I bought some gift cards for a friend of mine in London. She attempted to use them but ultimately sent them back to me, saying she couldn't get them to work. I checked their balance online, and sure enough, they all had a balance of $0.00. I wrote the thegiftcardcentre.co.uk to ask for a refund. I got several sketchy responses explaining the many ways either my friend or I had messed up the cards. They needed activating, they were sent using the wrong postal system, etc., etc. They offered a refund, though, which I accepted. The next day, I then received another email saying that the cards should have worked and they now need them back from me claiming that in their possession, they could check which ones were spent where, etc. Nonsense. All you need is the card numbers and you can track all that stuff. What they were hoping for was that I had discarded the cards so I couldn't send them back. I sent the cards back, and took pictures of the shipping documents. We went round and round a few times, but, ultimately, I sent the proof of return shipping to my credit card company which I'd used to purchase the cards. My credit card company ultimately refunded the charges to me, instead of thegiftcardcentre.co.uk. In the end, I lost about $40 because of the shipping charge to get the cards back to them. But, I go the $375 that I spent on the cards back, so, at least I didn't lose everything. These guys are scam artists. Don't be taken in by these guys!

Purchased 50 dollar gift card instead got 33.80. So far it's been 9 days with no response. Any normal company would have resolved this issue the same day. Wouldn't recommend. Buying from them is a gamble, and you're likely to lose. After they send you the item not as described they have you fill out a claim form, and then tell u to wait 14-21 days. Tried to save money instead got ripped off and even worse losing more time thinking and dealing with this than the value I would have saved anyways.

Owner sent the wrong product but I tell you I'm still impressed. Bought a smaller yellowish pineapple savings bank off this seller and received a HUGE pineapple in gold..I mean seriously HUGE for my hand palm. Very well made and my 5 year old son was running around the house with it and I was like NONONO it's made from ceramic. Great product.

Have you seen Iron Man 2? Want to know where he got those awesome water bottles from? Well in the movie he puts something else in them, but they're still water bottles. Well it came from this site. There's cool things like Star Wars flash drives, Lego Flash Drives, Lego speakers for Ipods, indestructible wallets...sweet way to hold up your jackets (dart coat hooks), a way to find NPR anywhere in the country (NPR Map), neato bottles that'll hold TSA approved amount of liquids....and much more.... Much of this stuff you can get anywhere else, the difference is that here they care about style. The water bottle Tony Stark drank out of was not just a simple water bottle, it was specifically designed for better flow. The flash drives are not just boring little drives, they are designed to be appealing to the eyes as well as functional. I'm pretty sure if you go to this website you'll find something you'll like. I hope that they'll add more stuff. I got a few things last year and it seems like it's the same amount about 6 months later. I went back to get the water bottle cause mine broke on a cruise and I was very upset. It was the last day and it fell from a high spot and broke. I almost cried. I was so mad. I asked them if they could replace it, but I never heard back. I didn't have the bottle very long. Seeing Iron Man 2 made me want it again, so I bought it again and some other stuff. Sometimes it works, then it doesn't. Often when I try to send an ecard, it will come up with an error message, "DNC", that recipient doesn't want ecards. I absolutely know this is not true. But it still happens to about half of my family/friends. I have tried to contact 123Greetings, can only do so by email, but usually don't get a response. After paying for a year of service and year is not up, now they can't find my email or log me in. What gives? I am about ready to think this is just a scam site. Very poor service.

While the product range looks wonderful the actual service is horrible! I ordered simple, white stationery with my last name embossed. My name is only 4 letters long and they still managed to mess up the spelling - not once, but twice! It took approximately 1 1/2 months to get the correct order delivered. Since they could print my simple order, I can't imagine that they are capable of printing more complex ones such as wedding invites. I would DEFINATELY not recommend this site for printing anything important such as invites. If you have the time and energy to hound them to get the job done right then by all means use them - the product did end up looking nice (eventually).

My experience with Tippy Toad was wonderful! They have a wide variety of options to choose from, great prices and my order arrived quickly! The cups look fantastic! The only thing I wish was different about the website, was the ability to see what each artwork option looked like. If that ability is there, I didn't see it. I knew I wanted "Oh The Places You'll Go", so it wasn't a big deal for me. But for someone who is unsure, being able to see what those designs look like would be helpful. Typically I take my grandson shopping for new shoes for his birthday...you know the ones...those mom and dad say are too expensive and unnecessary . This year's trip ended up cancelled due to quarantine, so had to scramble and find SOMETHING I could get delivered by March 25th. I was too late to order a "fun item" to arrive in time unless I wanted to pay $30+ for delivery (love my grandson, but couldn't justify that delivery charge). I finally came across a site called Gift Tree that typically offers free delivery, but was only $5.00 to get it there by noon today. I'm very impressed the Happy Birthday tower was delivered today and on time! I definitely recommend giving them some business if you find yourself in need. Of course, only during quarantine would you send your grandson an entire stack of boxes filled with different kinds of candy, as well as birthday horns.

the sliced sable and the chopped liver were REMARKABLE. I never ever got such amazing food that was sent to me -- the careful wrapping and icy overnight shipment perfect; i haven't had anything so good since i lived in NYC and actually ate at Russ and Daughters! it was worth every penny of the expensive shipping. I have heard similar applause from friends to whom I sent a package that included lox.

