I wanted to order some treats for the family, we like to use local products or Fairtrade produce so it is really nice to have a shop which is centered around good quality, healthy food and drink from small or local businesses, but can be found easily in one place. I ordered organic honeycomb (which was sourced only a few miles from my home) as well as some fairtrade chocolates and monty bojangles truffles. Not only were they a fantastic price (the cheapest honeycomb and truffles I could find online) they were delivered very quickly, and packaged with recycled products which was a wonderful addition. I was really pleased with my order and am making another one tonight!

I took Lumiday daily for 3 full weeks -then, I just stopped taking it. I wasn't noticing that much of a difference in mood or energy. I still have remainder of bottle just sitting here. The hype is this is a natural happy mood pill. Mmm...not really...I got more from ginseng alone. Lumiday is pricey to feel "meh" (shrug). Wallet was really all that felt much lighter, to be honest.

I wanted to stop using minoxidil so stopped completely and started using foligain hair growth stimulater with 12% trichogen, after a month or so my hair started getting weaker and falling badly and this stuff is supposed to be a dht blocker .don't touch it if it is a blocker it should work..grogenix works for me and helped stop the fallout.

Flaky business. Placed an order. No email of order received after a week, so I email them to find out status. After several days I got an email response saying that I would get notice when items shipped. After another week I received an email saying items out of stock. I would have expected they would know inventory at time of order or at least within a few days. But to wait for over 2 weeks is unacceptable. Will not be buying from again.

I was waiting to call the company at the earliest time possible, which was 7:30am their time, and 6:30 PM my time. About 3.5 hours before I could place a phone call to address Apricots concerns, I received an email that my order was cancelled due to non-response of inquiries.

I have always had good service until now. I like and rely on the supplements and will continue to order them. however, maybe you should go back to using the US Postal Service instead of FedEx. I ordered on Dec. 19th and am still waiting for the arrival of my supplements. I saw one tracking notice that said I would receive my package today, and now I am seeing the tracking indicates Thursday, Jan. 2nd. I do not understand the logistics of FedEx sending my package to Pennsylvania to Maryland then to Indianapolis. Indianapolis is a FedEx hub. I realize the holidays make it take a bit longer, but I have always had my packages within the five days, excluding the time with the massive fires in California with the USPS.

These are the best quality vitamins I’ve come across and I love the fact they come from natural sources, and also that the majority are suitable for vegans. Prices may seem a little high initially, but I feel they are entirely justified and worth it - you get what you pay for! Buying cheap chemical-laiden vitamins is just a waste of money, in my opinion. Naturelo’s customer service is outstanding. I contacted them for some advice before purchasing, exchanging a few emails as I thought of more questions, and each time, a lot of time and care had obviously been put into the response. It is just so refreshing not to receive the usual auto-response mix of standard paragraphs based on keywords from someone who clearly knows very little and none of which answer your question properly. Unlike the previous reviews, I did receive the product I ordered -- in two different shipments (USPS) which were quite tardy (3 - 4 wks). Apparently this merchant keeps no inventory on-hand, nor do they try much to expedite shipment from their suppliers. If they were back-ordered or had difficulty obtaining the product, there was no notification of that.

My one pack multivitamin order was received 1 day before your 3 for 2 was reintroduced. I appreciate this was order a couple of days before but I was very disappointed when I emailed you, that you were unwilling for me to adjust my order to comply with your offer, or at least for you to offer an alternative choice. This has happened to me before which I accepted, but given I only use your products, the size of your organisation and the current climate, personally some flexibility should have been considered and the outcome different.

The phone-based Pro Support is no doubt their strongest feature, and being able to call and talk to an expert on supplements any time of day is huge. Don’t order from here! Don’t order from here. People who have made an order did not receive their order and complaining about it on the comments sections on Facebook. Please check it regularly on FB before they hide the comments. I was lucky enough to check the reviews first and didn’t order anything from them. But this company keeps spamming me with their same emails and wants me to make an order. So far, I’ve received 8 emails for the last 2-3 days and it is morning over here and I have been receiving 3 emails so far and this will go on and on. The goods were never delivered and was told it was not there problem but DHL. My contract was with Piping Rock so they should have refunded me and claimed from DHL. Thank you for inventing Peak Height. This is great product. I received the package today. It took me about a month to receive. I ordered 12 bottles. It only came 6 bottles. Did you send the 12 bottles? If you send 12 bottles together, the post office probably call me to resend you 6 bottles in order to meet the standard of Korean importing rules. The post office did not call me. The package seems like did not destory for discarding 6 bottles out of 12 bottles. I think you mistakenly did not send 6 bottles out of 12 bottles. I ordered my glucosamine on 11/4 and it took until 11/14 to get here. It seems kind of slow, but I emailed them on 11/11 wondering where the stuff was, just inquiring, but I never got a response. Now that could be due to the fact it was Veterans's day, and maybe they had a 3-day weekend off. When I got it, it was a slightly different formulation than what I thought I had ordered. I can use it, but I'm pretty sure it's not exactly what I ordered. I can't even find the formula I received in their inventory. It may be my goof, although I am aware of both formulations, one with MSM and one without, so I doubt I would mess up which one I picked, but I suppose it's possible. Compared to other companies I've dealt with, though, this one is a little sub-par when you put it all together. I wouldn't tell someone not to order from them, but I probably wouldn't go back myself.

