over the past few years, I found Nick on a Youtube search for solar panels for my Kodiak Generator. Nick helped me out over the phone, in finding compatible solar panels, and helped me over the phone to set up the panels after they arrived. I contacted Tom's Outdoors because they stocked the wading boots that interested me and had trialed a pair giving them firsthand knowledge. I had a great conversation with Chris about the boots and discussed some technicalities. On my second call I had another discussion with Kane who was also helpful, I ordered the boots with the knowledge they could be returned if not suitable without any cost to me. (I live 5hrs away) The boots were the wrong size unfortunately and so they were returned and another pair sent, Gemma sorted that out for me, great service!

After a recommendation to visit this store I finally decided to go and see for myself, thus the problems started on arrival! I was driven by my elder daughter as it’s 1 hour away from my house and in tow my younger daughter whom is 12!! We all live in same house but she wanted dog side and Myself plus younger one wanted horse and rider but was told told only 2 from same family in at a time... so older one banished to the car!! Might I add that it was 9am not a soul was in the car park nor the shop plus elder one hates shopping she would have been out in 5 minutes The staff where exceptionally stand offish, unhelpful and just plain rude, even when asked if they had an item in stock!!

Reviewer contacted I have already asked my bank to apply… Too many promises and complete waste of my time. God knows how much stress I have had with this website. To me they sell items which they DO Not have in their stock and keep telling you a couple of days ( not weeks or months). Good companies or websites warn you about out of stock or preordered . as I said’ they have to be honest and give a realistic time of deliveries and clearly mention which item is out of stock or can be delivered immediately. Unfortunately, hunters and knives DOES NOT DO THAT One of the excuses( which has been mentioned in a few other reviews) is: lack of postcode on your form, however, I proved Pedro the postcode is a mandatory field and there is no way to be able to proceed to the payment page without adding your postcode. A very strange thing is they send a receipt without any postcode on it for you( as I mentioned , no postcod, means no payment). I am very sorry for this company , clearly the way they treat customers will ended up in bankruptcy. You can’t mock your customers and make joke of them. Pedro a few times asked my : do I understand English ( otherwise would not bother them). It is 21st century and I can’t believe in EU someone is exploiting the customer’s like that. Update: All the time I was told my item was despatched:according to this email: Dear Kamran Come on, can you read English? It says on the email the item has been shipped and when you get it you will have to return it You are waisitng our time once again like last time and we do not have time to run around with you again We can proove everything we have said and you are very scary we have just sent you a last email to show you once again how wrong you are just do what you have to and we will act in consequence Kind Regards Pedro Ramos - Sales Dept. AVOID AT ALL COST, SCAMMERS!!!!! After finding a knife for our sons birthday that was in stock and promised delivery in 3-5 days we placed the order. 3 weeks later still no knife. No reply to emails, no phone calls answered. Last resort a negative review on trust pilot and almost immediate response, funny that!! Answer on review very different to abusive and unprofessional emails received. Asked for tracking info and now gone quiet again. Please please don't lose your money to these lowlifes. Now have a birthday very soon and no present!

The torches are decent but my god the customer service is terrible! (I think it's just one bloke?) auto type responses that don't actually answer questions, incorrect information, they couldn't care less. Had to return a torch, and guess what, they're saying they haven't received it, (First class recorded) so no refund. So I lose £50. Absolute joke from start to finish, should have used eBay.

This is the worst customer service ever experienced. Order was never delivered (quick research of reviews after showed me that many customers had the same problem). They never replied to emails asking what was going on. Telephone contact with their UK representative was hopeless and the guy (Palmer, I think as he never once offered his name or an apology for the problem) had absolutely zero customer service skills refusing to give a straight answer or appreciate the problem and gave the clear impression that the whole thing was a complete hassle for him and that I should just go away. Recommendation: NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE A COMPLETE IDIOT!

Avoid Askari! They sent me wrong package about 4 months ago. I called Askari´s customer service and they promised to refund shipping expenses, if I send it back. They received the wrong package 5th of December, but never refunded that 29,00€ I paid for shipment. Receipt of shipping payment was inside the package. I have call Askari´s customer servise after that 2 times, but they don´t do anything, they just make you call expensive calls again and again. That is how they make money! Askari makes customers pay for company´s mistakes!

