Ok so we found a tree on the website eztree.com that we really liked so we ordered it.... way back on November 3 2016. Today is November 29th, a week later than our family would be putting our tree up, and we are still getting the runaround. I keep checking my order daily and it's always the same, no shipping info has been assigned. I have emailed several times and the emails are answered with excuses and false hope. So far I have been told that the trees are at the port authority in Virginia awaiting x-ray. This could take two days to a week. That was week one. Week two the response was department of Homeland Security wanted to keep the trees longer, but they will be released by the end of the week. Your shipping info should be assigned by Tuesday . Week three, department if homeland has still not released our trees, the longest they can hold them is Wednesday. We will start shipping them by 11/29. Uh huh sure. I'm so sick of excuses. They have had three weeks. My payment of 249.99 has already been deducted from my account, immediately actually. Now if only they would be as efficient in getting me my tree. If we do not have shipping info with a solid Tracking number by Thursday I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I will also be expecting a quick refund since we would like to be able to buy another tree from a reputable place before Christmas arrives. I'll keep you posted on what happens. I'm hoping I will get tracking info today and have a tree that my kids love by the weekend. As for now though I say do not order from here. If that changes I will reconsider my rating.

We ordered a 7ft fiber optic Christmas tree from them on 12/09/2015. We received it 2 days later, After we set it up it was on for about two hours when it shut off completly. The transformer was very hot. We let it cool and tried it again but it would not work. i contacted the company on Friday Dec 11th via e-mail and the got back to me that night and said they would another power supply to us on Mon Dec 14th. i contacted them again on Dec 18th because I had not yet received the item and they e-mailed me back saying that the were sending out another power supply via USPS Priority. It is now Dec 25th and I have still not received anything.

This company is professional, always has great sales, and fantastic customer service. I order from them as often as possible, and purchase gifts from them, too. I ordered the chili lights. Since I am in Canada I had them shipped to my mom in Arizona. They were received by her 3 days later. Bought this tree two years ago & paid for expedited shipping to get it by Christmas. Of course it was a week late & I couldn't contact them because they give no support email or phone number. The next year I unpacked the tree to find out one of the fiber optic lights didn't work & a string of leds were dead. No support on the site about changing lights our troubleshooting. These trees **** & look bad. Customer Service is literally non existent. I bought the same tree last week from Amazon for $49.

It is not very clear what is included in the electronic downloads. It's a little confusing in the descriptions. Plus, why do the electronic downloads cost more than the CD Version which has to be burned, labeled and then shipped??? Thanks.

My LED lights had wolves on them which makes them intrinsically sweet and worth 5 stars by themselves, but once I tried them on, that's when the magic happened. After checking to ensure that the LED lights would properly cover my girth, I walked from my trailer to Wal-mart with the wolf LED lights on and was immediately approached by women. The women knew from the wolf-lights that I, like a wolf, am a mysterious loner who knows how to 'howl at the moon' from time to time (if you catch my drift!). The women that approached me wanted to know if I would be their boyfriend and/or give them money for something they called "meth". I told them no, because they didn't have enough teeth, and frankly a man with wolf-light LED's shouldn't settle for the first thing that comes to him. I arrived at Wal-mart, mounted my courtesy-scooter (walking is such a drag!) sitting side saddle so that my wolves would show. While I was browsing tube socks, I could hear aroused asthmatic breathing behind me. I turned around to see a slightly sweaty dream in sweatpants and flip-flops standing there. She told me she liked my wolf-light LEDs, I told her I wanted to howl at her moon. She offered me a swig from her mountain dew, and I drove my scooter, with her shuffling along side out the door and into the rest of our lives. Thank you Holiday LEDs!. Pros: Fits my girthy frame, has wolves on it, attracts women Cons: Only 3 wolves (could probably use a few more on the 'guns'), cannot see wolves when sitting with arms crossed.

Three weeks before Christmas, I have spent over an hour and a half on the phone today trying to get information on my multiple packages. The employees do not speak or understand good enough English to understand my problem. When we finally communicate, they do not answer the question and take no responsibility which ultimately defeats the purpose of "customer service." While this store is not the least expensive, the time and money wasted makes it the most expensive...better to pay more up front and not waste time.

