Excellent company to deal with. We purchased engraved wine and whiskey glasses as a gift for the people we were asking to be in our bridal party. The quality is excellent and the recipients were over the moon with the gift. I placed this order and paid with Apple Pay which consequently removed the first line of my address - I'm having to wait for Royal Mail to redeliver back to Kindred Fires for them to then repost to me (additional payment for postage.) I purchased the Tranquillity scented candle for a mummy to be. The scent was out of stock at the time & I was contacted immediately & advised of this, given options including to change the scent, wait till the new stock came in or for a full refund to be issued. I decided to wait for the stock to come in & I was kept fully updated throughout. The candle has since arrived, beautifully packaged & smells amazing. My friend is going to love it!

The one off bouquets are great value for money and always look gorgeous. However, as a regular one-off customer, I was super disappointed in the clunky service, and excuses for clunky service, around the subscription service, which I cancelled after two rounds. So, great as a gift, but not as a treat.

Whatever you do DO NOT order from this company. The website has no phone number, that should give you the first warning. I ordered over £100 of flowers and paid over £25 for delivery. Not only did they just not bother delivering, they didnt even email me or phone me to let me know, so completely ruined the surprise of gifting flowers. Still no communication, still no email, still no apology. I find it genuinely unbelievable that this company is still in business. Granted they may not have the balls to call and say they cant deliver, but at least have the courtesy to send an email so alternative arrangements can be made.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - we purchased flowers they were delivered 4 days late (for a birthday even they they were ordered 2 weeks prior to date required) and when arrived were brown around all edges!!!! Customer service is terrible! Use another company, even sent my 60 year old mother an email stating she was untrustworthy!!!

I ordered some balloons for a diamond wedding anniversary but when they arrived one had a hole in it so obviously unusable and they did not have the writing as advertised and only said Happy 60th so did not even look like diamond anniversary balloons. I am very happy with the gift I bought for a friends 60th. The engraving is good and it came in a nice box so it's easy to gift wrap. The parcel was late arriving but still arrived just in time for the birthday, but that was the post offices fault as it was shipped soon after ordering. I would be happy with future orders paying a delivery charge so I receive it without a problem. Thanks to the team they contacted Royal mail the package arrived.

Cuff links were fine however my order had not been processed even though I received an email to say it had. Ordered on a 24/48 hour delivery my delivery was refunded for not arriving and the lady on the phone was very polite and apologized I received my goods almost 2 weeks later.

This firm is nothing short of dishonest. We placed an order in November which was supposedly lost in transit but would immediately be reproduced and sent out. These were Christmas gifts for teams at work. After weeks there was absolutely nothing and no communication. We reached out multiple times in the first week of January and finally a call saying they would make them, then again nothing...Absolutely nothing. It has been over two months, they took the money and have produced nothing nor communicated anything in good faith despite the numerous emails and phone calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE at all costs. They are not honest

I can not tell you how positive the finish is on these YETI cups. We have ordered others and the coating as well as the personalized monogram and design are the BEST. These do not peel off or look bad after a bit. Beautiful mugs and loved by people receiving them as gifts.

A bargain is one thing- dead flowers arriving another entirely. I will never use this company again for anything! I sent flowers to a client. Sadly, the person phoned to say she thought I should know that as she took the flowers out of their packaging, all of the petals fell off. Worse, I have not been able to get any form of response from Customer Services. I have sent four e-mails since 22/7, and not even an acknowledgement: shockingly bad product, and non-existant customer services. Avoid this company at all costs.

A bouquet of roses arrived obviously short of feeding and water and within a day the petals had turned black with the stems wilting.On submitting a photograph the company did not see anything wrong with the flowers (relying only on the photo) and when I requested a refund they would not agree stating as they could not be returned only a replacement was possible. I reluctantly agreed but consider if items are not in a fit state a refund should be possible.