Poor poor poor! I purchased a patio heater on 26th April 2020 for Savvy Surf. It arrived with mud/dirt on the base and without the correct screws. I have spent time emailing and calling Savvy Surf with the attempt to get a replacement heater or screws but as there is none in stock (or a replacement heater), I have requested a collection so that I can get my money back. The owner Ceri Tinsdale doesn't respond to any of my emails or calls. I have spent the last month chasing them to organise a collection. They have given me a number to chase which has never been answered. It is not my responsibility to organise or chase the collection. Don't buy from them! Needless to say, I will be seeking legal action!

Warning! Before ordering, bear in mind you cannot cancel an order, even after 5 minutes, 55 minutes or 2 hours and 55 minutes. Once you "submit" your payment, no cancellations, ever! You can, of course, return items if they ever arrive by Yodel! But no cancellations. Got it!

It seems that if you're out of warranty they don't want to know about it even for a tiny spare part. Basically I lost a "Zip-Pull" from an expensive Summit Series Point Five Gore-Tex Jacket & you might think it would be easy to replace.... I emailed TNF Customer Service twice & I rung them twice and I got nowhere. Immediately they try to fob you off when they hear your warranty is up (this item costs near £400 new & barely a year out!). The TNF staff were very hard to understand & they didn't even know what a Zip-Puller / Toggle is nor the jacet itself!!! I thought I was eventually getting somewhere when she said she would escalate it to Spare Parts (to whom I originally addressed my mail) but two weeks on & nothing. I have bought a lot of TNF gear over the years but will think twice from now on. Thank Goodness for the TNF/ Ellis Bingham Staff in Westfield Stratford who fixed my problem & even supplied me an extra spare one!!! Sincere thanks to Dean & Co.

I received my order confirmation on the 13th August 2019 and today is the 30th and it has not arrived. I rang them today and they said they had sent me an email on the 16th saying my order was out of stock and they had to order it in but had not arrived yet and would be another week. I could not find the 16th email from them. The order was for simple collapsible bucket for a sequence of pier fishing trips. Not the end of the world in my case but on reading other reviews it seems that TackleUK have an issue for when you do need them to meet your deadlines and their promises.

Everest Base Camp - a trek I'll never forget. After my sister went to Everest Base Camp Last year, she warmly recommended Dil's Organisation Alpine Ramble Treks. Thanks to Dil and my guide Sujal I spent an unforgettable time in the Himalayas. Even though hiking in the cold wasn't easy, I enjoyed every single second on my way to Everest Base Camp. Dil is a great organisator - he managed everything from picking me up at the airport, to flying to Lukla and going further to my Safari in Chitwan national park I always felt very safe and well occupied. During the trek he always kept contact to my guide and made sure that I'm feeling good. After finishing the trek successfully, he organised a nice Farewell Dinner for all of us. I enjoyed every moment with Sujal. We had a lot of fun and good talks on the trek. He always made sure that I feel comfortable and safe. Thank you for spending an unforgettable time in the Himalayas - I would always recommend Alpine Ramble Treks. Try and enjoy!

Our trip with Alpine Ramble Treks was most spectacular. The guides and porters went absolutely beyond what I expected to make this trip safe and as comfortable as possible. The hike itself was pretty tough in terrain, length, elevation, some of the accomodation and at some places risky due to landslides, but stunning in natural beauty, people and culture. Dil's love for his business and the mountains has attracted equally loving people who supported us during our trekking. Their entire focus was on making us happy, from the moment we lay contact by email to even after we have arrived home safely. I highly recommend this professional yet personal company

