Excellent course. Very informative and well written. Easy to follow and understand. A human being is always available by telephone for any questions. One suggestion I'd like to make. Although I passed the test, I did not get all the answers correct--in other words not by 100%. The possibility of finding out the correct answers to the question I got wrong would be most helpful. The class was actually quite interesting and informative! And for that, I thank you very much. However, there were 2 different gentlemen on the phone that I spoke to that were very short, impatient, and quite impolite to me. I didn't appreciate it at all, especially because I had questions to which I needed answers. If they didn't know the answers they should have been kinder in trying to help me find the answers. All pages it takes you to before and after the exam are set up with ways to charge extra. Example-to have the certificate emailed right away is thirty dollars. Thirty dollars for an email! After the exam it asks if you would recommend them. If you say no it takes you back a page and tries again to get more money. In the beginning it tells you twenty dollars and by the end you're more than seventy dollars down. It isn't clear and up front from the beginning and I hope this review deters others from this cat and mouse game with their bank account.

Your videos for the 'Mature Driving Course' were recorded and presented with information way too fast. I like watching and learning from all kinds of videos but I could not learn from your videos. Meaning your presenters were very young and spoke very quickly making it difficult to comprehend important information. Your presenters maybe should be people in their late 40's or early 50's. If not, your presenters need to slow down, emphasize important information. Remind them they are talking to a maturer group of people and not doing a presentation to people their same age who normally speak fast. Show more examples in your videos such as road lines, not only describe the road lines but show what the lines on the roads look like. Remember, some people are auditory and others are visual and mature people take longer to comprehend when someone is talking. One other thing, I found it distracting when one person is talking and then the next paragraph another person is talking and then another person speaks the next paragraph. Have the same person talk through the whole section. You can have a new person talk in the next section, etc.... I did like that you also had the words/information in written form below the videos. I noticed you repeated a lot of the same information, which is good because people need repetition to comprehend better. Also, it was very easy to sign up and you (or your computers) were very quick to send the digital certificate upon completion.

Most of the quizzes had questions that did not line up with the subject material or were not even covered in that section. Was able to pass anyways but honestly someone needs to go back through and verify this. It is pathetic.

Sometimes we take a lot for granted especially on the road but after taking this course it has made me more aware of the privileges given to me to be a part of the driving community but one condition and that is to implement the rules of the road and driving safely. it is sneaky to offer a defensive driving course and not show there will be second amount that's even higher than the course to get an email of your certificate. so now that ive half paid i guess i either cut my losses or accept that its going to take me a week to get my defensive driving certificate. I dont need it immediately, lucky for me. but this is a decietful tactic and i wont be coming back and i will be warning friends and family of this terribly mismanaged marketing strategy.

I went on their site to POTENTIALLY purchase their course. Before I bought it I went and found a secondary option and decided not to go with safe driver....well today I look at my bank statement AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE COURSE!!! Wtf. Called customer service today and explain the situation and the lady named Mary said "call tomorrow between 8-5 and the girls will help you" I then asked who these girls were AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!. I bought the course ahead of my teen going to the DMV to get his learner's permit. Ordering leads you through a couple of options that includes having you select your state. Teh process was easy; however, at the end they do ask some required and frankly annoying marketing questions. They do this after you've paid and after an in-moment survey about your experience has passed. When my teen logged in he was presented with sample tests from Wyoming and Missouri, not Illinois. No videos, no training. Just sample questions. Perhaps I missed something, but it was not at all obvious this is all they're providing. I figured there still may be some value in this--provided the laws don't conflict with Illinois'. The web address of the course is also not Safe Driver's URL. It takes you to https://course.nationalsafetycommission.com. Recommendation: Search elsewhere.

While the course was helpful and easy to complete the certificate sent had wrong conty on it. To correct their mistake I had to pay an additional fee. I thought this was unfair. SInce it was my driver's license that was in jeopardy I decided to pay it. I wouldn't recommend them for that reason alone.

The comedian guy was nice but kind of corny at times which was fine but not a good idea to joke about homeless people. I was homeless once, live in my car for 3 and a half years and it really rubbed me wrong.

