Psychopathic company; (no seriously, PSYCHOPATHIC!!); who go that extra mile to make sure you are culpable under the agreement you 'sign'. Truly theirs a culture of dishonestly which form the spine of the entire company, and they will go to court and blame their sh*t on you - in front of your face! Even the director fraudulently countersigning the agreement, after 18 months,- yet failing to disclose the same. - and maintaining the false narrative, in a court via their 'senior litigation manager' - if any ambiguity remained about their intent. also They withheld the 'audio recording' of the original "contract consideration" with their broker Motormart Limited t/a CarFinance 247 - which evidenced that the agent for CF247 blatantly misrepresented the agreement payment schedule at the start. CF247 would circumvent the S.A.R. in this regard. Also Their broker providing them with a false invoice, claiming the disputed vehicle was purchased from them (CF247), when it was purchased evidently from a fourth party. I since established this.. ahem.. inaccuracy related to the vehicle 'Title'. - when subsequently proved as false, they changed their story, - and on their way crashing down incredibly (tried) to blame the reason for their fraud on me, the customer. - when it was them who contrived the same, during the original Financial Ombudsman Service complaint. Their senior litigation manager also ripping out court document that supported my case, and proved their culpability - stating "this case is for return of our vehicle"; - not a legally recognized mechanism, notably my "counterclaim". Truly this company is waaay to desperate for your money, or you liability; and if you stick up for yourself the mask WILL come off! The FOS were not much help in this regard, either; as they clearly failed in their investigations (AS ABOVE); and were disinterested in the truth or the relevance of the truth, thereafter.

I was given wrong information from the start, and it changed at each department I was passed through to. The departments don't talk to each other so I had to do all the chasing. I ended up cancelling my order with them.

I been medical leave due to life threatening medical emergency. I haven't been working for almost a month. I had bills piling up golden valley lending gave me a better loan offer than competitors. I refied my mortgage with planet in 2019 with hopes of lowing the original rate that ws given at purchase . I was given a better rate and we closed in March , A month later I was sent a check for escrow for 3200 . I was a little confused as why they would sent me a check . I called planet and asked the operator (which all calls are recorded) as they say . I asked the operator as to what I should do with this check , the operator told me that it was my check to deposit , I asked several times are you sure because i do not want to be short on my escrow, she assured me that i was not . I deposited check , 6 months later i have received a new statement that mortgage payment had gone up 400 dollars , due to a shortage in escrow . Exactly what i told the operator accrued and now i had to dispute and hours of going back and forth with planet ,I had to go as high as the RVP of planet. The put me on a payment plan to payback their own mistake , they never admitted . I am now with a new mortgage company who got me out of the mess they created .In addition I was asked this year to refi with them again and that I had to come to the table with closing and escrow shortage over 7200 , when every other mortgage company was offering better rate and zero out of pocket .. Beware of their refi and make sure ou go over every doc and DO NOT TAKE ANY MONEY SEND YOU , because most likely they will ask you to pay is back ..With Planet if its to go to be true it most likely not , and not even to get into their customer service reps with attitude and chewing gum ..

This is my 2nd refinance with planet home lending. Ly loan officer shawn Pelk and Ardrae Montgomery were a nightmare! We began the process at the end of February for a va irrrl which turned into a nightmare. I was told not to make my mortgage payment and everything was fine. It wasnt. I was sent a very rude email the night before closing telling me to pay a large judgement or they wouldst close. Mind you, this was a judgement discharged in bankruptcy. Bo contact, no response. I had to hunt down my own title officer to get the information. At this point after 2 refinances, I would never trust this company and its lazy, corrupt employees Chuck

As a first time buyer it was quite daunting getting on the property ladder - we didn't have much of an idea about what we needed to think about or what products were available. We were recommended to the mortgage hut by a friend as they said the mortgage hut could offer a range of advice suitable to employees in the airline industry. Chloe was quick to respond to our requirements and later found us the best rate and terms and conditions that we were unable to find direct with lenders ourselves. Our queries were responded to and she was always at the end of the phone or an email if we needed any help or advice along the way. The mortgage hut also offer brokerage for life and critical illness cover (and much more) and Brett was helpful in getting us the best product that best met our needs. We weren't the easiest of customers as are very particular aabut Chloe and Brett maintained a professional and friendly approach throughout from start to finish, also thanks to Claire who played a part in co-ordinating things behind the scenes - Thanks guys!

