saying i was approved! She took care of everything for me. I know nothing about loans or anything to do with them, she walked me right through step by step, she got me GAP insurance and got me an awesome deal on car insurance that saved me $80 a month! These people are the people to see! Once my XR8 Falcon is paid off i will be speaking to them again, Hopefully Candyce!

I wouldn’t advice anyone to go to a broker if the bank says no. The extra repayments is just so much that you will ask yourself was I this desperate? Only actually took $10,300 from Money3 through ‘so easy loans’ towards paying for my car. But guess what? After adding all of the additional extra fees and interests, I have just completed paying $24,245.47. That’s more than 140% extra costs. So I’d definitely not recommend them both.

Slow process, more than 1 and a half months later we haven't been processed. Slow replies and always had things to revise. We currently have a good credit rating and paying higher rate and never missed any payment. Looks like they finding excuses not to process our application. We have refinanced before and the process was a lot simpler and smoother than this.

After applying online, then being lead through the application process, I was made to wait over 4 weeks without any advice on the progress of my application? After eventually calling numerous times and emailing, I received a return email from my so called "loan application manager" advising me that she just noticed there were two key elements missing from my application, and could I send them through and she will forward my application for appraisal! Ofcourse I immediately responded with my feedback, also letting her know that I won't be persuing my application any further, to which she replied; yes I sincerely apologize that it was entirely my fault that your application has not been completed and forwarded before now" Great, thanks for wasting hours of my time that has amounted to zero!!

After 2 weeks of waiting for approval and being promised everyday, I had to exit my purchase before the cooling off expired at the last minute and this was even after 2 extensions from the vendor. Worst service and experience ever. Everything always seems to change and/or its someone else's fault. I have no lost my 0.025% deposit, not a big deal but also solicitor cost, building and pest inspection cost, plus not to mention the countless hours and stress in trying to get this over the line. My advise, see a bank, as these guys have no bloody idea

Firstly they called me after 2 weeks, even after that, they wasted so much time with documentation. They say they have so many products but they only have one product and its an average product at best. i was asked about 4 times to send different documents and when i sent them, they asked for originals and so much time wasting its not funny. Applied for a $250,000 loan with $700,000 property as security to expand a Student Accommodation Business. 7 Weeks later we were asked to supply and pay for Accountant prepared interim financials, which we did, these showed income of $83,000 for the first 9 months of the fiscal. Our application was declined because in the previous fiscal year we had a paper loss based on the write down of an asset. We were told the Accountant prepared interim financials were requested in error as our application was always going to declined. Just be wary, these cowboys also masquerade as (Dis) Advantage Finance and the NAB. Overall, the lack of service we received was shockingly bad

Took out a loan in December 2016. On January 10 first rate increase. Followed by more in April and July. There were no reserve bank increases. We were stuck because we had paid mortgage insurance. Be wary if your mortgage broker recommends this option.

I have been using the same broker for over 5 years and then needed to refinance. They were unable to structure our loans so I was on the hunt for a new broker who could help but many weren't able to. Someone on the forums then suggested With Cashback so I got into contact with Mark. I found the communication outstanding from start to finish and at no point did I find myself wondering where I was in the process. It took 6 working days to upload requested documents to you in order for my student loan application to proceed. I had problems doing that on my phone & laptop. Eventually I had to send those documents to your finance team by email. That was a very disappointing experience.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I took out a £6,500, paid it back a year later only to be told i had to pay £8250 .. for a 1 year loan!! Appalling do not get stuck with them, AVOID

Lewis & Graham Richardson ... what a double act. This pair went above and beyond. Helped me get a fantastic deal on my mortgage. Sorted out critical life and trust policies for my lads. Lewis spent 2 hours on the phone to me one Sunday evening getting all my details. Mortgage offers came back within days. Emails received late evenings these guys dont sleep I'm sure of it. Having never used a FSA before I would not hesitate in recommending these pair and would definiteley use again 5*****

The first 2 ladies I spoke with were very short with me, did not call me back when they said they would, and had every excuse instead of apologizing. The third, a male agent, was very kind, impressively polite and compassionate. This is why I am giving you a 4 star and not one star. He was the redeeming star out of this whole fiasco. The process moved so much faster and easier, with the right agent!

Jennifer managed to nearly half my current mortgage rates of my buy to let properties, and despite pulling out money from them i was able to pay less on mortgage monthly payments than what i was paying before. I am more than happy!! I could not find the same excellent mortgage rates with other mortgage brokers .Either they did not have access to them or they wanted me to charge me more. However, Jennifer was honest and had the clients' interests (mine) as priority rather than hers or the mortgage company!. All in all the process and support was seamless and i would strongly recommend you to have a chat with Jennifer if you are thinking remortgaging or to get a mortgage. Thank you so much!!

Totally impressed by everyone I dealt with at CMME, for me that's Dan Dawkins, Isabelle Coeshott & Simon James. Professional and attentive at all times they made a very stressful time in my life (divorce), a whole lot easier than it could have been. Dan frequently put himself out to help me when I'm sure I stretched the boundaries somewhat regarding his role in the Mortgage process and I am very grateful for that. I also know that behind the scenes Isabelle made sure that the aplpication process was progressed as quickly as possible. Simon continues to finish off the Life cover and we pretty much have that in place now. Again pretty hassle free, despite the insurers attempts otherwise! If there's one thing I found a little frustrating at times it was the number of times I called in and had to leave answerphone messages for a call back. That said, the call back always happened and we spoke sooner of later and I got the usual great service and attention.

Poor on every level no communication hard to get any information out of them I’ve been waiting since July for a further advance all the ground work done but still no indication of when the funds will be available its now September. Please avoid if you can in my case age was a consideration otherwise I wouldn’t have used them there are plenty of better lenders out there if you do your homework.
