Everything was quite straightforward,only downside is we were advised that we could start repayments immediately,the lenders have since told us we can call them each month to make a payment as they don’t have a direct debit or standing order arrangement available so every month now we will have to ring them.

I found Online Mortgage Advisor on google after when my case manager at L&C gave up on me and said they couldn't do anything to help me get a mortgage because of affordability. I tried to make my initial investment by cheque, one of the ways shown line, but it was not delivered and I telephoned only to be told that mail was being delayed by 6 days due top Royal Mail staffing problems and that I had been advised by text to my mobile. I did not receive that message.I then paid the total sum by means of BACS on 2 consecutive days as the sum involved was greater than the permitted by HSBC on per day basis. This was the only hiccup with opening the account. which otherwise went very well

normally we would use a dealership, but in this instance used an independent dealer who recommended broker. Process was very slow and disorganised and rates actually ended up higher than expected. Return calls delayed, also administration error on final paperwork and broker had to call apologising for the paperwork error and if we could re-submit finance agreement.

As you were were aware I was overseas and made it crystal clear that all necessary searches, indemnities, fees in advance, valuations, specialist reports etc etc should all be done and paid for by me prior to my return to UK so that upon my return it was just a question of signing. The exact opposite happended, compounded by an ignorant undewriter who kept on adding in extra hoops for me to jump through at the last minute coupled with conditions which were impossible, such as demanding the British Embassy in Jakarta translate documents, a complete fool ! The net result of all this was that my legal fees more than doubled from the quote I was given, and the lawyer, was equally frustrated and irritated dealing with poor quality staff.

Shocking confrontational customer service. I ordered a car and was advised that the interior would be a particular colour (on quote and order confirmation email). It arrived with a different colour (lower spec and price) and the company simply do not care, are very argumentative and confrontational and simply pass the buck on to CAP saying it was their error. Would strongly suggest that you spend a little more and go with a reputable firm. It appears they have the lowest prices and lowest service. Suppose you get what you pay for… Will now have to contact the BVRLA and the Financial Ombudsman Service. If you choose a car and colour scheme don’t use Nationwide as the car you get might differ from what they advise you will get! Be warned…

Ordered vehicle 4 months ago and still no delivery date, I understand the manufacturer may be the cause of the delay but communication is pretty shocking. I only get a fortnightly email saying your order is still with our supplier, we will continue to chase. This sort of commumication is acceptable if the order is still on schedule but after 4 months you would expect them to put pressure on the supplier and give a more detailed and personal update. Currently trying to arrange a car with another company and will be cancelling this once another is confirmed.

The representatives at Getarates were crucial to helping my wife and I buy our first home. I'm reading these review and every response Moneylend sends out is that Moneylend is not a lender, that you provide loan lender search. So if that's the case, then why did you send me an email informing me that my loan application was approved for $10,000 at a 10% flat rate. I was searching for online yesterday for lenders but never did fill out any application. Now that I received your email telling me I was approved I thought I'd do a little homework and now I am finding out that you don't even lend money. So if you aren't a lender, then how can you tell me that I am approved for a $10,000 loan with an interest rate of 10% flat? Wouldn't the lender be the one telling me that I am approved?

I have to admit, I was hesitant at first because the rates seemed too good to be true. However, today I closed a jumbo refinance within 30 days with hands down the best terms I could find anywhere. Multiple mortgage companies just plain admitted they could not touch the deal American Mortgage Corporation was providing. American Mortgage Corporation has the best documentation/status portals and workflow of any mortgage company I have used before. Going from initial application to lock within 15 minutes with an easy interface to upload documentation. Let's face it, the mortgage process these days are onerous. Regardless if you make $50K or $500K, the underwriters and investors of loans would demand you prove your DNA is actually yours if they legally could. The most competitive loans also seem to be the ones where the underwriters and investors ask the most repetitive documentation from you. American Mortgage Corporation is no different. But with patience, comes great reward. Hands down the best rates anywhere. As with any company, they are only as good as the representative that provides service to you. They clearly explained the process, set expectations, and was proactive in there communication so I could quickly get the expectation documentation ready to upload. They let me know the timelines and the risks that could affect closing. In the end, they made sure American Mortgage Corporation delivered exactly when they said they would. I could not be happier and would not hesitate to refer others to American Mortgage Corporation.

Been in a little finance troubles in a while and my payday for other debts was due (like almost tomorrow) but the paycheck haven't been expected until next week. So my call was to take a pay day loan in order not to ruin my finance and debt history. To be honest, i was a little afraid of taking pay day loan as there are lots of stories about people being hooked on consecutive loans due to tricky loan contracts and scary loan collectors and other stuff. On my relief, everything went smooth. People there were extremely friendly, absolutely no pressure, quite pleasant loan conditions and everything went like super fast and convenient. It's actually saved me from way bigger problems. So, i've just closed my loan after two weeks and now my finance situation is perfectly stable. And now i know where to get some quick cash if i'm ever be in need.

Had a very pleasurable experience with their consultants! My credit history wasn’t the best and it was very difficult for me to find lenders that would work with me.
