I ordered a few things for my son's birthday. He never received it. I contacted them, they said the didn't have a tracking number for my order. And I paid $30 for shipping. They should not sale internationally because obviously they don't ship, don't know how to. After $90 spent on their merchandise, I got not. Don't buy from them.

Dont bother! Terrible service. It's been a month and my order has yet to arrive...assuming it was sent.! Two emails blaming thier "courier". Coincidentally, my credit card number was compromised during this time period to almost $1,000.00 of purchases! Cant help to think that these people may have crossed the line. I doubt they are even open anymore.BEWARE!!

I ordered the book early but sadly, there were issues with delivery (by UPS). It marked 'delivered' but my boyfriend never received it. I reached out to the Lovebook Customer Service team and they got back to me very quickly. They were sorry that I missed my Valentines Day gifting as a result of this, and offered to reprint the book at no extra cost with upgraded shipping, along with a bonus digital copy of the book. Splendid customer service! I'd recommend them to change their delivery partner, but am grateful that I still get a shot of gifting this lovely book to my loved one. Fingers crossed the delivery won't get messed up again.

The towel turned out really good! My only complaint is the amount of time it took to ship and then once it was shipped it didn't move from Miami for 4 business days. It took me reaching out and then it all the sudden started to travel. There were also some white spots on the towel that looked like they didn't take the color as well as the rest.

A face and a half???? Was not satisfied with product. Ordered three pair. Each pair had one and half faces printed on them instead of just the one face of the dog. I have been communicating back and forth since December. Very frustrating. Not very timely responses. Don’t stand behind product. Just been getting the run around. There are lots of companies/e-stores out there that do this kind of thing. Don’t use MakeFaceSocks. Boo!!!

I ordered a 5-6ft Christmas tree and stand. Delivery was on the day specified and the tree is really excellent quality and more towards the upper end of the height range. The stand is sturdy and has clamping bolts that support the trunk well, and holds a good volume of water. You will pay more than a lot/supermarket purchase but very much worth it in my opinion. Great for buying whilst retail establishments are so heavily impacted by COVID. Will be back again next year!

I ordered the Baby’s First Christmas book for my nephews Christmas present and it arrived in good time and I absolutely loved the book! I was so excited to give it to my sister to open however, I left it on my windowsill before wrapping it and it got damp overnight and was completely ruined. This was Christmas week! I got in touch with the company and David went above and beyond to get it re-printed and dispatched and it arrived with me by Christmas Eve! They did all of this at a discounted price too so I didn’t end up paying full price twice, despite it being my fault the first one got ruined. The book was such good quality and my sister loved it (and even cried!) I’m sure my nephew will love it too when he’s old enough to read! Would highly recommend!!

I think this company is a scam. Ordered a Ice making machine. Ordered in November after a month didn’t receive so emailed the company and they were very apologetic and gave me a tracking no. They assured me it was on its way. Another month passes and still nothing so emailed them again then got told it was lost in transit and that they would order another and that they would give me 20% back of total order. I received the money. Anyway in February I finally received something and OMG it was a watch. I didn’t order a flipping watch it was supposed to be an Ice making machine.. got in touch again and was told it was the packers fault as they had packed the incorrect item. What a load of bull.... they offered me more money back and said I could keep the very very cheap watch. I told them it was all a scam and wouldn’t be ordering again

I ordered a personalised alarm clock on Sunday night and it arrived this morning (Wednesday). My only improvement suggestion would be to receive an email acknowledgement of the order rather than just the Hermes confirmation. I would also say the Hermes delivery person just chucked the item on the doorstep without ringing so maybe look at another courier service but that does not reflect on the fantastic speed and execution of the engraving and sending the item.

I usually do not write review but this was very much needed. I used IGP for sending rakhi. The order was placed way before the occasion but today after over a week i'm still following up with the support team, trying to track where on this earth did my order go!! I was not even notified for once that the items wont receive on time. 2 orders each more than 3300 INR. ordered on 9th and today is 17th. Nobody will ever reply to your mail. You have to literally beg to get any kind of response from them. There are other services which are way better and reliable. Please do not waste your time money and energy here.