Came across Jardin Floral Design/Boutique Flowers while searching online for a local florist to make a special bouquet for my wife's upcoming Birthday. While there were several less expensive options (FTD-type businesses, etc. - that even included free delivery)...the quality and variety of beautiful flowers that were displayed on Jardin's website were absolutely breathtaking!!! Once the flowers were delivered, EVERYONE at my wife's business wanted to know who created this incredible arrangement; and how could they get their significant others to send them such an exotic collection? As my wife will attest...the website photos (although perfect) pale in comparison to the beauty of the actual flowers. And, Elaine stands firmly behind her services! When a couple varieties of flowers started to wilt prematurely, Elaine asked that we send her a couple photos taken at different angles to discuss with her supplier. Then, within a couple days - Elaine hand-delivered a totally new arrangement (even switching out to a "Red, White and Blue" theme in honor of the 4th of July)!!! My wife was absolutely floored and brought to (happy) tears to, once again, stand in awe of this deeply personal, heartwarming, ever SO fragrant and lovingly prepared masterpiece of natural beauty! ... Also what was delivered was somewhat different from picture on web page. That said they are not cheap, but high quality. Will use them again for sure.

I ordered a trial free bunch of flowers which did not arrive. 4 days after emailing to let them know, I received a call from Callum who told me the flowers had not been sent as I hadn’t placed an order. I let him know that the order confirmation email and what was displaying on my account clearly proved this was not the case and that I wanted to cancel my account in view of the poor service. Callum proceeded to ask what I felt was poor!! I have no words. Dreadful company.

Its a trap! do not sign up and do not put in your bank details! they will charge you without any notifications, they will deliver to your door without you wanting the service, do not be fooled with the kind gesture of getting a free bunch for free, its a trap and they will not warn you like other amazing services that exists like Amazon or any other normal service that provide you with regular updates on something being delivered to your door as expected because its a service that you pay out of choice. Not the mention that a few of the flowers were in a very poor state, almost dead and not fresh at all. Not happy at all with the service and no fair outcome even when you speak to the customer service. Not only do they pass on the phone to each other (very unprofessional) but they are not helpful or interested in keeping customers or new customers happy. No sympathy towards customers even if you are struggling with payments due to covid and will do anything to keep keep the stolen money that was made through their scam system!

If it was even possible to give a -5 star rating i would. Placed order on 11/25. waited proper time 2 weeks later, package lost, asked for refund waited 2 week again and tells me my refund was never placed then they tell me they are refunding me my full amount It is now12/20 and my amount order was 132.27 they refunded me 121.77. When asked about it they were unable to compensate nor give me my 10.50 they owe me due to seasonal taxes Asked to receive a code or gift card or store credit and floor supervisor says they were unable to do so at this time. Asked to speak to supervisor and they were "unable to speak to me due to 1045pm at night central time for me." I have to call back in the morning to speak to someone yet again to see if they can even give that back to me. This literally has to do with the company end and business management and your tell me you can't even give me my full amount for items I NEVER RECEIVED. But you sure HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY AND CANNOT EVEN GIVE ME MY FULL AMOUNT BACK. Never in my life have i had this much trouble with a company and as much as i shop there you would think that's the least you can do for this HELL Hole.

He is an intelligent guy so it must have been very deceptive to get his sign up. Let’s hope they refund the money or it will be the small claims court for us

This company is tricking customers out of £15 a month. I bought a birthday card online using my credit card without realising that once you had entered all your details you were then agreeing to pay £15 a month. I rarely shop online so am unlikely to benefit from the cash back promised. The money is taken from your bank account each month! Daylight robbery as you get nothing in return. Be warned.

Unfortunately, for the price paid I was disappointed at the quality of the material. It looked like it had been in the wash a few times and the colour appeared dated and faded. I specifically asked for Arabic and English personalisation in a boxed border but only Arabic name was put on without any border. By all means, it's "OK" the price didn't justify the end product.

THIS IS A SCAM !!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My sister gifted me the $79 "Ultimate Guinness Lover Gift Crate”, which is advertised to include 6 beers and 4 Guinness-branded items in a nice wooden crate, including a Guinness-branded glass & pewter stein, growler, playing cards, and cork coasters. Instead, the box contained the beer, along with a BROKEN TIN BUCKET (no wooden crate), NO PLAYING CARDS, NO STEIN, AND NO GROWLER! As a "substitute" item they're claiming was "of equal or higher value", they included two tiny (6oz) generic glass COFFEE mugs that aren't suitable for beer, with no Guinness branding whatsoever. One of the two coffee mugs was shattered, and there was glass covering the beer bottles. She also opted for the "gourmet" food option for an additional $20, choosing pretzels, nuts, and mustards. Instead, we got a single 1.25oz pouch of turkey jerky ! Reached out to the company about the missing and broken items, and was denied any resolution. I followed up via phone and email, and have yet to receive any reply. I will now go out of my way to get my sister's money back and help make sure other consumers don't get scammed like me did. I will also report them to the consumer protection agencies, and am now investigating legal action.