My experience with Shukr clothing company has been superb. Customer service is attentive and responsive, courteous and faithfully committed to service. The quality of the clothing is unparalleled. Recently, more patterned shirts and dresses have been added to brighten the selection of fashions which I appreciate. I'm not one to wear florals, so I appreciate the stripes and polka dots. I would love to see more tasteful colors, as the brown, maroon, blue, green, and black are very dark for life in the West. No where else can I find such a cute hoodie for Muslimas. I would really love to purchase another sporty skirt in heather grey, so please restock. Sizes can sometimes be tricky. Under no circumstances should anything be tight on this 86 lb reviewer and yet there are abayas that I am embarrased to wear because of the form fitting cut. I hope Shukr will always maintain its commitment to modesty despite whatever is trending. An abaya should not be cinched at the waste, for example. Also, jersey dresses and abaya should not cling to the body. It's a good idea to wash your abaya before altering it because often dresses shrink. But, even with all these workable considerations, Shukr offers such fashion that is a relief for any Muslima who seeks to dress well for work, for outdoor activities, and for parties. Thank you.

I ordered from their website in early November, thinking I'd have plenty of time to receive it before Christmas.... and Christmas is 4 days away and I still haven't received anything. I was weary of ordering from these guys to begin with and now I'm starting to think I've been scammed. You better believe the payment transaction went through instantaneously, they took no time at all making sure they got their money. I've ordered things that were on back order that I've received sooner than this. It shouldn't take over a month to get a package from Mississippi to Ohio, even if by horse drawn carriage. I can't say that this is the case for everyone but I definitely won't be giving them my business again. This is one big reason why large corporate business swallows the little guy. If you plan on taking the risk with these dudes, good luck.

They stole 30$ for my girl do not order anything from this site unless you want to get screwed and hear nothing back from them after sending multiple emails in regards to them stealing from us!!! I would give them. -5 stars if one could! I hope these people are found out and put behind bars!!!! We went to better business and are awaiting a lawsuit if any others have the same issues i suggest doing the same. I will see them put out of business!!! They have very bad karma!

Yes some of the spells dont work. But most of your bad comments on it are focused on the fact that it is offending you being a real witch. But you need to understand that some of the members etc are also witches and don't believe in the spells that dont work. Personally i only use realistic summoning spells and not some bull$#*! "oh this potion will make you immortal", cuz thats plain out wrong. So dont hate on a website for some people, just do a real critic overview on the website and understand that there are spells that do work and its not all fake.

Spells of Magic positions itself as an online information network on subjects such as the occult, paganism and witchcraft. It hosts what used to be a fairly well-sized witchcraft/magical community, but has seen a decline in recent years, and also a store selling things like cheaply produced tumbled crystals and Nag Champa joss sticks that you can purchase in any New Age shop. I haven't used the store, they don't sell anything original or handmade, so my review is solely on the quality of the content and of the community. Content - Spells and rituals can be added by members of the SoM community, with nothing in the way of quality control being exercised by the site admin. Spells are added instantly. This mean that the vast majority of the material is plagiarised from other authors. Anything that is original is usually very poor quality, and in some cases dangerous (such as spells requiring blood-letting). There are a large number of "fantasy spells", such as spells to turn someone into a vampire, werewolf, mermaid, or whatever is most popular at the time. While these aren't inherently harmful, they do give the impression that magical practitioners are a bunch of morons who believe in such tripe. Community - SoM has seen a drop in numbers over the years, probably due to the decline in popularity of Wicca and witchcraft in teenagers. There is a forum, though posts to it aren't as regular and mostly consist of newer members asking for help with some aspect of their lives. Many members are under 18, SoM having an age limit of 13 and older, and the lack of good manners and common sense shows. A lot of members demand answers to their questions, give nothing in return and are extremely boorish. The site is rife with con-artists plying their "phenomenal cosmic powers", for a hefty fee. However the most disturbing thing are the perverts and predators that contact random members with sexually suggestive or explicit messages. I reiterate that most of the site's members are under 18 years or age. There is a system to report inappropriate messages, however nothing is really done to prevent these sickos from contacting vulnerable young people. The site is supposedly moderated by an administration team. In reality, this is a group of folks in their 20s on an ego trip. Members can be banned for even disagreeing with the moderators on subjects of magic, making debate impossible. They do nothing to actually moderate the website at all, except from removing members who don't parrot them or who make them look bad, which isn't difficult to do. The most common response to any question asked is "Meditate on it", which is shorthand for "I don't know, but I'm not going to let anyone think I'm stupid so i'll say something that sounds vague and wise". On the whole, avoid. There are many, many decent books out there on paganism, witchcraft and magic and it would be nice to see actual authors get some of the revenue for their work instead of it being ripped off and uploaded to dross like SoM.

