Ordered from Anderson's wholesale for a charity event we are holding in June. Clear communication and quick delivery. Unfortunately a product was damaged through no fault of Anderson's after speaking with them, they fully apologised (even though event though it wasn't there fault) and send out a brand new box with next day delivery. Absolutely brilliant customer service will defo be using again for future events. 10/10 ????

I ordered three items, two of the same item and one different item, all to be delivered to my work address. All the items were sent to my home address, luckily, the first item was small enough to fit in my post box. The other two items weren't and I had to collect them from a local Post Office where they were left for collection. The two items also seemed to be forgotten and after much persistence, they were finally dispatched, but to the incorrect address. One praise would be to the Customer Service Assistant Talya, who helped solve the issues, she was persistent and very patient, even when I was at the end of my tether.

I haven't seen the products as I ordered them for my father in law as a birthday present (sent to his address) but he said the biscuits were very nice. I was impressed that postage was free. I wanted to order some for us to try too but was disappointed to find postage is now at least £4.50? That's more expensive than a pack of your posh biscuits! I don't need 2 day 1st class tracked delivery - could you please offer a cheaper 2nd class option too, or free was even better? As a result I haven't ordered after all.

Excellent product quality and almost just what i ordered.......however I had chosen a map of an area my son likes walking in around Loch Muick in Aberdeenshire as a birthday present. I gave the post code and name of the house on the banks of the loch as the centre of the map. However, we have a map, which has the postcode at the centre of the map. The post code in rural spots covers a vast area, luckily Loch Muick manages to squeeze into the bottom left hand corner, but it wasn't quite what I thought I had ordered

We got the package the 1 day after ordering it. It was easy to use the helium bottle to blow up the balloons. A few of the balloons popped right after blowing them up - I don't know why. The balloon plastic bag had a hole in it so I wasn't so pleased with that but there were no balloons missing. The outer box, which would be the shipping company's fault, had a hole in it but the product wasn't damaged. I would recommend ballonsalg.dk to others and I think I would use it again as the children really enjoyed the balloons.

The website is difficult to navigate if you're looking for specific deals - i.e. 4 for 3 but unable to actually search for these items. But y'know, I like paperchase and don't mind a bit of a browse. Yodel, on the other hand, is absolutely trash. I can't actually review my purchases as I still haven't received them, and Yodel is being very difficult, even closing the online webchat when I had outstanding questions they didn't want to answer. They provide driver tracking and 2-hour delivery slots but Paperchase hasn't paid for this service. Yodel has said they tried to deliver twice already and both those occasions I was at home yet no one rang my bell so I can only assume this was a lie. Really frustrating and wouldn't ever again order online with Paperchase if Yodel delivers...

I ordered some tablecloths for our son’s birthday party on a Monday, and paid £5.95 for guaranteed Thursday delivery to ensure we’d have them for the party on Saturday (Party Pieces even ask you to input the party date). They were dispatched on the Friday, a day after they were supposed to have arrived with us, and didn’t arrive until after the party had taken place. We had to go out on the morning of the party to buy alternatives. I’ve got the tablecloths in the unopened parcel they finally arrived in and have contacted Party Pieces customer services twice by email to try and arrange return/refund but haven’t received a single reply.

I was disappointed because it was a birthday present. You could not see what it said on the disc you needed to have a magnifying glass to read what it said. If it had given you the measurements in the first place it would of saved a lot of heart ache & money it cost £170.

Easy ordering, worried when post tracking check & order didn’t arrive on day Royal Mail stated however Posh Totty said to wait 2 more days & they will check. It did arrive 2 days later. The necklace is a high quality product. I had each of my sons names & year of birth on each ring. Would definitely use Posh Totty again.

Not great at the moment - as I ordered on the promise of a 5 day turn-around and three weeks later they tell me that they are waiting for an item to come into stock. It is a shame as they were helpful until this point. But with my wedding less than 2 months away this delay (and no information is as yet forthcoming as to when the item will be in stock I'm getting worried). I just hope they redeem themselves soon.

I am so happy with the product I ordered from Regal Roman for a friend's wedding. Daniela created a bespoke design according to my directions, but then proposed some changes that I absolutely loved. Creation and despatch of the product were on time (if not a bit early) and the customer service I received was first class. I will definitely use again and recommend Regal Roman to all my friends. I don't like leaving bad reviews, especially for small independent businesses, but the absolutely abysmal service I received from this company has made me want to share my experience. I ordered an item (a set of cork coasters) but when they arrived they were appalling: they were crumbling round the edges, they stank of smoke, and they left everything black with soot when they were touched. They were meant as a gift but they were completely unusable. I contacted the company 3 times over 3 days to ask for their help, before finally receiving a curt reply that as long as they hadn't been used I could return them - or I could clean them and wait for the smell to go! I pointed out they were faulty, and I would like to return them but needed them to pay for return postage (which is within consumer rights). They didn't reply - to that, or any further communication asking for help. I raised a dispute with PayPal, and the company also ignored them too. I managed to get a refund from PayPal, but I'm still out of pocket because I had to return the item so that I had a tracking number before PayPal could refund me. (Note to self: if this ever happens again I shall add in the cost of return postage when raising a dispute with PayPal!). It is illegal for a company to expect a customer to return a faulty item at their own cost; they must pay for return postage or arrange collection. It states on this company's own website that they will refund postage - but it's a lie. They don't. They ignore you. They have a high handed attitude to customers, and absolutely appalling service. I will never buy from them again, and I advise you don't either. I shall be reporting them to trading standards.

Becky was an absolute rockstar! She was so warm and accommodating to each request I had. With me living in California and the time difference between us she still was very diligent and quick to respond to my emails. I love to be able to support small and local businesses (even if it’s in a different country!) and would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. Also, I would most definitely purchase from them again. Rodo Creative gave the utmost superb customer service!

Bad customer service. Order didn't arrive even though it was tracked and signed for by an unknown person. Got in contact with company and was told I had to contact royal mail myself. 2 weeks since I made order and no one has been in contact. Don't recommend this company to anyone.

I have always loved Sass and Belle's products. They're super cute and came very fast considering the current pandemic. The only issue was one of the products I bought isn't very functional. The woven heart costers are not flat so you can't rest drinks on them!

First heard about Shropshire petals at a wedding fair at the Excel London. They have an amazing choice of confetti colours. We went for Cherries & Berries as this goes perfectly with our colour scheme, burgundy & blush. Loads of options of how to have your petals but we decided in the end to have them loose. Quick & easy to order and pay. Our delivery came in plenty of time and we were also given the option for our order to arrive 2 weeks before our wedding (which we didn’t go for as our wedding is only a month away, but thought was a good idea). Amazing service from start to finish and so happy with the confetti. Colour is exactly as shown in the website and from the smoke I received at the wedding fair! Thank you!!

I live on the Isle of Man and choosing gifts for friends and relatives in England is difficult as postage gets expensive. I decided to send hampers this year and had received a Spicers Brochure through the post. I ordered the hampers on line, which was easy to do and have been impressed with the service.