Ordered the Summer and Corona Brocrate. Description & Photo included 1 lidded solid sided crate, 1 mug, 1 Corona Hat, 6 beers. I added $30 of snacks. What my brother received: no Corona ball cap, an open slat crate without cover, 1 mug, 8 beers, 3 small snacks. I also got a surprise. I had googled Brocrates Canada. Prices were indicated as $ (understood to be C$). I got billed in US $ and my $115. had turned into $147 on my credit card (converted from US to Can $'s). The charge comes under a name called Hazelton's. A CBC article says: "According to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Hazelton's has an F rating, the lowest the bureau gives out, for failing to respond to customer complaints. In the last three years, there have been 89 complaints about the company on the BBB website, with the company failing to respond to 81 of them". When I reached out to the company, the 1-800 number says "sorry you are having trouble, and hangs up". Truth in advertising is important to all of us. We expect to get what we ordered. If you can't control the replacements (2 beers does not equal 1 Corona Ball cap!) then you might want to expect disappointment.

I ordered this bubble head back in October 2020 for Christmas 2020 the first one was lost in transit apparently I have just received my second order which I had to pay an extra $25 for shipping and they have completely stuffed it. It looks cheap and poorly made. The beard looks like it's been scribbled on with a pencil. And to top it all off it's white. My friend whom I had this made for is black. HOW DO YOU MISS A PERSONS RACE!!! After all the drama of getting it in the first place I cannot be bothered sending a back and my friend has accepted it with my apology.

Great product! When it first arrived I was disappointed at the size, then I realised it opened up and is huge! I can take all my bits and pieces, including food and drinks, to work with me in one bag. It's waterproof too which is a big bonus. So pleased with it, would thoroughly recommend to others. Pattern is great too! I got the black one.

It came out really beautiful! I didn't however see the customization for different backgrounds while setting it up to order. The delivery time was very long and yes I do know it had to be drawn up and customized but it took about a week to find out it was being confirmed. Then another to make it. Then took almost another 2 weeks to get here. Other than the delivery wait it was amazing and highly recommend it for an heartwarming gift!

I think our shopping experience was unique in the fact that we ordered in the middle of a pandemic when delivery services may take a bit more time then usual AND there was a problem with our order. What I valued most about my experience is that even with both difficulties the company communicated with us. It was via email and yes I was a bit worried but it all worked out. We were very happy with the final product!

I signed up for the 7-Day FREE Trial. BIG mistake. I cancelled the account within the 7 days. Then got charged for an annual membership of £23.99 5 days AFTER the cancellation. When I contacted them they advised they didn't receive my cancellation request within 168 hours of first signing up. Yes, that's right. The cancellation is NOT 7 days, but exactly 168 hours from when you hit Accept on the 7 day free trial. They then advised I could switch to a monthly term, which would refund all but £7.99 of my money. Still a rip off, but ok. Still no refund. Contacted again. Now being told they will graciously waive the £2 fee for changing my membership type. Still no refund

Due to an unfortunate timing issue my original order of flowers didn't get delivered. However, after I contacted Flowersdirect I have to say that the company exceeded my expectations by a long way in making up for the problem. I was contacted by Alison, from Flowersdirect, who very kindly apologised for the issue and said that she would arrange a fresh delivery. I am very pleased to say that a big, fresh, glass bowl containing pink roses, lillies and peonies arrived, along with a bottle of wine and a box of Lily O'Brien chocolates. I can only thank Alison and her staff for making a real effort to correct an unfortunate problem, and, based on my experience with FlowersDirect I would highly recommend them when looking for flowers. Lastly, my wife, to whom the flowers were delivered, is very happy with the presentation and that I what I wanted.

I bought from this upmarket faux flower company, as believed their quality and customer service would be great. However this was certainly not the case. The customer service is curtly rude in their replies and they fail to get back to you, in order to clarify. I bought fern and they were plastic looking and really only fit for the bin. But it was the customer service that led me to write this negative review, more than anything. I will not therefore be recommending them to anyone.

A packet of open sweets!! It’s false advertising, as it’s promoted everything is Fortnite branded which is isn’t at all. The bag doesn’t say fortnite it reads “fortlife”. It is nothing like the post so don’t be fobbed off. It even says it will come in a fortnite box … no it was an EBAY BOX!! It is definitely not worth £35, it’s £15-£20 worth of tack!!