You either purchased emails from a very non-reputable source, or you are harvesting emails on your own through WHOIS. The only place this email would show up online would be in a WHOIS query. I enjoy gallery collections top notch quality of greeting cards and the ability to customize them. They look more professional that the typical ink jet printed cards that look like they were made on a home printer. These are custom and embossed which gives them a higher end feel to it. The cost is a little higher than the cheap ink jet card websites though they look 10x as good.

This is our second large Christmas tree bag that we have purchased from TREEKEEPER BAG. We loved our first, but after years and years of use, we broke one of the wheels. After calling and finding out all the wonderful features of the new large tree bag, we just bought another one. We love the new bag; it is much bigger and easier to use. I ordered 16 resin tables for our church. Ordering the tables was hassle-free, and the quality of tables is excellent! The tables are sturdy and a great price! Free delivery did not include unloading the truck, but we were given a time frame so we could get some people there to unload. But the driver was actually early and helped unload the tables! I highly recommmend this company to other churches as well as schools!

Treetopia gave me what may have been my worst ever online retail experience ever for Christmas this year. Eight shipping delays and a total of 15 days to ship a tree from Sacramento to Alameda, California. I called their customer service a total of 6 times an not once was anyone over there able to do a damn thing about the situation and even got MAD at me because I was getting mad. They totally jacked my 7 year old son's Christmas this year because I had to tell him half a dozen days in a row that his Christmas tree still wasn't here. It only arrived 5 days before Christmas (I bought it on the 6th!) One of the most "precious" moments of this whole debacle was when one of the agents there said "this is always a busy time of year for us". Which I just had to laugh since, DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER TIME OF YEAR? They sell Christmas trees for God's sake and can't deal with a Christmas rush. They took zero responsibility for their shipping boondoggle and did nothing but say call back tomorrow. Not only will I absolutely never patronize Treetopia again, I have told all my friend never to shop with you either. Not only that, the tree wasn't even all that nice. These guys **** the big one.

I ended up with Catholic Super because my employer at the time sent my super to the wrong fund. Both myself and my employer tried unsuccesfully to transfer the misplaced funds to my usual super fund. In the end the funds were chewed up in fees. I did some research that seemed to indicate that Catholic Super were a good performer, so I decided to stay with them. In retrospect this was a mistake. I recently decided to change Super Funds to a better performing fund. This process, again took months. In the end, they only released my super after I threatened that I would report them to the Superannuation Tribunal. After months of what could only be either appallingly unprofessional administrative blunders or outright dishonesty they ‘changed their tune’ overnight- after being threatened.