Says it has a 24/7 call center but when you call, the recording says only Monday-Friday. The comedy club tickets are only given if you choose their $49 priority overnight shipping. And even if you choose the free shipping (as I did), if you go to the next page you will see that they are still charging you $5, taking that $13.95 from a good deal to $18.95, no different from any other site.

I ordered more plates from Chestnut Registrations. They are superb quality and look perfect on an older vehicle. Admittedly, there are cheaper plates out there but you definitely get what you pay for. In my opinion there's no point in scrimping when the aesthetics are so important. This course has been nothing more than challenging! Not because of the information, but due to the lack of support from this company. Lots of unnecessary, scanning/faxing documents many times to be told they won't accept them because the look like a pic. Slow "chat process" that isn't even a chat, instead you send emails back and forth and wait sometimes for hours before a response. They work on west coast time, if you are on the east coast FORGET it!

Signed up with TicketNoMore. Came back later and try to sign back on. I had 2 questions, CDL# and birth date. They assigned these 2 questions to me. Something everyone should have memorized. My date of birth MM/DD/YY was to be my password. They gave me a wrong date. 10/22/57 is my date of birth after trying to sign on 4 or 5 times I gave up and called there 800 #. After talking to the jerk they have working for them I realized they gave me a birth date of 10/23/57. He tried telling me how to fix the problem, I told him you guys messed up you should fix it. That I never pick a date of birth for a password. He put me on hold after asking me my name. When he came back on he told me "I was refunded me money it was 9:00 at night and he didn't want to mess with it. Would not give me his name and hung up. WOW After giving it a few minutes I called back got a name, don't know if it is really his name and was told they had the right to refuse my business. WOW "TicketNoMore" Thanks but no thanks

Five Hour Class.... In their dreams. Took more like 10. Consistantly restarts the timed page you just completed forcing you to retake it. I had to take the same 15 minute break three times. Called their "support" line and was told that they would have to log on to my account and see if it took them back to previous page before they could determine if their was a problem. They also suggested trying another computer, so I did, and guess what! I had the same problem. Avoid this course at all costs. I normally use That's The Ticket, but I needed the certificate fast so I thought I'd try this one. Big mistake. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

After receiving my Welcome-to-Austin citation for turning right on red at MLK and the expressway, I procrastinated for the next 3 months before worrying about the ticket. Within a week of the court's deadline, I searched around the web and found several defensive driving courses both online and locally. After learning that all schools are required to mail the certificate, I opted for TicketStop because it was completely web-based, total cost was $30 and the certificate was overnighted at no extra charge. Other schools charge $20 to $30 just for the certificate to be overnighted. All driving schools are required by law to make their courses 6 hours in length and TicketStop's software requires the user to spend 6 hours minimum for completion. All screens have a timer that must be exhausted before allowing users to go on to the next page. Throughout the courses users are given 90 seconds to answer a user-specific questions such as make of car, year model of car, month registration expires, first name, last name, county of vehicle registration, etc.. Course videos do not play on an iPad which was somewhat inconvenient for me. I was forced to complete the course using my desktop computer. And, the video were dated, low resolution (for slow connections, I suppose) and only marginally entertaining. On the positive side the user is spared the obligatory blood and gore videos. However, those guilty should be forced to see the fatal results of texting while driving or alcohol-impaired driving. Data provided seems to be at least 10 years old which is expected. Maybe the curriculum could be updated. However, most using the website probably don't care and are just trying to get a ticket dismissed by a municipal court. I started the course on Tuesday, September 18th and finished the following night (19th) just before midnight. My certificate was waiting at my door on Friday evening which allowed me to easily meet the September 25th deadline. However, if you finish the course after 3 pm on Friday, you won't get your certificate until the following Tuesday since certificates are not mailed again until Monday. More thorough questioning, more current data, and better videos would improve the course. However, prompt communication, intuitive interface and overnight certificates at no extra charge are definite pluses. Overall I was pleased with the convenience and quality of the course even though I was unable to view videos on my iPad. I would recommend TicketStop to family and friends needing a defensive driving course to dismiss a traffic ticket.