They literally forgot to send the Rakhis for rakshabandhan and then had the audacity to say that we will refund the amount of the Rakhi. I ordered a monogram for one of my clients on November 15, 2020 as a Christmas gift and it just arrived today, February 28, 2021. At first I was upset, but then realised my package was sent through the US using USPS. I do not blame the company nor the USPS but the ex (dare I even use this term) President and his lackey, DeJoy for trying to gut the American postal service in an effort to rob the American people the right to vote safely during the worst pandemic in recent history. Despite that, over 80M people, confirmed by courts all over the land, and the US Senate, elected a new President. Not only am I extremely happy with the results of the election, I am also extremely happy with the quality and workmanship of the monogram. I will order from here again. I'm sure my client will love it. Better late than never. In more ways that one.

Absolute scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM, OR DEAL WITH THIS FAKE COMPANY. Our experience is exactly like the other reviews: (1) They ship from China, not the US. (2) They take your order and do not deliver, making themselves inaccessible for contact or providing lip service one-sentence lies about your product being "in transit" (3) They utilize a bogus shipping company and fake tracking number that doesn't track the purchased item - which is never shipped in the first place. (4) No refunds on sales, and of course everything is marked as a sale. We will contact consumer affairs and make strong efforts to have the charge removed through our credit card fraud claims. That's our problem. But for everyone else, I hope these reviews will serve as a warning.

I ordered personalised items and asked for the names to have an apostrophe to make it grammatically correct. This was not done as I asked and when I questioned it after they were delivered I was told it’s not possible to add an apostrophe! What?! It’s grammatical rubbish without an apostrophe and makes no sense! I was told I can return them but only when I asked but they will only pay postage if I can get to a parcel pick up place and as we’re in lockdown I can’t so I’m stuck with them. Not happy and not recommended. In response to your reply - I HAVE replied and I have asked for free postage but you have not sent it to me so that’s inaccurate for starters. Secondly, I asked for apostrophes and you’ve even written it correctly on the order sheet! You have since change the item description on your website to say that you don’t include apostrophes so you clearly know you were in the wrong. I do want to return the items but it looks like you won’t send me the return label. You have twisted the conversation and made me look bad which is horrible.

The shipping was not an issue but the product overall just lacked what we were expecting. It outlined certain areas that it shouldn't have and left out details in the faces especially our baby boys but the material of the wallet alone is nice but to pay the money for this product isn't worth it. Ordered a champagne/flower/balloon for my mum's 75th birthday, after scouting for same day/next day service for New Jersey. The website claimed next day delivery before a certain time of ordering so made sure I ordered in time. Picked 1 business day delivery at checkout, picked the delivery date - everything was confirmed to me on email - NO DELIVERY WAS MADE ON THE DAY! Chased customer service constantly via email and calls (number goes on voicemail and no one bothers to call back) as the status showed me 1 week ahead for delivery!! How can fresh flowers be in transit for 1 week? Completely ruined my birthday surprise for my mum and were not in the least bit apologetic on it. Cited traffic as an excuse! Ridiculous. I live in the UK and order same day gifts as well, with faultless deliveries. Do not use them if you want a guaranteed delivery. The one star is only justified for the flowers looking good when they reached AFTER my mum's 75th birthday. Wish I had read these reviews before purchase!

For my birthday, my mom ordered potted orchids from New York Blooms, not having read the online reviews, which are damning. The flowers arrived two days late, on their side, and overwatered to the point of having been drowned. We removed the mildewing petals, which were dripping colored water. We repotted the remainder to give the leaves and stem an opportunity to dry out. Unfortunately, they have proved to be beyond salvation. My mom sought a refund, which the company has continued to deny via form email that they send and resend, despite narrative, photographic and video evidence of their failure to (timely) deliver what my mother had ordered, namely an attractive and alive plant. Thankfully, my mom's credit card company has stopped payment; otherwise, I would be taking them to small claims court because I'm so angry about their scam.

I ordered a dozen long stem roses for my wife for our first Valentines Day. They arrived after she left work and they were dead. One rose was actually rotting. Customer service refuses to refund my money, but wants to send more flowers. They just can't seem to own up to their mistakes and do the right thing. Get your flowers elsewhere, they use UPS and the flowers sit around for weeks dying.

I Ordered flowers for Valentines Day, unfortunately Kabloom chose to ship them UPS even though there is a store 5-10 min away. The flowers were left off of the truck, and arrived damaged the following day. Kabloom replaced them with a full refund, however they were again sent UPS, shipped to arrive on 2/17/05, and once again shipped late, and will arrive on 2/18, in what shape I don't know yet.

