Mats ordered were for 2013 Explorer. When they arrived, the bill of lading read 2011 Explorer. Back seat mats were very good, passenger side mat was good, but the driver's side mat is too small and allows snow to get on the carpeting underneath. When I called to complain, I was told we should have ordered custom mats, not semi-custom!

I ordered mats to fit a 2004 Ford Exlorer. These mats were not available anywhere locally. When the mats arrived, they were as described and fit perfectly. I have used them now for several weeks. They are made of a quality material, and most importantly, they stay in place. No more rolling up like mats from the local auto parts store.

I ordered the winter window cover and it is an excellent product and I have used it daily. Thank you for your product and good postal service. I will shop with you again.

I haven’t received the item I order over three weeks ago. If I would have read the reviews before I order it I wouldn’t have prefer I would have went some where else. It nice how they can make people that work for them to give them a good rating but the first fifteen reviews were horrible and now it will be ending week 4 and still haven’t even receive an email or nothing this company should be investigated.

I wish all online transactions were this easy... I had to return the car mats to exchange for a different color... I did not pay any additional postage, your representative was knowledgeable and efficient, I'm a happy camper.

customer service need to go ahead and e-mail customer of their order's shipment tracking number as soon as they have this information...in my case I got in touch with customer service inquiring as to when my item was scheduled to arrive about 10 days after I ordered...that's when I was e-mailed my tracking number.

I ordered cargo mats totaling over $300 on 5/6 only to find out the front liner didn't fit correctly and had to send in SEVERAL photographs to prove it! Now a week later I never received the cargo mat and I was told by LeeAnn that they didn't know where it was and had no shipping information for my mat! How do you not have shipping information for a mat I ordered and you clearly took the money out of my account! So I was promised by LeeAnn on 5/18 the mat would be at my home by that Friday 5/20. Monday 5/23 rolls around and still no mat. I called and once again I am told they have no shipping information and don't know where it is. I said someone has to know where it is and if you don't then I need another one shipped immediately!! Darryl calls back to tell me they have shipped it today but he doesn't have a tracking number. No apology, no let me ship it overnight. Nothing! Hmmmm. So let's see if I ever actually get my mat.

I bought the custom seat covers for my 2013 Subaru Legacy. Overall I am happy with my purchase. A couple of issues I would address. The seat cover colors were mot true to the picture. There was a lack of instruction w/them for installation. My husband is a mechanic so he has tools and patience. We installed them together. For the lay person this can be a very difficult and almost impossible task. Delivery and ease of ordering was excellant. Will definitely be shopping again in the future w/Autosport.

The items arrived in an appropriate amount of time - less than two weeks. A tracking number would have been helpful.

I was able to find the perfect car mats for my "cherry" 2002 Toyota MR 2 Spyder. These mats make this classic look as good as it is fun to drive.

I bought the pedal Jake anti theft device which says it will fit my 2013 Jeep. It does not fit. Autosport would not exchange or refund the device.

I have used the cover only once, and I don't think I'll be using it ever again. The cover leaves marks on the car. I specifically bought it so it leaves no marks but it does and that too a lot.

Like most people I hate to drive with gloves on and wanted something to help me handle this bone chilling New England winter. I purchased the Dent driving gloves and they were exactly what I expected.