After, I paid my amount to ticket snipers. Here is want happened. 1) They didn't respond to my case until I called 20times, then they throwed one document . at that time they said I have to attend the court house. When I reached court house they said it is not correct court house. For that reason my license got suspended after 10days. Because I have to attend different court but these guys gave me wrong documentation with out verifying my case. After seeing these many mistakes I reach out to them for correct documentation, they didn't provide any new documentation till today. I reached them in mid of august, today date is 11/22/2021. My suggestion is don't trust these guys. These guys are scammers.

We assume the law firm will take care of your traffic ticket, and they will check the court website for the complete information. Then they will deal with your case. It is completely the opposite when it comes to ticket snippers. They throw documents on your face, and they won't provide the correct courthouse address, and they will make you trouble. I moved out of the city a few months back. all of sudden my Driving license got suspended, when I visited the court they are not taking the documents the law firm provided to me. I spent almost 2000$ on just a traffic ticket and still not resolved because of the Ticket snipper. If I went by myself the fine is 300$ + traffic school. These guys are A**H***s. these guys should be in prison not on roads.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ORDERED SOMETHING AT 10 AM CALLED BACK TO CANCEL ORDER AT 4 PM THE VERY SAME DAY, AS I FOUND IT MUCH CHEAPER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, SPOKE TO A PERSON FROM THERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WHO AGREED ON THE PHONE I CAN HAVE A FULL REFUND AS DELIVERY DATE WAS 15DAYS (SO OBVIOUSLY NOTHING HAD BEEN PROCEED AT THAT POINT), THEY ASKED ME TO EMAIL THEM WITH A CONFIRMATION OF THE CANCELLATION, I GOT A RESPONSE EMAIL FROM ANOTHER PERSONNEL WHO SAID ILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE WHICH WAS £50!! (SOME HOW THIS WAS A MADE TO ORDER PART SO HOW CAN IT BE RESTOCKED IF IT WERENT STOCKED IN THE FIRST PLACE???) YOU WILL MAKE A HUGE MISTAKE ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE! UNO WHY? BECAUSE NO MATTER HOW GOOD OR BAD A PRODUCT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY!

DO NOT USE!!!! Booked using their call service and an instructor rang within the hour - this is the only good part. His name was Adrian and that is all we know as he never turned up. He messaged 1 hour before the first lesson to cancel due to car issues and so we gave him the benefit of the doubt and re- booked in for the following week. Following week rocks around and Adrian just doesn't bother to turn up. We phoned him numerous times, left messages and even text him with no reply....and 2 weeks later we still haven't heard from him. This is appalling behaviour and 4 hours worth of lessons missed. We have managed to find someone local instead who is fantastic and deserves our money. DO NOT USE BILL PLANT!

Don’t waste your time as the instructor I was given, cancelled on me continuously. Over a 2 month period, I had my intro lesson and one other lesson. He cancelled every week for 3 weeks in a row, and then rang the day before my third lesson meant to start and said he was going on holiday for two weeks. He was highly unprofessional and told me details about his own personal life that I simply didn’t want to know or need to hear. Also, said he’s instructor license was ending soon and the renewal hadn’t came and made me feel that as an instructor he was uninterested in teaching all he wanted was my pre block booking money. On my first real lesson after the intro and I had paid an upfront of a block booking, tells me that he no longer wants to be an instructor and that he will have limited day’s that I could do a lesson, which was highly restrictive. I wasn’t told this information before I commenced lessons. Another thing, is that my instructor used my holiday against you, so I got charged 55 pounds for going on holiday for a week. As my holiday wasn’t invited even though I gave verbal advanced notice and we didn’t book a lesson for that week. After all the hassle that the company gave me when it came to getting my money back, my instructor told me that he had already spent it and I’ll have to wait for them to be paid for other sources which took several messages and phone calls to receive the refund he was pre prepared to give me back.