Mouldy and gummies have nothing in them. Wrote and sent pictures amiably. They attempted to extort through buy more abd we'll refund. Received e-mails from support section that they're mouldy, ammonia stinking hemp is "100% pure" "no additives" and so on. Clearly associated with illegal activity after professing "grown the same way as non-medical" and prior comments. Promised refund from a more literate and business mannered section. Way past their professed 2 week refund point. Overall there is better to deal with. Save yourself the hassle.

Honestly, I would suggest to the company to put a tracking map of the order so for those who buy the product could stay relaxed and see where is their product beside this, I would say that I literally enjoyed for what I got and within 2 working days I received the item. The team was so helpful and friendly that answered every moment that I was insecure. Hats off. 100% satisfied and hope that in future I will be happy as the first time.

Ordered a gift to be personalised. Came to me with random letters/ writing on as well as the name I wanted. They told me the batch they received had the writing on as standard yet I find it hard to believe nobody spotted this either before or after it was personalised. I have emailed them and they have replied once saying they will send a replacement and nothing... I've contacted them since as It was a present and I want it sending to the person's address who's present it is but yet no contact whatsoever!!! Avoid at all costs and if you have young children.... Get them to write as they will do a much better job than these clowns!!

I ordered a mug for an 80th birthday. It was of their favourite football team and could state name and age to be put on. I looked 3 times and so did someone else. We understood the name on first line age second line. It arrived quicker than expected. It was their name but not the 80. After rude emails off them saying that's what I ordered I was told the 80 should have gone in another part. Their website isn't great. But I asked to begin with if I could return and have it corrected. But no they were so rude and after spending 12.95 we have had to give the gift with name in one and the 80 is so small on another shirt it's only when they told me I saw it. Wouldn't even use them again and believe me I wouldn't recommend them. Their customer service is a disgrace.

Especially in 2020, I understand that delivery delays happen but to have not received an (expensive) bouquet despite ordering more than 10 days before Christmas is shocking - I am beyond disappointed. They promised to contact the courier yet I never heard back. Now, it is 2 days from Christmas, no flowers, and no way to order from another provider in time. I have ordered other gifts from other small local businesses with tighter timescales (literally on Sunday 20th), and received it Tuesday 22nd, so there is no excuse.

Like others, my order is in transit and the shipping company handling it responded to my inquiry by saying it would be handed off to UPS who will ship it to the local USPS for delivery which seems highly unlikely. Product never showed up. I ordered a graduation gift for my son on March 26 and now it is May 17 and it has yet to show up. The tracker showed it arrived in the US on April 17, but now the tracker does not even recognize my order number. Is this a scam? The money went out of account on the order date. What do I do? The customer service answers with nice emails, but no real solution. I want either the product I ordered or my money back!

I recently purchased 4 x reed diffusers for Mother's Day. When delivered there was only 3 in the box. I messaged them straight away on Wednesday at lunch time and they said they would send a new one out and then I asked when it would be delivered as it was a Mother's Day present. My question was then ignored and they didn't respond until Friday. It didn't arrive until the next week which is fine I just went out and brought another gift. I feel if it was my own company, I would have offered free express post or for me to collect from the warehouse if I needed it prior to the weekend. It was no biggie to me as I ended up with a diffuser :). I love your products and hope this review improves your service for when something goes wrong :)

This was BY FAR the WORST customer service we have ever experienced. Ordered a gift basket for my Mom's 60th birthday and not only was it a week late, but the items were rotten and moldy and leaked everywhere! We called customer service SEVERAL TIMES A DAY for a week and were met with automated responses every time. We had to call sales to finally reach an actual human, and had to argue with them for a full refund which we still have yet to receive. We sincerely hope they get SHUT DOWN as they are by far the worst company we have ever seen and it is truly amazing that they are still functioning. PLEASE DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. They are absolute CROOKS!

I strongly advise not to buy from them. They delivered totally different products and as I complained they will justify that with the fact that it is written in their policy and terms that they might change them. Are you kidding me? I ordered wine and cakes and they delivered breadsticks and some chocolate. They told me nothing, they asked me nothing. Not even the same cost of the good!!!! I buy a lot on internet but I never never saw something like that.