Placed an order on Monday July 20th 2020 and its now the 27th. Emailed them several times wondering why they havent shipped the Bandit pack i ordered. No emails back to me and when i call their phones are always busy and no one calls you back. Horrible customer service. Bad business I was wondering about placing an order until I spoke with Jackson, he promised me an additional 25 % regardless of the black friday offer. But he told me that he needed it an order number and would then refund me 25% of the total amount. My total amount was 350$ But 70$ was because of shipment cost. So my total amount was 280 witch I was promised the 25 %. After I made my order confirmation I posted him my order number, he I only got a refund of 17$ witch is not even close to 25 %.. Dont order anything or trust "Jackson" with the offer he give you . Just to mention, he came up with bad excuse that there already was a discount price on the product. i ordered 2 mucking out forks at the beginning of October. 2 weeks later and they hadn't arrived so i emailed them. they said they couldn't find my order from my name or address, so asked me to send a copy of the invoice. i done this, and they said they would look into it and get back to me. heard nothing back, so messaged and said if they didn't sort the issue and send me the item by the end of the week, to just cancel my order and refund me. i had neither. i emailed at the beginning of this week for an update and no reply. Avoid at all costs.

Please think twice before you have anything to do with this company. Although their wax cotton products are good quality and well made their shameful ethics and dreadful service let them down. They are Lithuanian based but their products are sent from locations in the UK. Here lies the problem, they are pretty much untouchable by UK consumer law. I ordered two waxed cotton items from them which eventually arrived after I raised a PayPal dispute. One was the wrong size. I returned it and got a proof of delivery to confirm it had reached them but no refund came. They then claimed a refund had indeed been issued but nothing subsequently appeared in my PayPal account and I was unable to raise a further dispute via PayPal themselves as the first had been closed. I have therefore run out of options and like many others believe I have lost my money. The amount of stress dealing with this company simply isn't worth the trouble. You might get lucky as one reviewer has, but the balance of probability is that you will be left disappointed and annoyed. UPDATE: Within two hours of posting this review I have suddenly been refunded. Quite a coincidence I thought! Anyway I've amended my review to two stars rather than one. I got there in the end but won't be returning anytime soon.

This Hardland tactical pants are made out of a polyester (65%) and cotton (35%) fabric combination which makes them very durable. The seat and knees are double-reinforced, so I'll be able to bend, seat, kneel, or crawl comfortably if needed. These pants have multiple pockets specially sized for tactical use. The only cons I can think is the pants might not suit for wearing in summer, since its heavy-duty fabric--polyester will not allow to breathe as well as cotton would.

Purchased these for my partner The pants was comfortable and a bit stretchy which is good. I am not sure on the extent of its waterproofing but I'm sure it's water-resistant as when we we're eating, my friend accidentally splashed the soy sauce. I was worried so I took some tissue and wiped it off and was surprised that everything was wiped clean without leaving any stain. There are so many pockets and I can see that the stitches are well done. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

Ordered a BALDR MINI from an Olight Affiliate (Sootch00) for their 10% discount offer on 21 Jan 2021 at 9:11PM and and received my BALDR MINI on 25 Jan 2021 at 12:47PM. I even emailed Olight day after ordering at [email protected] and they emailed me USPS tracking number same day. The light & laser work great and fit perfectly on our Sig SP2022 rail right out of the box. There were some parts included if you had a different rail configuration, but not in my case! Glad I didn't have to modify mounting plate. I accidently dropped our baldr mini about 2 feet while it was mounted and it stayed secure on our Sig's rail! Overall experience with Olight was outstanding. So glad I didn't pay attention to negative reviews. Excellent company and affordable & great products!

Absolute subpar products for premium money. They indicate limits on items but then allow resellers to purchase in bulk. Within an hour of sales starting the average person can't purchase a lot of items but the following day you can see the exact same products being resold for a premium. Countless issues with their products and bad reputation with the BBB. They even respond on the BBB website by blaming all issues on the purchaser. They never own up to anything. The last product I got from them was a gift which caused a fire in my vehicle, total loss. Go anywhere but olight to buy a light, you'll be thanking me later