Noble Loans are very misleading in many of their claims. Not even their phone number is up to date. I applied for an $8000 business start up loan with them online under their claim that no ABN Is required and no assets needed as security which was false. I was required to put all personal details as well as provide ABN and disclosed assets for security purposes. My car is worth $20k They pre-approved the loan for $5k but then only offered $3300. By that stage they had already wrecked my perfect credit score and made it harder for me to obtain any future loan from another lender. I'm planning on taking them to vcat. I don't believe their star review is real either based on my personal experience.

On face value Nobles web page all seems they will really try to help sole traders to start up a new business when on centrelink payments will still considered on the individuals circumstances ,,,, But i was redirected almost immediately to Max Fundings web page then , multiple speed humps started to appear ,all which were what nobles web page had advised may not be an issue. Firstly and most upsetting was the fact my business had not yet started up ,,, even know i had spent over $6,000 of my own money on purchasing out right the higher value items needed for my business to begin to generate income , so my business was past the idea stages . Secondly , vastly reduced amount was approved but in way of 3 part installments , not low interest rates as low as 1.8% more like with terms of %38 interest unless paid off faster .not possible to do if business is fundless. End of the three days all of the processing with this application was pointless , had no option other than withdraw from the application ,. Disappointing i am when trying to really have a go and move forward .

DO NOT trust Lex Autolease with your hard earned money! Got a brand new Jaguar XF through my small business on contract hire from Lex Autolease. Paid for it in full, on time every month over a 3 year term; only actually had the car a few months of those 3 years as it went in and out of garage 15 times! The dealership couldn’t fix the dangerous steering fault and Lex did NOTHING to help. They just kept taking my money. Terrible customer service, poor car quality. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Leased a VW that has paint problems, tried to claim under VW warranty however VW will not deal direct with me as I am not the owner. Lex happily accept the rejection of VW warranty claim, they win either way. Either VW pay or I do ! Lex customer service are arrogant and useless. Wish I had leased from any company rather than lex. Avoid this company , do not lease/ rent from them

Applied for a car loan on Monday, gave them 100% correct information. Only communication was if I called them. Even when they said they would call back, they didn't. They being a person called [name removed]. Finally hear back that we are approved but no one from approved car loans Brisbane could give us a straight answer on how to proceed next, signing papers, picking up the car, etc. Then they turn around and say they need supporting documentation in the form of a rates bill with a name on it. We had told them on the first day of applying (Monday) that we don't have one. So now we have to wait till tomorrow morning and we might not be approved anymore. Every step of the way I had told them we need a car asap for business and if they don't think we have a chance to be brutally honest as we'd grab a cheaper car elsewhere by the afternoon. Complete waste of time. Several stuff ups were made on their side with no apology and we are now out of pocket, without a car and have a business still on hold.

Badly run and no one answers emails till the Financial Conduct Authority gets involved.Then they find some poor apologitic sap that simply says sorry but the problem does get fixed.Pitty u have to waste all this time anyway best not to deal with them.

I was shocked by how much the interest had gone up this month, and a bit annoyed that no-one had brought this to my attention, or highlighted it. Granted I should have read the small print, but as it was a HUGE hike I think paydayuk should have been at pains to emphasise it, by a tick box acknowledging the rise or something.

Applied for a loan of £300 at the beginning of July and was approved, very quick and efficient by them. I paid back the loan quite early, a few days later ( £302 ish). A couple of weeks later I needed a re-loan, this is where the fun began! I had to apply right from the start again as they don't have a members area to do this, only to see and make payments. I accepted this but then I had to send in all my documents again!! I then got DECLINED...how/why!?? I was told it was due to affordability, even though I had paid back the original loan early! I then applied for a lower amount (starting all the way from the start yet again!)..DECLINED again..nice one, thanks Quidmarket! David A

I started the process online and once I received my offers I stopped the process until I had some time to look everything over before moving forward. I received calls from two different support people asking if I was having trouble with my application, I replied that I was waiting until the weekend to review everything. They both said to give them a call if I had any questions or needed any assistance. So the next weekend I looked over my app and could not find it online so I called and a very nice lady helped me retrieve my application. She then helped me get everything I needed sent online so Prosper could make a decision. Once they had all the information they needed it was only about 3 min wait before I received my acceptance notice. At that time she explained how the funding process worked and gave me an approximate date (3 to 5 working days) I should receive the funds in my bank. I received the funds 3 days later in my bank account. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

The only disappointment I have is that you dont have a star rating service that incredibly awesome! Because thats what I wanted to rate my experience with your wonderful company. Not only was process so smooth and easy, but the staff on the day were such a delight to interact with. Especially the groovey chick who processed my application. She was so much fun. Oh an please let her know that my husband loved my tattoo!! So thanks for the loan because thats what made me getting my first tattoo possible. SUPERLOANS IS SUPER AMAZEBALLS!!

i just purchased a new home thanx to veterans united. It was a smooth process led by my loan officer Cody Smith and his team. they were very knoledgeable, kept me abreast of things happening and i even closed ahead of schedule. They went out of their way to make sure everithing was on point. I reccomend veterans united to any vet, or any one looking for quality, honesty and a decent home loan.

