I pre-ordered an Asus Zenbook Pro Duo, and due to production delays at the manufacturer it took longer to arrive than I initially expected. However, Excaliber reached out to me to let me know about the delay, and they provided me with a few options for proceeding, which I thought was more than fair. They then quickly customized the laptop to my specifications (I ordered an upgraded hard drive), and they shipped it to me shortly thereafter. I appreciated their excellent communication throughout the process.

I just bought my Asus Rog Strix Scar III from ExcaliberPC last Monday with two add-on SSDs and I also got a lot of free bundles (about 8 items of those with total value is over $400). ExcaliberPC customized it really fast within 2 days and on late Wednesday, my laptop was shipped. This was my first time dealing with Excaliberpc, and my first time buying a new computer in almost 10 years. I have to say the service I received was awesome. I contacted support a couple times and no matter what question I asked they were able to give me detailed information about it and always seemed happy to help me. Also the plethora of extra free stuff I got with my computer purchase was crazy! I couldn't believe they were able to include all of that. Everyone at this company is great and super helpful. I would like to specifically thank John. He talked to me quite a few times and was always willing to help and walk me through any questions I needed answered. Would highly recommend these guys.

Everything went as good as I was expecting, they delivered a good product even one day earlier and so far I have nothing to complain about. But imo the most important part when dealing with international orders is that the were responsive and attemptive all the time. Keep up the good work.

Today, I was looking for gaming laptop and I decided Msi GP65 rtx2060 model. However, I was just wondering if their payment page includes taxes or not but somehow that page never revealed. They directly said your order has been purchased.

My purchase of my system was great and smooth, they surprised me with a verification call to make sure I had actually ordered my computer and to verify where it was being shipped, etc. I appreciate the protection in this day of identity theft and online scams.
My only issue was with the extremely inflexible FedEx shipping that was used. It was shipped ground (my choice) and with a signature required (pretty standard), but I found I had no options to have it held at a FedEx location or to have the delivery altered in any way once it was shipped. Clearly for someone who works standard weekday hours that is more than difficult to be home during delivery hours. I was told i had to wait until a failed delivery attempt, then I had to figure it how to get a hold of a manager at ExcaliberPC to have THEM contact FedEx to arrange to have it held for pickup. I did eventually get my system, but later than I expected since I had to jump through so many hoops for delivery.

I received my MSI We73 mobile workstation on time and perfect condition! I also was able to save $200 compared to the competition. So needless to say “I am an extremely pleased customer”!

I was a bit nervous when they tried to deliver once and no one was home, but they tried again and the service was very good.

My laptop arrived within 2 days. It was securely packed. I wanted an ultrabook with 16 GB RAM and a 2 TB SSD. I couldn't find one anywhere, except at ExcaliberPC. They offered customization - upgrading the SSD from 512 GB to 2 TB. The price was very reasonable too. I would readily buy from them again. Their website is very informative and they offer lots of customization to suit all needs.

I had a crunched deadline to get my laptop before a work trip, so I called first to confirm they could make the customizations and ship it fast enough for me to configure all my software before heading out of town. I purchased the product on 08/01/2018 and they told me it would arrive around next Tuesday or Wednesday. I tried to get in touch with Steve, who I had originally talked to on Wednesday through email which I never got a response to. On Thursday I got worried and tried calling excaliber's number for about 20 minutes straight and no answer from anyone. I contacted my bank to see if I can still cancel it. An hour later my husband contacted excaliberpc and he got an answer saying that they just shipped my package and it arrived the next day.

Over all I got everything delivered that I was expecting but not without hiccups.

I was searching through the Internet for the best gaming laptop with the best deal. At the time of purchase, I found EXcaliberPC.com to include free stuff along with my order of a laptop! In case your credit card declines transaction, be sure to resolve your issue with your credit card company as soon as possible as people at EXcaliberPC.com may not be in office all the time, despite their hours. Overall, I successfully resolved my issue and received my order within a week.

I appreciated that a representative of the company called to confirm my online purchase and to review when the computer would ship. It gave me a chance to ask about the extras to be included, confirm the total purchase amount and get information on when to expect delivery. The computer and all accessories was delivered on time and was packaged great! The computer was a gift to my grandson and he is so pleased with the quality of the graphics and power to play his games.

they sent me message after 3 days tell me that order canceled cause No stock !
then return back the money :(
I lost 60 $ cause of Currency transmittal without any benefit or even recompense.