My experience with HorseLife Canada was exceptionally disappointing. I had ordered a pair of Dubarry Galways boots through their online store February 2022 and had paid in full. I did receive the boots early March 2022 however they were too small. In communication with their customer service (via email) I paid postage to return them in exchange for a larger size. As of June 2022 I had still not received the boots. My Canada Post tracking indicated that my return package had been picked up on their end. When I tried to email the company ([email protected]) their email bounced back indicating that the inbox was either full or not being checked regularly. There is no phone number on their website and only a PO Box address to mail any correspondence. Needless to say, I am left without my boots after having paid almost $600! Wanted to add my 2 cents to the reviews I saw here. I've been buying from KO for several years now and have not gotten anything but excellent products and services. Bushnell binoc's don't hold a candle to the BPOC tank binocs I bought from there. I've only gotten great service from Lee and the guys at KO. I really like the saddle and so does my horse, she seems to do better since I started using it. I use the saddle for Team Penning and it really holds me in on quick turns and stops. The only thing I don't like is, I have ridden a 15" saddle all of my adult life ( I am 67 years old ). I bought a 16" as they reccomended and I wish I had gone with a 17" with such a high cantle the saddle is a little too tight. Just spent an interesting exciting and rewarding week fishing a tributary of the Loire under the guidance of Matt Collins (Beausoleil) Lovely river, no other anglers, few well behaved boats, no litter, well maintained banks and polite cyclists on the towpath. The area chosen by Matt had been well primed with his river boileys which resulted in a 28lb mirror 3 hrs after starting. Over the period of 6 days fishing in April type weather rather than flaming June we found it more rewarding to fish from midday till 11pm. I decide to stay put in my designated swim and build it up using 3 kilo per day. On the second evening I had a screaming take and connected with a hard fighting fish which tore off downstream. DO NOT GO UNDER GUNNED !! I was using a 3 25 Torrix. 1400 Ultegra. 75 lb Spiderwire. 30 lb Amnesia. 35 lb Kevlar and size 2 hooks with 4 or 6 oz gripper leads. The fish put up a great scrap using every trick it knew. Used maximum pressure to bank it ,a beautiful long and deep mirror with a few large scales by its tail. On the scales it went close to 40lb less weigh net 37.12. I am still dreaming of it. I am no stranger to river carping having fished the half tidal Thames for a few years. A 2lb tc and 15 lb just won't do. The set up mentioned earlier will give you a fighting chance and remember to sharpen your hooks. Good luck Rich .

I have been travelling to France at least twice a year for over 20 yrs now and have fished many different waters , I have no interest in the large open waters or the all inclusive lakes, over the last 10 yrs my requirements due to my wife's health issues have changed , she now loves to accompany me on our trips to France as we both love the laid back pace of life , There was a time when she was happy with dodgy sofa bed and a dirty water French shower but how things have changed ! We came across beausoleil a few yrs ago by accident when lost in the French countryside , unfortunately we were unable to get a space on the lake that suited us that year so booked and waited for our chance to fish the lake in mid October . When our dates eventually came round we arrived full of excitement and enthusiasm , we arrived and were met by without doubt the 2 friendliest and enthusiastic fishery owners we have ever met ! Couple that with Matt's overall knowledge of not just his lake but carp fishing in general , My fishing was a success and I have to admit my success was down to effort , effort that Matt quite clearly states is necessary to get a result at Beausoleil . If just turning up and slinging your rods out into an easy runs water with fish queuing up to have there picture taken is what you after ? Then I would give Beauseliel a miss , On the other hand if you want a water where every fish is worked for and in absolute mint condition then this is the place to come ! The facilities are without doubt the best we have experienced at a fishery and there really is nothing we would change . As for the grounds and surroundings of the lake they are absolutely stunning and the abundance of wildlife is amazing . Lastly the owners Matt & Ren are unquestionably the most passionate and knowledgeable fishery owners we have met , The level of care they put into the surroundings , the lake and the lodge is way beyond anything we have ever encountered , Matts knowledge and advice was invaluable on my 1st visit and many things we chatted about still play a part in my fishing today both home and abroad . I visited Nepal in January and did my memorable trip. I chose to do the trek to ABC first and planned next short trip to another beautiful place Kalinchowk later. I called as they sold waterproof shooting trousers in children's sizes. Although out of the country the owner took the time to ring the shop to get the exact measurements to make sure they fitted, called me back and told me about the ones on sale (about £15 cheaper). Because of a label mix up I got size 8 instead of 6, the affixed label being incorrect. I updated them and it was sorted immediately. I kept the bigger pair rather than sending them back as my boy will grow and they're a good price. They knew we needed them by the weekend and the correct size were with us the next day. We're an outdoors family and we'll be back, wonderful people and wonderful service.