I ordered on January 18th which was a weekend. I accidentally removed an item from my order so I called them that Monday to see if they could add it before my order shipped. A guy answered their phone line in a rude manner and told me it had already shipped and that it wouldn't be possible, that was not the truth. I called back to ask if I could get a courtesy of free shipping for the removed items, he said no and then hung up on me. I tried to call back and he wouldn't answer anymore of my calls. I then looked at the reviews of this place and saw the horror stories. I began to chalk it up as a lost when a week went by and no arrival or tracking info was available for my order. I kept watch on my card activity to make sure they didn't take anymore funds from my account, they didn't. So today, on the 31st, after I had come to the conclusion that I took a lost, the package arrives. The items were what I ordered and seem to be genuine. 3-5 day shipping was extended to 13 days, and the customer service is horrible, but the company is real.

Rita is one of the very best and most amazing Customer Service professionals I have met, whether in person, the phone or the Internet. She is very professional, enthusiastic, friendly, patient and caring. My only reason to give Brain Forza a 4 instead of a 5 is that the cycles of mushroom growth are not programmed or adjusted well to the market demand so it causes delays in the availability of the mushrooms, sometimes causing very long waits. I was accidentally skipped in my order or reishi, then the supply was all gone and I now have to wait one or two more weeks after 50 days of waiting. The products are at the very top over anything else in the market but the supply cycle needs to improve. Thank you!!

I ordered a case of wine from kosherwine.com 8 days before Passover, and we live a few miles from their location. I called on Wednesday, 2 days before the holiday, when I realized that I hadn't gotten a shipment notification. This is 6 DAYS after I ordered. I was told that the wine had shipped, and there was a glitch in their tracking notification system, but I would have it Thursday, and I should have the shipment email within the hour. Called again the next day because I still hadn't received the email. "Yes, of course it shipped, you'll have it this afternoon." Thursday passes, no wine. Friday (the day of the first Seder) passes, no wine. Saturday (second Seder) passes, no wine. Monday morning, I get a shipping notification. My wine will get here today. it was shipped on Friday, 8 days after I ordered. 2 days AFTER my 22 guests were here. I had to send my husband to buy extra kosher wine at a store in the next state, totally wasting his time, and defeating the purpose of ordering online in the first place. I had to leave someone at home to sign for the wine that never arrived, just in case it was arriving that day. The company lied to me. They must have known that they hadn't shipped the wine yet, and instead of admitting that they made a mistake, they straight out lied to me. Did they think I wouldn't notice that I was missing all my wine at the Seder? I will NEVER buy from this company again, and neither should you.

We received our first order recently. Not really impressed with the substitute gift. You state in your letter that you had to substitute the gift item with a Coq10 160mg 30 caps, valued at $49.95 however we received Super-Strength Multi-Care instead, valued at $2,7 according to your Health Guide. We will most probably not use these however my husband does take the Coq10 capsules. We have been with Golden Glow for years and found their service excellent. Hopefully yours will be too.

I placed my order on March 5, 2012. My order consisted of a few bottles of salad dressing and some macha powder. After checking the website for almost two weeks and noting that my order was still "processing" I contacted the company trying to figure out what the holdup was. I contacted the company three times before finding out that the macha was on backorder and my order was being held. No one bothered to let me know about why the order was held until I asked that the order be cancelled and my credit card be refunded. The products and prices are fine, but customer services certainly is not.

I have been buying Vitamins from this company for 3 years, and I take alot of vitamins, this is the strongest products I have ever taken. I have never felt energy from vitamins, i took their multi and was running around cleaning the house. I take alot of their eye support vitamins also, strong stuff.

This company is awfull, i orderd the product on April 10th, as of May 14th still have not recieved it. Called and not customer service skilled at all. My confirmation states to be shipped UPS they sent it US mail, and wanted me to track the package. Want my money back and refuse to give it back because they did not recieve the package back in there office. They wanted me to call post office and find out why I have not recieved it... I paid for a product and shipping. They fail to realize that they are to deliver the product that they sell and ship. THey most definitly need new staff.

