I ordered a replacement battery for my Asus laptop which was relatively easy (by model number); the installation of Asus laptops requires disassembly of the case, but this too was relatively easy... I had bought s laptop and phone tool for this. It took about 30 minutes to carefully unscrew the case, remove the old dead battery and install the new one. The laptop immediately recognised the battery and powered to life... Very happy with my purchase... I highly recommend Laptop-Battery.org.uk and will definitely use them again!

Managed to get a new battery and charger for a 4.5 year old Clevo laptop for under £50. They made sure to confirm the charger would be the right size, which i thought was excellent. Delivery took 2 weeks - however, given the current situation this is understandable. Would highly recommend, free gift too!

This website seems to offer very attractive deals concerning laptop battery. Unfortunately, the vendor, presumably sitting in Honk Kong is not responding to queries about products/. I this conclude that this is a fake or unreliable source.

I ordered a laptop battery. Unfortunatly due to Covid-19 the battery too 2 weeks to arrive. However, I contacted the seller about this and they were fantastic!! I am very pleased with my laptop battery as it means I have a working laptop!!

The product that I requested (a laptop keyboard) arribed ok and it was the right make/model, which is a lot considering that it is a 5 year old laptop. On top of that they were kind enough to email mail with questions to ascertain the order and followed up on my queries regarding the order. The best was the fact that I ordered a US layout just because on the web there was not option for ES. However, then found that out based on my comments and did send a ES layout version. That was top!

I am very pleased. It was easy to order my replacement laptop battery and although it took 16 days (incl. weekends) to arrive, postage was very very economical (only £3.96 for quite a sizeable packet).

STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY!!! I am extremely unhappy with this company because they don't take their responsabilities and their offer a cheap service. You have to fight you way to be heard, trusted and maybe, if you are lucky, provided with the proper service. Two orders with that company and two big mistakes: In 2013 I asked for their advice about the kind of battery I needed. I trusted them and then received a battery that wouldn't fit my computer. I could not return them since I had agreed on the product thinking they were professionals In 2015 I decided to let it go and put that mistake aside. Once again, I ordered a battery paying extremely attention to the reference number. This time I get the right battery but the wrong Miliamp Hours. After exchanging mails like for one month because they wouldn't believe me they had made a mistake, they finally agreed to get the product returned in Asia... the shipping fees my own cost!!! I can't believe how cheap they act and how irresponsible they are!!! I could pay the shipping fee but it's a question of principles. You better have no probems with this company because that's the kind of service you will get if you order with them AND your order results being wrong. I usually don't write reviews but I really feel angry and above all I mostly feel wronged. Ordered a laptop battery which was delivered very quickly and really well packed. Really good price too. Due to the amount of laptop models available, they were very meticulous in ensuring that the right model of battery was sent. All in all a very good experience and will most certainly be using them again.

Novatech advised me that Laptop-Battery.org.uk could provide me with a compatible battery for my Novatech Model N1595 Laptop. Tracking the delivery of the first battery I ordered it seemed to go astray in Hermes central warehouse. Laptop-battery.org.uk refunded the money I had paid in full, without quibble, suggesting I re-order. I re-ordered on condition carriage was via normal post. Apart from an initial delay due to the Chinese New Year, the battery was delivered in good time by Parcelforce. The battery fitted my laptop perfectly and is working well.

I bought 2 laptop lithium ion batteries advertised as brand new. The batteries that arrived after two weeks shipping from Hong Kong but were used and had the manufacture date scratched off with a cheap sticker covering this up. Very disappointed in their service for doing this. Won't be buying from them again. Lodged a dispute with paypal and now need to fight for a refund and find some more batteries.
