Applied for $5000 loan back in 2017 when Society One were advertising like crazy; approved for 11.45% and loan settled 72 hours. Female Loan Officer was very friendly and very professional. Payments came out as scheduled, never missed 1 payment. In fact, I decided to pay out the early due to have spare cash. Fast Forward to 2020, with no further borrowings, no debt and a score > 725 across all 3 credit reporting bureaus, I did a soft credit test out of interest to see how far things have come with Society Once and they no want to hit me as a returning client with a rate 14.95% . No thanks! Good credit should be rewarded with good rates . If I need to look to borrow in the future, I will go back to my main financial institution.

Having retired from Qantas after 34 years, and joining Australia Post, still working for the past 13 years, I had all my Qantas Superannuation assets in various funds and noticed that I was set back with high administration fees. Listening to the Victorian Radio station 3AW at nights, I heard Mr.Brett Stene from Jacaranda Financial Planning talking about how people should invest in Superannuation and was astonished of his comments on radio, that my wife and myself attended one of his Free Seminar Sessions at the Mercure Hotel. It was such a informative and honest financial planning seminar that we were so impressed with, that we made an appointment with Mr.Stene in his Melbourne office on Collins street and from there we have never looked back. His honesty, caring for people and above all it never cost as much as we had been paying before for a multitude of charges. His office staff both here in Melbourne and Sydney are very professional,friendly,prompt and we have been extremely happy with Mr.Stene's handling of our financial matters and would recommend him and his office to anyone who is looking to get Financial Planning to help them. I applied for a loan at 6am. By 10am it was approved and by 11am the money was in my account. The application process was one of the easiest and no-nonsense loans i have seen in a very long time. Was very satisfied and even surprised by the final result. I would recommend Jacaranda to others for a loan.

I have been trying all day to contact cash train via email and phone and my email gets rejected by sender because it doesn’t exist and the contact numbers both ask me to dial an extension I have tried everything to get in contact with them regarding my application and nothing they said they would be in contact with me today but I haven’t heard anything and also said the fund would be in my account by today but nothing. This is unprofessional not being able to find out what’s going on. Not happy.

I applied for a loan over 12 days ago. Kept getting told through my portal that My loan is getting looked at. I sent various emails and no one wrote back, longs waits on hold for the phone. I applied Monday 1st June again was knocked back from my original amount again to just $400 instead of $800. I’ve had 4 loans, paid on time every time and every time I get the same amount offered despite what I actually apply for. Anyway, I got approved for the $400, I then tried all day to verify my account, I have money in the bank so it wasn’t a problem, but it won’t verify. I’ve made 6 emails since yesterday morning and today for someone to get back to me but no one has answered. I keep getting messages to verify my bank so they can disburse my funds, yet I can’t log in to verify my account let alone sign my contact. Worst loan company ever. They can stick their approval up the butt.

Where I am in Townsville they offer $10 a gram for 9ct gold .... that’s about a third of its scrap value with any major scrap buyer in larger cities. They charge a standard rate of $40 a gram for 9ct which is reasonable for purchasing - just never sell to them. It also seems to be inconsistent with what cash converters will pay in larger cities which seems strange.

It said my product would take 3-8 days and it's the eight day and I checked my email and 4 days ago I received an email saying my product was dispatched and I clicked on the tracking link to find out that the earliest day for it to come is today and the latest is five days later.

I visited Capalaba Casheezi yesterday and plan to return - they seem to have everything you could imagine in there and the quality of the items was surprising. The store is very well organised, clean, uncluttered; I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were helpful and friendly; I asked for and received a discount on an item I purchased (a normally very expensive computer item) which is in a ridiculously good condition, I'm sure it's never been used! I had the time, so browsed through the dvds (picked up some bargains for my Dad). Before I buy anything new again, I'll be checking with these guys first.

I went into buy an item at Capalaba and after the young man behind the counter rang the manager three times to try and work out a price . The manager was out the back of the store . So I asked to speak to the manager and he flat out refused to come talk to me in person. How rude is that ? Not a good way to treat your customers. I have lots of friends who always buy stuff from there or should I say used to buy stuff from there but not anymore your lose .

Last year we were affected by extreme flooding and my husbands restaurant was closed for 4 months. They did allow for a one month extension at that time. I am a full time student and my husband is our only income. His hours were impacted by covid19 as of March 22, he went from 45 hours a week to 7 and had been out for work on isolation for the last week. I called April 12th and asked if they were helping people by deferring payments or something and she said they weren't charging late fees, repossessing and were accepting partial payments. She said I could use my stimulus to pay my $438 car payment and I had to set up the payment arrangement at that time. I am now another month behind. Peoples situations are not going to change anytime soon. Why is Exeter doing nothing to help us when almost any other loan company is deferring anywhere from 3 to 6 months worth of payments? Thanks Exeter for not helping your customers when we need it the most. The rep was as nice as she could be, it's the rules of the company that need to be reexamined.

Recommended I dint use Santandairs Solicitor and to use one they recommend, they took forever and as a result I paid thousands extra on a remortgage, as I spent months at the default rate.