I changed my mobile number about a couple of years ago and wanted to move my money out, however, the account has been made inactive and the pain to activate it is just ridiculous as it's all done via the POST system and you can't see any one. Go to a bricks and mortar bank.

Having tried 3 times to access my account, the message that my "temporary" password was out of time kept coming up, I contacted a person who 3 times tried to walk me through a new password without success. I was then told that you need to be "tech savvy". I operate 3 other online accounts with various banks without any trouble. Why did I have to change my password - because I had not used it in 12 months - wrong again. This is not the first time I have had problems with their system. If I could receive the same rate with another bank I'd be gone in a flash.

After nearly 30 years of banking with pccu (its various iterations ) i will now be closing my accounts. How could a bank make being able to access my money more difficult? By forcing me to download an app to do internet banking is how! The reviews of this app are appalling - but the question reamains why I need to do this in the first place - the arrogance of the staff to question whether i care about security instead of offering solutions is utter nonsense. I bank with 2 other institutions and dont have anything like this issue. My business is going elsewhere

I have been a member of Peoples Choice Credit Union for some time now, and have had 2 or 3 loans through them over the past 6 or so years. I have paid off all my loans in less than half of the term period, and never had a late payment etc. I kept my membership active knowing how easy and friendly the staff were in helping me. However, something must have changed. They must have had a merger with another company or a new set of lending policies put into place. I submitted an online car loan application with a pretty conservative amount ($30,000) and had the other half saved in cash. My Credit Ratings were fine, and they can see I paid off all my previous debt quite quickly. The lady I was dealing with over the phone was friendly, however came across some what incompetent. I had 2 different jobs over the last 12 months and she had a very difficult time in distinguishing the amount I have made with my new company (From early January 2018), and how much I made last Financial year (JUN17-JUN18). I let it slide and politely corrected her multiple times. Then she entered my salary and financial details into the servicing calculator and she said she can only offer me $4,000, even with my shift loading included which is 15% Per Annum! I was absolutely gobsmacked, and even a little insulted at how little they would lend me. I earn good money for what I do in the ICT industry, and have a small mortgage (compared to the average) so I could not figure out how a sum of $4,000 could be lent to me over 5 years! I then told her I wanted to close my membership and was told to go online and search for the documents myself, which was fine. However once completed there was no information on the website to direct me where to send the document to. A work colleague of mine said they visited their local branch and was told a similar story to me, that they were not able to borrow anywhere near as much as they would have in the past. I have taken my business elsewhere, and what a surprise that I had pre-approval for the amount I wanted to borrow within minutes. I am going to assume the lady I spoke with over the phone has in correctly entered details somewhere, but she was adamant she made none. If she had called me back to let me know she had accidentally put in a typo I would have been okay with it and continued with Peoples Choice. Very disappointing way to go out, I would seek alternative institutes if you are interested in a personal loan.

Applied for a home loan in August 2016. After 12 weeks of paperwork, delays, poor customer service on BOS behalf we finally locked in a settlement date. Day before I settlement I receive a phone call to state that ID documents need to be presented at their branch. This could not be done since I was on holidays. Delayed for another week. Loan has now settled and things are looking more positive. Customer service could still do with some improvement. Although the lady who generally answers the calls has done a fantastic job post settlement.

I have been with Delphi Bank for 6 years and haven't had any problems. They did my home loans with the banker Andrew. He gave me great deals that other banks could do for me. Two years ago he helped me get an investment loan and Andrew also helped me get another investment loan a few months ago. Andrew is an amazing guy, great customer service and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a home loan.

Foolishly , and after we were warned of [name removed] from a leading senior Professional, we approached [name removed] at the Delphi Dandenong branch for a Home Loan refinance nearly 9 months ago now, and we learnt the hard way, that was a wrong turn. [name removed], the branch manager, strung us out with constant reasons relating to the delays we're experiencing, until finally our application just fizzled out. We no longer hear from him, after we were assured, on numerous occasions, that it's been approved. An awfully disappointing experience, and would not dare recommend him for any banking whatsoever. After 7 appointments at his office, lost time, stress and anxiety, and having to listen to an abundance of sales talk, this was the worst most unprofessional service ever, and would never recommend him, nor the Delphi bank for any loan whatsoever. STAY AWAY !!!