Onhold for an hour and then disconnected. Sent several emails, all of which I got a response "great news, your order was delivered 530pm to intended recipient." We were home. It never came. No response to other emails sent, another hour and a half on hold as we speak. 715pm as we speak and they're asking I callback if I havent received by 6pm as florist isnt answering phone. Its 715 pm. Of course they're not. And I'm being asked about tomorrow now? Then rep has audacity to get nasty with me. They wasted 3 hrs and counting now of a day that was supposed to be special and they put the nail and shoveled the dirt on top of a birthday whose coffin was already built by this pandemic. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. NEXT HOUR WILL BE ME CALLING MY BANK AND WAITING ON HOLD EVEN MORE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE FOR THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS!

The flowers were beautiful but 3 of the flowers were already losing pedals when we opened the box. I actually had to throw one of the flowers away. The other 2 flowers are very thin because of all the lost pedals. So although they were pretty the quality isn't the best.

I am a first-time customer of Vermont Teddy Bear. I ordered two personalized bears as a gift. Order arrived in time promised, but the spelling of the name on one of the shirts was incorrect. I contacted Customer Service, who confirmed that the customization on the order form was correct. They promised to correct the mistake and ship overnight. It was shipped overnight, but it shipped two days after contact with Customer Service instead of next day. Upon opening the package, I discovered that the name was now spelled correctly, but it was the wrong shirt. I ordered an "I heart (name)" shirt, but the second shirt only had the name on it. That would not work because it was a male bear and the ladies name alone defeats the purpose of my order. I now became concerned that the order would not be able to reach the recipient on time because I had to ship internationally. Still feeling relatively patient (mistakes do happen), I again contacted Customer Service to explain the situation. The Customer Service representative was friendly and helpful and promised that she understood the urgency of my situation and promised to expidite my order so that I could ship on time. After 4 days and the order still not received, I contacted Customer Service a third time and was told that the order shipped GROUND and would not be delivered for another two days. I was then in a situation where I was going to have to ship the bears expedited at a significant shipping premium. The Customer Service representative did offer me a $25 credit on my next order, but I assured her that I was not inclined to place another order so this was not an acceptable remedy, especially since their mistakes cost me an additional $60 shipping. The Customer Service representative then became noticeably irritated with the situation and told me that was the best she could do for me. I am still waiting for the credit to show up on my account. I understand a mistake can happen. I can even understand when two mistakes happen. But a third mistake when they were fully aware of the two previous mistakes is not acceptable to me, nor is a remedy that requires me to spend more money with them even though I had this problem with my first order. The quality of the Bears is great. The quality of the customization and Customer Service is not.

I love the Vermont Teddy Bear Company and am now the owner of five gorgeous Vermont Teddy Bears. These are the highest-quality hand-made stuffed animals and the VTB Company has excellent customer service. I ordered the Bride and Groom bear to have on display at my wedding and then in my home. About a month after the wedding, I woke up to find my bride bear on the floor. Upon closer inspection, I was horrified to find my cat had pulled her off the bookshelf and chewed up her veil during the night. After I made sure the cat was alright, I called VTB customer service to explain what happened and to ask if I could purchase a new bride's veil to replace the chewed up one. The customer service rep got my information and then told me he would ship out a veil free of charge to me! I was so pleased and relieved, I thanked him profusely. A few days later I received my package and it was a new wedding dress and veil (I assume they can't take one piece of an outfit away from the whole thing). I was just so amazed they sent me a whole new bride's outfit for free and I am very grateful. VTB has guaranteed another loyal customer! I also placed the bride and groom where the cat couldn't get to them, by the way.

This is one of these Chinese frauds permeating China and all over the world. Too many of them really. I made the mistake of not searching for ratings, either, and I called the office in Suzhou, China, imploring that the two gift baskets (totaling about $500) be stuffed reasonably because it is for my father's eightieth birthday and I could not go back to celebrate. The gift baskets, it turned out, were an embarrassment. Good thing my father took the symbolic significance only and did not blame me. If you sent something like this to your business partners you'd be in trouble!!! Who in China would like to receive a bunch of low quality Chinese tidbits together with some cheap or remixed "French" wine! I have no recommendations for any other vendors in the same line of business because I never used any and will not use any in the future. BUT, USE THIS ONE AT YOUR OWN PERIL! If I had a way of suing them for false advertisement I would. But, what do you do with a Chinese company! The Chicago area contact information is all form some sleaze ball's cell phone, which Mr. Kan never answers. I only wish to get my reviews spread as far as i could so that no one else would be embarrassed or even get into BIG business trouble.

