I recently turned to Voiplink for its low prices and variety of products. I have placed several orders for Cisco phone 7960 accessories and all orders have been processed quickly and accurately. I will definitely continue to use Voiplink for phone accessories and other technical needs.

This is not only my new go-to vendor for anything VOIP or phone-related, it's one of the best vendors I've had the pleasure of using in my 15 years on Internet. I'm tech-oriented, but I have little VOIP experience. I went to the 8774e4voip.com website because they had the lowest price on the VOIP phones I was interested in. They helped me choose the best phone for me, a Polycom 650, and it was at my door two days later. But the most important part of this purchase came when I needed help with some intricate phone settings. Polycom doesn't support end users; they refer you to your phone vendor. I thought I was out of luck, because I bought the phone at a steep discount. I called e4 and asked for help. They spent almost an hour on the phone with me, patiently and expertly instructing me how to solve the problem I was having. This combination of price and service is very rare. If you need phone or network equipment, this is your place!

The power adapter failed ( twice ) and they refused to replace it. The 'guarantee' is only for 30 days. The charge to replace it was approx. $16. Having spent over an hour on the chat app with them they also refused to refund my money for unused years of service so I am left with a useless device.

I recently had an issue with my MagicJack VOIP hardware and the company would not send me a new router. I ended up purchasing a new MagicJack. I love the overall service but feel a bit slighted for having to replace company hardware that should have been replaced for free.

Phone Power

Top VoIP provider Phone Power offers premier VoIP phone services for residential small business customers Find calling plans to fit almost any need

Sad to see only one review and it's a bad one. We have been very pleased with the service, going on 2 years now. Only one technical issue that was completely resolved in a couple days right after we signed on. FAX is working just fine without resorting to any special workarounds. That has not always been my experience with previous VOIPs. Voice clarity is fine, I don't see any big diff from Ma Bell, except I don't have to deal with clueless personnel. Online account access is great! Very easy to control your calls from reviewing in and out calls, placing blocks on numbers or handling messages if you have not done so through the voicemail system using the phone. Setup instructions are clear and the one instance we had to get customer support it was no issue.

I absolutely need to share my story. We have been Ooma's Premier customers for almost two years. Only once we had a problem placing our calls. Unfortunately, it was when one of my family members needed to make some important calls. He was not happy about the disruption and decided to port the number from Ooma to Cox. While he was on his cell doing that, I was on my cell talking to customer service trying to fix the problem. The Ooma rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped to fix the line in couple of minutes and then made it sure it worked. I also need to mention that it took no time to get through to a live customer service person. This would be the end of the story but Cox already started the porting process. It took more than a week of service disruptions, trying to reach them and figure out whether the port was completed or not. Every time we would call we would be waiting forever and every time a different rep would give a different information. Finally, one day before the port was supposed to be completed I called Ooma and begged to port our number back. Once again, I received a very competent and efficient service. We were able to get back with Ooma with a minimum hastle. I also need to mention that Ooma's number blocking is very helpful nowadays with all these phone scams and robo calls. Cox doesn't have this opportunity. They have the same VoIP service for a higher price, with no call blocking, poor and incompetent customer service with only one phone line and marginal online communication. On the other hand for a slightly lower price we are getting two telephone lines, easy number blocking, superb customer service and a functional website. I am not sure about other phone companies, but compared to Cox, Ooma is a much better value and a more pleasant experience.

Mostly happy with Jive over the last 3 or 4 months. I certainly love that my cost for 2 phone lines is now about 1/3 what it was with att ???? I love the Cisco IP phone jive included when I signed up. Having wanted to switch to voip for a long time but being tied down in the day to day business I never could decide with the other IP phones on the market. Especially handy with the phone is a built in amp and volume control that has made conversations so much easier now I also totally love how jives on line interface is easy to use. I at this point I mainly use the interface to add numbers or area codes to filter and block. The Att experience was one where I got between 50 and 100 unrequested sales calls a month mainly being robo calls Other calls were Bill collectors looking for someone that may or may not have worked at my company 20 years ago. So I get great satisfaction in adding numbers to block I don't use the follow me feature where incoming calls go live to my cell as I am driving or otherwise engaged in something. But I do use the feature where messages left are emailed to my smart phone. This has been a vital feature for me as I am a one man service business at this time If I am driving to my customers home and they call wanting to reschedule or know how long until I arrive. After opening the email it is just one click to play while driving. This has saved numerous jobs from cancellation and a loss of income. I do plan to eventually set up the auto attendant and call queue as I regrow my business volume. But I am happy using some of these simple features for now. It was important to port over my 2 Att phone numbers and Jive did that without any loss in service so when I call out my customers see the numbers they are used to for over 20 years. There was a little wrinkle in the porting process. I was very concerned that the process would go smoothly as I didn't want any time where my phone lines were dead nor worse case where somehow Att releases the lines but jive isn't there to catch them. So back in July during this process I got as best I remember contradictory info that just made me worried. After speaking initially with Jive customer service I believed (correctly or incorrectly) that it wasn't an individual jive person in error but rather that the porting process they had in place needed refinement. So I was put in touch with a supervisor and did speak to him from a business owner to business owner perspective to explain what I perceived as the points or area to be refined. As the end user I was pleased that jive has supervisors that are willing to listen to concerns rather than try to only defend against In the end the porting went through fine, was perhaps just a little more concerning than maybe it should have been. I am very happy with Jive and do recommend them. Are they perfect, probably not but I don't believe any business is perfect as the market and expectations change and so must businesses That jive has great employees that do their best and even look for compromises if appropriate tells me all I need to know. Yes I am satisfied with all aspects of service and will recommend jive Rudy Softli Water Filter Service Los Angeles, Ca