For my last fish oil order, I ordered from the cheapest company available online and I paid for shipping, and it still took 3.5 weeks! I live 90 minutes from Chicago, but it went from the east coast to Chicago, to texas and back before reaching my door... this time I ordered from a company that could ship it quickly. I got it in 4-5 business days and I am very happy.

I have used Phenibut before and I wanted to look for a shop that sells it in the US since I recently moved here. after looking around I found that LiftMode offers Phenibut in FAA form which was interesting so I gave a shot after doing lots of research. great product and the best part is you can take it sublingually under the tonuge so it's much faster acting than HCL even though lasts for a shorter period as it's faster absorbed faster used in the system. overall satisfied!

I purchased the 1 gram sample of the Yohimbine from LiftMode and didn't know what to expect. It came with a scoop in a high quality reusable jar. I wasn't immediately overwhelmed but within about 30 minutes I was "experiencing optimal effects", I'll just leave it at that! Highly recommend for anyone looking to spice things up! Hello. On September 12, 2020 at 12:38 PM I made a big purchase for $420.59. Invoice number is c13963454972006.1 Transaction number 7GH56622S 0609883 A I paid by PayPal. The post office came by my house I was not at home because I was at work I live by myself they need a signature to leave it. I rescheduled a re-delivery they came again and I was not at home because I was at work. I called the post office they will not reschedule a re-delivery. I email The company . The next day a gentleman called and told him the situation he said to get back to the post office to ask them again and I did and they will not send it to me again. I called the number he called me from and I emailed again. Like I said I live by myself there’s no one here to sign. Now I don’t know where this package is. I don’t know if it’s getting shipped back to me I don’t know if I’m getting my money back I don’t know anything no one‘s gotten a hold of me or called nothing. I wish I knew the man’s name that gave me a call after I emailed him. Like I said I left him a message on the phone that he called from and I have not heard from or any email since . Please please get back to me and let me know what’s going on I would appreciate it thank you

European personal orders beware! As a previous customer I was always happy with the service until now. I saw the company offered shipping to Spain so made my next order that way and even paid extra (€30!) for upgraded shipping. Spanish customs rejected and returned the order telling me any type of supplements etc, even for personal use, need a licence to import (as I believe is the same for all EU imports). Return 2 Health said it was up to the customer to find out these things. I wrongly assumed that as they were offering delivery to Spain they would be able to fulfil that order. There is no warning on their website that products to EU countries are only available to businesses/licence holders. Just beware if you order from them to EU countries. I learnt the hard way and am now €30 out of pocket.

Ordered on Feb 5th, never got any email for confirmation of shipping like they said I would get. Sent email to them requesting info on my order status. They say they get back to you in 12 hours and 2 days later I still have heard nothing!! They have a customer service number that no matter what option you pick has recording saying they cannot help you at this time and hangs up!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Ordered product on 7/9/21 and didn't receive any updates for 3 weeks. Sent email and they replied that they didn't have it and tried to force a different product on me. After several exchanges stating I wanted a refund and not some random product, they agreed to a refund and said 5-6 days. Waited 2 weeks and no refund. Emailed again and went through the exact same scenario... over and over. Email verbiage was very sketchy, constantly stating I was on a priority list, they would give me 10% off all future orders of $100 or more for my trouble (whoopie!), and even promising to send the product that same week after I stated I had not received my refund (I still haven't received a refund or the product & it's October 1st). They must do this A LOT because in one email they even requested the following (copied from our email exchange): "We have canceled your order and proceeded with your refund request with the accounting department, the credit should reflect in your bank in 5 to 6 business days and less. Meanwhile kindly do not bad review or dispute us for any reason. We are sorry for any delay that happened and requesting you to cooperate." I am now having to dispute through my bank to get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM!

On 08/07/2019, Canada Post returned my order due to my address being destroyed by them. I called Vitasave, told them I needed my proteins by this weekend. The agent as customer services told me they cold not due to time difference. The sweet lady on the phone told me i would get the p[roteins onday. I told her i really neded them for saturday. She checked Canada Post schedule for express delivery over night. She told me she would ship my order overnight, that I vould get my delivery Friday which i did. The agent was wonderful, by calming me down, she was very patient with me, she was so helpful, patient, resourceful, and extremely polite. She saved my day. I recommand Vitasave to everybody who need good products. Thank you Vitasave

I’m constantly on the go with all my extra curricular activities like tumbling and acting and Zeek bars are the perfect snack! They fill me up and keep me energized so that I can keep up with my busy schedule. I will continue to buy Zeek bars as my schedule just becomes busier and busier. I would absolutely recommend Zeek bars to anybody. They taste so yummy, unlike some other bars, and they are the perfect size! Definitely the best protein bar I have ever had :)