I ordered 8 Wilton Armetale glasses on Nov. 27, 2012, that did not arrive. I re-ordered 8 glasses, paid extra for 3 day delivery on Dec. 14, 2012. The glasses have not arrived as of today, Dec. 26, 2012. I am very disappointed and I do not have an order# for tracking my purchase. I ordered labels for my mom's 75th bday party favors. They came quickly and the printing was crisp. Colors true to the online version. My only disappointment was they were smaller than I thought they'd be. I'm sure the sizing is listed online, but I didn't see it and the version I chose ended up with a dime-sized photo. If I had realized the tags were so small I would have used a different format with less text (but that was my fault!). Nice product, good experience.

There was no contact number, no status update after payment, no tracking number. When they finally sent me a tracking number it was for another order. The chains the necklaces were on broke the first week and i had to replace. My daughters choker broke after 4 weeks.

Really want to give them 0 stars but no option for it. My husband and I ordered 5 cheesecakes for our wedding. I even called with questions before placing my online order. I set the desired date of delivery and placed the order. The money was drawn out of my account then was deposited back into my account. I logged in to Harry and David only to find my order was canceled. There was no email or phone call informing me of this at all!! I called and was informed that due to the large size of my order my account was marked fraudulent and therefor had indeed been canceled. They apologized for their error and we proceeded to place the order again by phone this time. I was guaranteed over night delivery. The day before our wedding I find my bank account had again had the same withdrawal and deposit of my order. After 20 minutes on hold and a return phone call I was told they never took the code off my account from when it was flagged fraudulent. Again it was canceled and with no warning or communication!! I was offered an apology yet again and a 20% off coupon. Needless to say we had to find our wedding cheesecakes elsewhere. The only thing I can say nice is that the representatives I spoke to on the phone were at least polite but none the less I won't ever order from the company again.

Always had perfect special pears. Order pears one was no good. Called and asked for replacement said I only wanted 1 but they are going to send me a box with pears and apples. I thought that was amazing. They really stand behind there products.

My purchase just arrived today. I absolutely love the rings and bracelet. They are perfect. I ordered the rose edge band to celebrate my 32nd wedding anniversary. I ordered the custom name ring and engravable curb Cuban link bracelet to honor my grandson who passed away. The only drawback was entirely my mistake. I ordered the bracelet based on its look without realizing the length, so it doesn’t close. I will definitely order from My Name Rings again. Great work. Thank you.

I will never use them again. Horrible service! They misdelivered an order today and when I contacted them by phone I got a message saying you can only be helped by live chat. So I did that. That's when I found out they had delivered the order to the wrong place. But, the lady couldn't do anything to help. She said I had to wait for a manager to email me. In the meantime, my mom has no flower order and will not be at work tomorrow. So I paid $55 for absolutely nothing and hours later still haven't heard from a manager. Pretty terrible idea of customer service when customers can't even reach you.

Slight variations in ply thickness resulted in some joints being tighter than others but that is out of your control and all joints went together - so I applied a small amount of PVA to some and my grandson is absolutely delighted with them all. First of all, before you place your order or upload images, you need to know that this company is in China. Now onto the rest -quality: Their glossy prints can't be beat. their matted is ok, kind of dark. You also need to send/upload decent and large files also. I seen many complains on their forum because they send in photos taken from cheap dc or phone. -Prices: their prices are fair for what you get. and they have a good range to choose from -Shipping: This is the part that kills you. Shipping only via first class, so it takes long and cost very high. -Services: at first, their customer services were quite bad and items arrived damaged as they did not know how to pack when they first opened. Orders were taking 1-2 weeks before shipping. Now it's about 3-5 days. -Deals: they have great deals. They need to as the shipping is so high. They also give you lots of free prints and credits when you sign up. and much more each time you placed an order. Overall, i used this printing service for about 6-7 times since they first opened. Only had one problem with large prints being a little damaged on edge. All prints came out great compared to other places locally.

I made an order from artscow.com in early June, first of all they double charged me, then the mug came broken, and there was no damage for the box which shows me that it was probably not broken during shipping. Along with this it took literally 2 weeks for them to get back to me about the broken mug, and they ignored me about the double charge. I called and left messages, as well as emailed multiple times, with no response. Finally they responded about the mug, and asked for pictures to prove that it was broken. I did that, and after a week and a half of waiting, as well as a few more emails, they responded and told me that they have placed the order. it is now July 18th, and my father's Fathers Day gift is still not here. As far as the double charge, it is now as I said before, July 18, and all they can tell me is that they will give me store credit, for THEIR mistake, (which they still haven’t' given to me). Now i will have $40 in store credit, that I didn't want to spend in the first place. They have horrible Customer service... and watch out they charge you a currency exchange fee, without your knowledge or putting it on your receipt.