House purchase completed in 7 weeks from offer date to picking the keys up. Alder rose made buying a house stress free and I could not recommend them enough. As first time buyers and both working full time with a baby we were on a budget but this for us stood out well worth every penny. The first time I applied i was told I'd given the wrong bank detail for the loan to go in, even tho I'm 99% sure I gave the right ones? they said they recalled it and that was that, the second time I applied, here I am almost 24 hours later and no funds in my account, I triple checked the details so I know they are right.

I have just recently started my 3rd novated lease with ALP/Fingo and every time it has been an efficient and hassle free process. Most recently I had Brad Raphael assist me in changing vehicles part way through a lease term due to a change in my working role. What I thought could be a messy and confusing process was made so simple and Brad, Kirill and the team at ALP/Fingo. I pretty much told them my vehicle of choice, they arranged the change over of my previous vehicle, and I just rocked up to the car yard and drove away in my new car. I bought a car 12 months ago and this past year has been the most stressful of my entire life! They have been on Rouge Traders & Watchdog in May this Year! My experience - I get home on day 1 and wheel bearings had gone, I go back (40 miles) they fixed it but I was without a car for a few days as I had part exchanged my old car with them. I get it back and within a week the gearbox went, they fixed it again but it took 2 weeks (again I'm without a car - they apparently have courtesy cars but there's a big waiting list). I get it back and it's all going well but a few days later the power steering went!! I asked if I could take to a garage near me as they are so slow and far away. They agreed. But then the quote was too much so they wouldn't pay it and wanted to do the work themselves. It took them 3 days to pay the £80 fee from the garage local to me for looking into the problem so again I was without a car. They finally paid and took the car for them to fix and again it took 3 weeks! I finally got the car back after having a brand new power steering pump. 8 months later and so far so good.... Until bam the power steering pump has gone again!! There after sales team is a 3 person team compared to the 150 sales assistants they employ. Getting hold of after sales is near impossible. If you need them repeatedly call sales over and over and they will eventually put you through where either Mark or Angela will answer. I prey you never have to speak to Angela she is so RUDE! She speaks to you as if you are a 3 year old. If she doesn't like what you say she will either cut you off or interrupt you. She will then blame you for her or another staff giving you information. (I was told a cue for a courtesy car was 2 weeks after 2 weeks I managed to speak to Angela, "nobody told me 2 weeks" I swore down someone did and she said "what do I expect me to do" She will not let you talk she is the rudest woman I have ever spoke to in my life! It's as if Mark Fowler himself is constantly stood behind her with his _____ ___ her ____ (and well I will let your imagination fill the blanks!). My car still needs repairing by their mistakes. But I would rather pay for the work myself than go near these ever again. Don't even bother trying to leave a bad review on any other site as they will delete it. There is a Facebook group with customers all saying the same!

I've not done business with this company because they are so bad at replying to customers, I spoke on the phone with India about two months ago... she promised to call me back that week with quotes or figures! Never heard back other than an email several weeks later saying they hadn't heard from me so had closed my case. I replied to this email asking for a call back, never got one, another few weeks later I get the same email, I send the same response and once again... no reply no call. I then rang the number in the email, I doesn't go through at all. All seems dodgy with this company. Then to top it off a guy calls me asking if theres anything he can do, knowing i'd spoke to India weeks before... he then promises to call me back... you know i've not had a call right! If this is how they condone themselves now imaging how bad it would be if you borrowed from them and need help.

My only frustration is that Trust Pilot only has five stars! So my theoughts on Glow! I needed help with what I believed to be a complicated mortgage issue. I’d spoken with a few lenders who all seemed a little confused at the situation. Probably the issue with dealing with call centres. My biggest issue was I believed my credit was bad or at least damaged. Not a great situation to be in and it can be embarrassing going into a bank or even speaking with someone over the phone. So it was a refreshing change being able to chat online with Ben. What was really great was he didn’t care about me having bad credit he cared about me as a customer and spoke to me the same as he would someone with top credit. Talking Ben through my situation he reassured me that my situation wasn’t that complicated and he could help. Again really reassuring that I couldn’t make a mistake going at it alone. What was also good to know was Ben’s experience, he didn’t need to have me credit checked by every bank under the Sun until one said yes. He knew which bank was right for me and sorted it. I can’t thank Ben enough for his help, support with the mortgage but most of all his moral support in helping me get this sorted. Whatever your situation, give Glow and Ben a shout.

I am a first time buyer currently looking at a few properties on the market, and Habito made the whole process a lot more understandable! Raj, the mortgage advisor that I spoke to through the online chat, helped me greatly with my understanding and was extremely quick with getting me a mortgage in principle. Extremely disappointed with Hippo Leasing, I purchased a van two weeks ago, the handover was contactless so I drove the van home straight away. Got home to find various bits of damage to the van, which was never mentioned when sold to me. There was also a stamp in the service book at way more miles than the van has already done, which is deeply concerning. Tried contacting the salesman that sold the van to me, to be told he would call me back, two weeks later I have still heard nothing. Also sent various emails to which I have had no reply off him. Tried ringing customer services who then told me I should contact them online. Extremely disappointed to say the amount of money I have spent and the exceptionally poor level of customer service. Definitely will not be using this company in the future.

I had a relatively good experience transferring to Resimac but as I've just received an email stating that the 'emergency' RBA rate cut hasn't been passed on at all I felt obliged to point out that the RBA have slashed rates by 1.25% in the past 10 months and resimac have passed on 0.65% which is pathetic, they give the typical sob story of world economics