I had a hard time this Christmas thinking of an appropriate gift for my neighbor who just lost her husband. I ordered with this company because of their shipping date that kept showing up, but vanished after I paid. No shipping posted on the receipt. I did order knowing I only had two weeks until my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. And I looked on quite a few sites, and this website had the easiest and cutest choices for what I wanted. I ordered 215 personalized wine glasses and 215 personalized coffee mugs. Shipping date promised was posted as as I was entering in my payment info, but after I hit submit, there was no longer a shipping date, but trusted the date they had given earlier. So I was super excited that this was going to happen!!! Until my mom asked when the cups and glasses were coming, so I thought I would email them. Well, I emailed them on a Friday, they got back to me on a Monday, and told me I should be receiving my order in another 6 weeks!!!!!!! What?!?!?!??! I don't need these cups in 6 weeks, I need them in 1 week, and what happened to the promised shipping date?!?! Panic officially set in. My poor parents wanting to give party favors at their 50th wedding anniversary are no longer going to be able to thanks to this scamming company. My recommendation for them is to not trick people with the promised shipping date. And if you can only get an order done is to call, then don't trick people into thinking they can just order online and think they will get a finished product in a timely fashion. Needless to say, I called on Monday, got a voicemail, and just got a returned call three days later by the same lady that I have been back and forth via email. On a positive note, I ordered from another company and they were able to do a 24 hour rush order, but it cost me $1000 extra dollars in shipping! So don't trust cheapfavorshop's promised shipping date when you order, and you probably should call after you place your order and hope you get to speak to a person within a few days to confirm your order, and hope you get your finished product in time! Or maybe just don't use them at all, and have peace of mind using a local company in your town. Peace.

Absolutely terrible experince! Ordered favors for my grandmas 90th birthday. They were supposed to email a copy of them to check for errors and didnt. When I recieved the product, there were two dates printed on the front, one of which was not the date of her birthday. Asked for a new batch several times and never heard back from them. After the party finally recieved an email saying they were out of town and they would send me a refund. Two months later and several more emails, NO REFUND!!! Still have not even responded to any of my emails.

Ordered favor tags for my daughter's baby shower. The promised "date of delivery" came and I still hadn't received my order. I emailed and called and no response. After leaving multiple messages via email and phone, I received an empty envelope from the company and an email asking how my experience was. Again I responded and never heard back and never received a refund. Luckily, I was able to find a seller who was able to send me replacement favor tags just days before the event. Don't take a chance with FavorsToday! They remove any negative comments from their website.

I am a treasurer for a non-profit. Back in December, 2016, we received a donation from JustGive, and I deposited it. The check bounced, and our bank charged us a $12.00 fee. In January, 2017, we received a replacement check with a note that JustGive would reimburse us for any bank charges. I sent them an email, and a scan of the bank statement showing the charge. Back and forth emails led me to believe that JustGive would reimburse our $12.00. It is now almost July, 2017, and my last two emails have had no response from JustGive. I am putting a printout of the scan and the email stream into the mail. Maybe this will get our money back. I don't know. I'm just frustated that I'm being ignored, and there is no way to talk to anyone directly at JustGive.

$635 dollars was donated to my charity and I still have not received any of that money from Just Give. There is no telephone customer support and no one every answers emails. I feel this donor platform is truly a scam.

Ordered an item for a client back in December of 2021. Got a confirmation that the order was complete and shipped. They never shipped the gift to the client and 5+ months later they tried billing me and randomly shipping it (the note and gift were for the end of the year and specifically for the holidays). AVOID THIS COMPANY

Very personal service, any problems with any order they call you to check if everything is ok. Reply to emails within next few days. The company is very conscientious, products good value and high quality. Very pleased with all my purchases from the company, great value for bulk orders for lights for events, wonderful selection of solar lights, indoor and outdoor lights also battery lights nice for glamping type events. Excellent company.

Ordered items at beginning of December. All items were in stock. Had to chase delivery as after the "paid for 2-3 working days" did not materialise. When it finally arrived, 1 item was missing with the despatch note saying out of stock-refund. Funny wasn't out of stock when I ordered it & when they took my money. 1 week later rang to find out where my refund was at hadn't received it. Took me over 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone to be told it would take up to 10 working days to receive. Today is 10 working days. Still no refund. 20 minutes later got through to customer services to be told they would issue a request for my refund & I have to wait another 7-10 working days ... THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND DIABOLICAL - WHETHER ITS DUE TO CHRISTMAS & THEY DIDN'T PLAN FOR IT OR THEY ARE ALL INCOMPETENT - DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE.

Dear Yellow Octopus Folk, Glad I found you - you have interesting items. I also appreciated your personal reply to my initial email. But I have feedback I hope is useful (and explains my rating): Perhaps consider the item more carefully when you pack it. The Knight Beanies I bought arrived with the characteristic "ridge" on top bent in 3 places due to the way they had been packaged. I had to devise a system to straigten them out, especially the important front and end points, so they looked like a proper knight's beanie. Some rigid packing material to retain the advertised appearance of the items would have been better. I am, nontheless, happy with my purchase. Thanks, Annie Brink

Compass was great,thank you ,everything I expected,box however was very poor quality,felt lining poorly cut & glued but the worse thing was you couldn’t open the box without a major struggle or knife‼️It was truely ridiculous,I was unable to present this 21st birthday gift in the box, fearing after a wrestling match with the box the compass would fly out .