This was our second time doing the Israel Bar Mitzvah Tour with IBMT. And once again it was a fabulous itinerary with many new additions from four years ago that only added to the our enjoyment. A wonderful mix of religious/historical sites and fun/relaxing excursions that provide a great balance to jam packed days. The ceremony on Masada is truly special and the party at Abraham's Tent with camel rides, drums and dancing is a really great way to celebrate. Part 1: I have not utilized Kasamba since 2017. I have an outstanding balance of $673.40 USD (I AM FROM CAD).. so that's about $1000.. TO THIS DATE and it is now 2020. I am infuriated. It is so unethical you guys are scamming and pulling in people's money like that. I guess that's how you make business? First off, the psychic I was in contact with was such a gem. However, the so called customer service representatives need more training. The thing with this site is that if you do not have funds to go on with the conversation during it and want to continue, they allow you to and you can pay after. Meaning the conversation will keep going & you will see a balance after. No one told me the potential charges. No one warned me. It's a complete rip off. Especially if you know the psychic you guys have is charging alot. People use this site because they need help as it impacts them psychologically, mentally and much more. You guys need to revamp your site. When I realized the amount of money I was notified to OWE, I contacted customer service. We tried to work out a payment plan, it was not working out as I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY. In addition, this man told me "I think you should be at least a bit thankful..." "..but I think I went way over my head to assist you in what I can." What kind of response and customer service is that?? Please let me know because I clearly must be hallucinating or something. I understand my card information is there for automatic charges for money I have in my account to use, but how dare you charge me more than what I have in the account and then tell me I owe you this? This is unethical, it's not fair. I am fighting for a refund or removal of this balance as this is complete bull. I have read other reviews similar to mine and they've complained about the same thing. Never again am I using this service and if they don't refund my money, or take off the balance, I am contacting my bank and report all their charges as fraud. Not only is their customer service reps rude and have attitude, (if you don't like your job get another one), but they did minimal things to help me out & claim I should be thankful. You should be thankful that people like us use the service as that's why you have a job. This frustrates me, as I am never one to complain about anything or ask for refunds as I do believe a business deserves to get paid for their services and as you have read, I was more than willing to be open to options on how to clear this balance 3 years ago. A total fraud, I was given three minutes free offer with a promise my card wouldn't be charged and after the three minutes the reading would stop, and it was a lie, the charged more than 100 dollars for four minutes that I didn't authorized, I'm filing a fraud complaint with my bank, people be aware. Update, kassamba asked me for my I'd to search my account and now is saying here that they can't locate me as a member, what a lie, I'll see if they are going to say the same to my bank investigators, people don't let kassamba rip you off!!! ***Yesterday, they returned less than half of my money, I'm waiting for the rest before my bank begins to investigate why they continued to charge after promising three free minutes. Response to you, when i registered the page said clearly that i was going to be notified once the three minutes were ending giving me an option to continue or to stop, i never heard that, and for what i can see in this site is was not the only one ripped off with the same supposedly free three minutes, i need your corporate office info for my bank to investigate, i want my full refund, and in top of that the reading was not accurate at all either.i asked you by email for the corporate info and my emails have been ignored, can you provide that info here?

The christmas tree I ordered (Conneticut Deluxe PE) was described on the webshop as "100 % PE". However, when I received it I saw that it was only part PE - the rest is the cheaper and less natural looking PVC. In spite of this the tree is relativel nice looking. I am disappointed, however, that it is not as described. I have not returned it since it because of the hassle of bringing it back to the post office on my bicycle and the cost. I had some difficulty with the delivery of the package and the costumer service was very helpful and quick to reply. Reply to reply: I am sorry, what you say is not true. It is not 90% PE and 10% PVC, but rather the opposite. I will say about 10% PE and 90% PVC. On every main branch there are 4 PE branchlets. The rest are PVC.

On december 16th I ordered a fake christmas tree of kunstigejuletraeer which I should have never done. I got the conformation email, and was very excited for my tree to get here. On december 20th I still haven't got any christmas tree OR track and trace number. I therefor called the company 5 times at 3.30pm before they picked up in their opening hours and spoke to a man. He told me that my order was shipped on the 17th of december. He told me he would double check with another employe and get back to me on my phone number which I gave him, HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I therefor sent the company a email asking what is going on and why the man never got back to me, and if I could even expect a christmas tree by christmas this year. Today the 21st of december they email me and tell me they are very sorry but my tree has not been shipped yet, but they would like to send it, just NOT before christmas. What can I do with a christmas tree after christmas? nothing right.! This is the worst service I have ever received from a company. They speak rude to you. So to everybody who is thinking of ordering a tree in Denmark, I advice you not to. I am from Denmark myself but the only way for a responds from the company is in english. I don't want an answer from the company, I just wanna reach out and help other Danes who's looking for a good side for fake christmas trees. This is not it. Merry Christmas

As the websites describes my tree model, the Iowa deluxe, has 80% PE material (which is the most expensive they use). Yes,sure!. I think I am exagerating if I say it has 20% of PE material. So, in the end, I bought a christmass tree made of 80% of PP at a price of a PE tree (nearly 200€) In my opinion, you would do far much better to buy the tree at your local mall at a quarter of the price I paid. And I thought we spanish were the shabby quality. JA JA JA Regarding transport, everything OK. Nice and fast.