I have sent emails, no reply. I do not know what to say. They are simply horrible and do not have any courtesy. I need to report about to DVLA so they can take actions against them. they are taking significant money and do not reply to customers. Bought plates and they never came because net plates didn’t write full address. When I tried to resolve through Royal Mail and net plates, Royal Mail says it’s netplates responsibility to refund or resend item but netplates response is essentially “not my problem, I have sent it and you are the one who hasn’t received it”. Ultimately I’ve paid for something I haven’t received and I can’t even submit a claim without netplates proving they posted the item. This is a scam as far as I’m concerned

I was recommended Alfie’s Driving School by two friends who had passed their test using Alfie’s. My instructor, Leon made me feel at ease from my very first lesson and was encouraging and patient even when I made mistakes. I did an intensive 40 hour beginner course over 2 and a half weeks and was surprised at how quickly I progressed thanks to Leon’s excellent teaching. I have now passed and would definitely recommended Alfie’s Driving School.

I decided to apply for a UK licence having previously driven on my foreign driving licence, so I needed a few driving lessons to smooth out my bad habits before applying for my test. Mini me were local, reasonably priced and able to give me good initial advice from the first contact. Paul is the owner and the driving instructor, he has chosen to operate independently and therefore he is very customer driven. I really could not recommend Paul any higher, he is superb and was able to help me to pass first time this morning, after only a few lessons. Paul combines the perfect personal characteristics that I respect by being both professional and knowledgeable, he is also patient, good fun and light hearted. Paul was also able to advise me on some apps that automatically check for cancellations, I chose to pay to subscribe to drivingtestcancellations.co.uk and this enabled me to change my test date to an earlier and more convenient date. In short Paul is highly recommended.

My wife and I took the 1 hour course to lower our auto insurance rates. It was well worth the time to complete and the money spent (including a discount coupon offered thru our insurance agent). The first impression of this company was how they charged me $205 instead of $99. They designed it in a way where people would think that they are marking the box to agree to the original $99. I asked for a refund but they never followed through. The worst part about this company is that you cannot speak to anyone at any time. The many problems I had with the company were never resolved because they either don't respond or it would take days. Isn't it a scam?

I went on line to pay my husbands truck registration. I went to DMV.com and the site is very well put together I thought I was paying the DMV. I was not given a receipt after what I thought was a payment made and realized by looking at this site and others it was a scam. I cancelled my credit card within 30mins and the company took $3.99 out of the account. It caused me great upset as this outfit took money out of my account without any authorization. The first tip off that this is a complete and utter scam site, if you click any of the links on the page, none of them work. They're all broken links. But surprisingly the link to sign up to give them your credit card number works! AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE. And avoid the parent company who runs it, which is InfoTracer. These people are the epitome of the scum of the earth scammers. Hope you all burn in hell for scamming people out of their hard earned money with your GARBAGE.

In my first driving lesson with Ahmed, I have learned way more than I had learned with my previous instructor in 10 driving lessons. From the first driving lesson with him he makes me driving from the first minute till the last minute, no time wasting or whiteboard session, he would give me the instructions while driving, when it is safe to do so, which helped me developing my multitasking skills needed for driving. He is always conscious and his mind is always present. I felt very safe learning with him because he is always awake. He is very skilled and experienced driving instructor, knows how and when to tell you the information and repeats it while you drive until it became part of your subconscious, and can easily predict and figure my weakness points and explains to me clearly how to fix them. His technique in driving lessons and manoeuvres are more intuitive easy to follow. He started preparing me to pass the car prcatical driving test from first lesson, and helped in finding a quick early driving test slot after the lockdown, he managed to get me a test date in August. He saves me time and money by not wasting time from the driving lessons, he would me to watch videos on youtube about “show me tell me” and junctions or theoretical bits that I can do on my own before the driving lessons to skip the theoretical part. His car is perfectly easy to drive, can hardly stall, perfect for learner car drivers and perfect to do exam in it He has a few personal qualities which makes him a great driving instructor, he is calm, patient, humble and cheerful - makes the lessons less stressful-, he cares a lot about me passing more than making money, most importantly he would go the extra mile for you. He is super knowledgeable of all driving test routes and what are tricky parts and made me practice again and again until I can blindly do it. With Ahmed I have developed my driving skills and confidence very quickly, I never felt stressed at all with him I feel I was so lucky to find him, I would definitely recommend Ahmed to anyone as the best driving instructor.