******WARNING BUYER BEWARE****** First, I made my purchase through Shopirish.com, which is apparently a new front for Creative Irish Gifts. Had I known this it would have set off enough red flags to make me shop somewhere else. So, I purchased a set of rings, which cost well over $1,300.00 for my 10th anniversary from Shopirish.com. There was a 2 to 3 week shipping time, so after the first week I sent an email and asked for status details. I received no reply. I waited a few more days and then I called for an order status. I was informed that the order was never entered into the system. Still, I had an email invoice with an order number. I got the standard oh we’re sorry, yadda yadda yadda, what would you like us to do to make it up to you? First, I find this ploy absolutely appalling; if you don’t know how to take care of your customers, who you have inconvenienced, then get the out of the retail business. I was offered a gift certificate. A forty dollar gift certificate to make up for presenting my wife with a picture of the rings I purchased, to show to all of her friends and family at the party. When I became upset, I was asked what could be done to pacify me? I’m not joking, she said PACIFY! Eventually I was offered a 10% discount, 1% per year I guess, and a $40 dollar gift certificate to be used on the purchase. She gave me a quote for the new price and I said ok. I know but they had already destroyed my plans for my anniversary. I was going to take my wife back to the place I meet her and relive that evening, and then give her the rings. Hopefully the thought will be enough. So, from bad to worse. I asked to be sent a letter detailing what had transpired during the phone conversation, which I did, minus the new price for the ring, SURPRISE, yeah right! I emailed back and asked for the price again, and guess what, it wasn’t quite as low as what was offered on the phone, SURPRISE SURPRISE, YEAH RIGHT!!!! I basically told them honor the pricing I was offered or cancel the order. I have not received a response. This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with, and they ruined one of the most important days of my life, Thanks!!!!

I ordered $280.00 in merchandise from this website to use as wedding gifts in Jan 15,2013 One week after placing the order I decided to follow up via e-mail. Some lady named Holly replied two days after but was nothing but vague. After 13 days inactivity, I demanded a tracking number for them. Holly e-mailed me a number that was not functional on the UPS, Fed Ex or USPS website. I would’ve called the company at this point but there’s not a phone number listed on the website. Today, I replied demanding a real tracking number and threatened to cancel the order and report the transaction as fraudulent to my credit card. She replied again stating that the “warehouse” made a mistake and the order was going to ship soon. (15 days after my initial order was placed!!!). I never write online reviews but this company does not deserve your business. Buy from a more reputable online dealer and save yourself a headache. Never again Gift shop1234…. never again.

I ordered a bowl and plate online, and they didn't email with a tracking number after several days. They did take payment, however. I emailed them to follow up, and they said they were trying to obtain the merchandise. I said they could have a week to find it; if they were unsuccessful, I asked for a refund after a week. I followed up via email 3 times and never heard back. I paid using PayPal, and I am now disputing the charge through PayPal, although the seller has yet to respond to either PayPal or me. Don't buy from them!

Utter rubbish. Few of their posted companies actually accept these blasted things. I changed the balance into an egift card as I needed to spend a little more and the shop wouldn't accept the code as there were too few digits. This company took money from my sons colleagues as a gift for a work injury and he has never been able to use the card. One4All are absolutely impossible to contact by telephone. I have tried on over 100 occasions to call them and it either doesnt connect or connects and rings then disconnects. Theives and fraudsters.

I ordered a personalized necklace for my Mother for Christmas and never received my package. I emailed Customer Service, explaining that I never received the necklace that I paid for, and their response was that they couldn't do anything since it was delivered on their end. Essentially, I was out of the $100+ amount I spent on the necklace and shipping, and they were going to do nothing about it. Nothing like this has happened to me before, and I was flabbergasted by their "you're on your own" response. Never shopping here again!

I got a mothers ring for Christmas from here. I ordered a 9. I tried it on its to small. Went to a jeweler to get it resized they said the ring was a 8 3/4 so I just paid 64.00 to have it resized. Thanks a lot for costing me more money!! Will never order from here again.