Placed an order on Thursday evening, the website was experiencing technical issues and kept crashing, I got through to the payment page entered my details and an error message came up saying please try later we are trying to resolve the problem, As no email of the order or invoice was recieved I tried again later, Payment went through and i recieved an email confirmation with invoice straight away. It was only when I checked my bank account the next day and recieved 2 emails from the delivery company did i see that my first payment had actually gone through. Contacted them straight away and got no where, the firsr order cant be cancelled and im expected to send the item back and pay for postage!! im also £131 out of pocket and refunds can take upto 3 weeks to process which at Christmas time when I have a family is no good at all. They won't even accept that they are at fault, its completely frustrating, if an email and invoice had been sent i wouldn't have gone ahead and tried to re order! I wish now that I had ordered elsewhere, with a company who appreciates and respects its customers

I ordered the Berkshire Mountain Fir, 180cm high X 105 cm wide with 'easy plug' lights. I love having a pre-lit tree and the 'easy plug' lighting makes it all very simple to set up. The branches are spaced to allow easy hanging of ornaments. I was looking for a narrow, affordable tree and this one met our needs nicely. On the downside its a little heavier than I expected. Also, Balsam Hill have some more luxurious, grander trees than this model (but then those trees are also more expensive) I have read the other reviews about poor customer service - I didnt experience that. All went smoothly

I ordered a tree in 2017, which was marked as available on the website and i paid for in full. I was emailed a few days later saying that the tree i ordered was unavailable and my money would be returned in 30 days. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and the timing between the purchase and the refund (i had to pay my cc first before getting the refund) especially close to Christmas. I decided to give these guys another chance and ordered a similar tree with low expectations. The tree came within a week and its fantastic! I haven't been able to find any other trees of the same quality here in Australia. The only issue i had was that i didn't receive a shipment notification until after my tree was attempted to be delivered to my house. I would suggest going into the transaction with low expectations and order well ahead of time if you want it for Christmas and even emailing beforehand to make sure they actually have stock (they don't pick up the phone)

I commissioned an icon of Saint Joshua, Son of Nun. The final product is stunning and Miko was very helpful whenever I had a question during the process. I brought the icon to church for its blessing and told my parishioners how much it cost. They all agreed that it was a fair price, especially for a high quality icon. I have been using it 1-2x daily since the day I received it 30 days ago. For the most part I am enjoying it. I have done each lesson in the Mind, Heart, and Body meditations. I think I at this point I am only interested in the Mind and my progress with keeping my mind calm, etc.. I do wish the app notified you when you Muse battery is low. Its died on me at least 3-4x already. I assumed since the 2-3rd orange light was on that I should be fine, only to find out in the middle of my meditation the Muse S died and I abruptly had to stop. Kinda bummed about that. I also wish you could use your own meditations if you choose. But the sounds will always come through the headset from the Muse app. So you can't. Not really a fan of what is offered, I paid for a years subscription with that, which I will probably not renew. There are a few other small things but overall its good tool to assist people with their overactive mind. .

Have bought my perfect tree from Croft & Cole for the last 2 years. It is so easy and takes the hassle out of getting a real Christmas tree. It comes ready to pop it straight in the stand, cut the bag off and as if by magic you have a perfect tree. Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever received. I wish I could say it was hyperbole, because I really want to be able to support a Muslim business with plus-size options, and I am not a person who writes reviews like this. But unless they change dramatically: do not trust this business. I had been waiting two weeks trying to clear my order, being handed off to different employees, and in that time I was assured that my order was approved and on its way TWICE. Then, 17 days after I placed it my order it was cancelled, suddenly and without notice. So here I am, two and a half weeks wasted with nothing to show for it but stress and some terrible customer service.