Very pleased with our phone service. We were having issues with our last provider. There were days where customers could not reach us and this of course is never good for business or fun to deal with. With Nextiva we have not had any issues and feel confident that we made the right choice switching over. We are loving the features that come with our phone service such as the voicemail to email and all of the auto attendant options. The set up process was a breeze.

Try another VOIP service. Do not waste your time with Nextiva. I subscribed to Nextiva VOIP, Voice Over Internet Protocol service as a way of creating an additional telephone and fax number for my business in October, 2016 when I started my accounting and tax practice. I was excited about the idea of having two different telephone numbers ring to my cell phone, my personal cell phone number and work number through the Nextiva App. In the beginning I was already having problems hearing people using the Nextiva App by itself. People were also having trouble hearing me. Voices would fade in and out in a tinny, electronic manner. I called Nextiva several times to get this resolved. Their level one and two technicians are a waste of everyone's time and money. When I called into Nextiva customer service, I kept getting asked repeatedly for my PIN, name, and phone number. Often it was the same person asking me over and over again the same information that they were clearly not keeping track of. They also repeated apologies and ultimately did not know how to resolve a single problem I called in about. After a few months and persistence, I was able to get to a level 4 technician consistently, who helped me bypass the Nextiva App by piggy-backing on my cell phone number. I could then hear people better and the reception was better. A few months after that during this past tax season 2018, I started noticing I was missing calls. One of the customer relations managers at Nextiva, denied that there was a problem and denied me a one month credit that I asked for. Monthly fees were about $50/month. After several months of calling in about the same problem, I reached a customer service manager, who granted me a credit for one month in August, 2018 for September, 2018. I still had the same problem, then they said my router was no good for the Nextiva service. There was subsequent fooling around with Comcast who had to come out twice because I had asked according to Nextiva instructions for a stand-alone modem. After the second visit Comcast stated they no longer provide stand-alone modems, but can bridge the modem they provide. There was a lot of customer service manager turnover. The customer service manager changed to one who sent me a Netgear router for free to try. I still had the same problems, my phone would go straight to voicemail when people called. I told the manager I have had it, I have spent at least 100 hours with Nextiva Customer service. I then proceeded to look for another service and get my phone number and fax transferred to the new service. This is called porting the number, which takes a few weeks to complete. Upon being informed the service manager got mad and charged my business credit card on file without my authorization for $91.10 for a Netgear N300 Router retailing at $34.99. I was furious. I stuck to my plan and ported the numbers over to the new service and shipped the Netgear router back at my own expense via UPS 2 day costing $14.44. The porting got confirmed by the new VOIP service and the router return was confirmed by Nextiva who promptly credited the $91.10 back to my credit card. Save yourself some time and money in your VOIP search and do not go to Nextiva.

I am a health care professional that just launched a new, private firm. Instead of getting new phones for the staff, I opted to use a service like grasshopper to route calls to my consultants. Upon trying to create an account with grasshopper, I filled out all the required information, put in my credit card info, and clicked 'create my account'. I waited and waited, and it failed to create my account. 'Error, please call support at.....'. What a waste of time. I tried it again and the same thing happened. Then I tried it on my tablet-same error. I tried on my phone using 4G, same error. I finally gave in and called their support. I was put first in the queue to speak to a live agent, the agent never picked up after waiting over 10 minutes...completely unacceptable! What a waste of time and effort, zero stars.

What is not mentioned on their site, if you want to record incoming calls you have to get a separate phone number. If you want to record incoming calls on your existing phone automatically, you have to purchase another phone number on your cell phone plan to do so. Otherwise under the gold plan, you have to use a completely separate number which is forwarded to your phone. The only calls which will be recorded are the ones to the new phone number. Changing a phone number of 10 plus years will be a little obvious. I was told I could conference in the service when someone calls, which is really, incredibly obvious. This service is terrible and the customer service rep who kept repeating this information was readily available on their website was even worse.

Nice to see some competition come to skype and its near dominance of the future of video conferencing. I like gmail video chat and all but that will never be available on my iphone or ipad so I will doubtfully ever use it. Vidyo is banking on everyone going the way of the iphone and ipad for its video conferences while skype has partnered with cisco and their tablet for enterprise. Big companies are more likely to go with a cisco/skype product that can be custom tailored to its needs rather than the limited ipad, but I guess only time will tell. Certainly most employees these days carries around sleek iphones and never want to part with them. Once dec 2010 rolls around with the new ipad with a camera then the game will be on!

I highly recommend this application that is easy to use and install, its great image and voice quality are excellent, it does not matter if you have an Internet that is weak, the information will always reach the other user, as is also the sending of PDF files and Compressed emails that allow you to have greater ease when using this application to work or send any type of file.
