I ordered a PCGA-PRZ1 port replicator for my Sony Vaio PCG-Z1RA.

Pros:
Arrived 3 days ahead of schedule, packaged nicely, no apparent damage. Perfect for my college studies where I carry my laptop around frequently. Customer service was easy, and provided me with a tracking number for my package. Pricing was fairly reasonable and low compared to sonystyle.com, which was $199 with free shipping. The total I paid for was $154 + $15 = $169, so I saved about $30 after shipping.

Cons:
Did not include original box, so I could not register my port replicator. Not even sure if this product was new, since it wasn't in it's original box, but had most of its packaging. Shipping was outrageous for such a light product (2 lbs cost $15 for Airborne Express ground). Not sure if the product was insured.

Overall was pretty good. I just hope this port replicator doesn't break.

Ordered a Dell U183K inverter for a studio one, their site said it was in stock on the 10th of December. Ordered it and no one called me/no arrival for a week. When I finally called a nice lady said that it was going to arrive the next week, and offered free overnight shipping. This did not happen. I called again, spoke to Bob, who said he was going to do some research and call me back in 5 minutes but never called back.

I called again and spoke to Bob, who then said I should cancel the order. Thanks guys! Give me my money back or I'll make you pay.

I needed a hard drive for Sony Vaio laptop, and after an hour on the Sony site looking for documentation and specs (there isn't a whole lot there) I went to Pricewatch (of course). There were no Sony laptop hard drives even on the list, and Sony indicated that the drives were integral to the motherboard. I took a big breath and called Notebook Parts. I had a little trouble understanding the nice woman, but she was sure that they had a drive for the Vaio for $90 including shippng. The drive came (no invoice or packing slip) in about 3 days. I held that breath until I actually installed the drive and got the Windows XP activation done. I'll let the breath out when my credit card bill comes for $90. Good information, good drive (a Compaq pull), good service. Another good web purchase, sort of like winning at Russian Roulette.

I ordered a motherboard for a Dell Studio 1458 laptop, but the motherboard I received was not for that model of laptop. I tried calling their customer service to see why they had sent me the wrong board, and I had to call 8 times periodically throughout a normal business day to reach someone. When I finally got to speak to someone they told me their sales/purchasing person would call me back. I never received a call, and had to try again the next day.

I finally got to speak to someone named Mary, and she told me she didn't have an answer as to why I received the wrong board. She told me she would call me the next day with an answer, but she sent me an e-mail, instead. In the e-mail she told me that because the possibility exists that I could have taken the motherboard out of the packaging and damaged it they could not swap it out for the board I ordered. Are you kidding me?! You send me a product I didn't order and then say, "too bad!" They apparently do not have what I originally ordered in stock, either.

I would dispute the charge on my card, but I paid through Paypal, so that doesn't seem to be an option.

I'm out $265 because of these people, and I'm stuck having to try and sell this thing on Ebay. Do not ever do business with these people. You will regret it.

I needed a power supply for a KDS 6000 series. This is the only place that seemed to have it. I needed it the next day, and decided to give them a try.

I placed the order online, and got a error message when I clicked on order. I called them up, got someone right aways, and they told me the order was placed. They couldnt give shipping price, just power supply + shipping.

I recieved it the next morning, well packaged, and it worked good. My only compaint is that there was no printed invoice. And if I want to find out how much I was charged for shipping i'll just have to wait till next month will my cc bill comes.

Besides that, it seemed like a good place to buy.

Don't do bussiness with this company, I purchased a replacement battery for my Compaq laptop, it was listed as new original. It won't hold a charge for more than 10 minutes and now they say there is no warranty.

I purchased a replacement battery for a Sony laptop, made by a Chinese third-party manufacturer. The battery CEASED working completely. The website for the manufacturer states there is a 6 month warrantee. Notebookparts told me to screw off. Bad cust serv. Will never order again.

I ordered an optical drive for a ProBook 440 G1 8 days ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. Now they tell me if I want one with a face plate it will take an additional 10 days, so I opted to get one without it at a 10 dollar refund. Now they tell me it will take an additional 10 days for it to arrive. So told them to take half the refund and do a 2 day ship. I bet the other 5 bucks its the wrong damn one and that it takes to the middle of next week. I should have checked the reviews first and said the hell with the cost.

Recently ordered 681999-001 mobo from them. It arrived on 5/13, and I went to install it on 5/14. I realized it was missing the connector for the internal charging cable to plug into. I waited until Monday, 5/16 to report the issue and crossed my fingers, since their site says 48 hours to report bad or damaged goods for RMA. I was contacted immediately, given an RMA and a prepaid label to return it. They offered to replace it free, with no cost for shipping. The associate who took my info (Mary), then realized that my original order had been credited to my C/C, so she asked me to reorder. I placed a second order with a note to ensure that it had the correct connector. The shipping department didn't see the note and shipped back the same board I had returned. Again, Mary caught the mistake and shipped another board overnight. I was given another prepaid label to return the incorrect one. When the correct one arrived, I installed it only to find out that the onboard video wasn't working. They said that they could not exchange it again, since they had no more stock, but offered to RMA it once again. I returned this one and they credited my C/C for the full amount. I could not ask for any more helpful or courteous assistance from Customer Service at any company. I will certainly have them in mind for future business.

I ordered a fan for my laptop on a Tuesday morning. I paid extra for next day shipping. It is now Thursday and no product. The most recent delivery says Friday. Service like that is just terrible. If I don't get it I may have to dispute the charge on my credit card. This is so frustrating. If I could give this company zero stars I would do. I would be very skeptical of any good reviews you read here.

Ordered for 2 day delivery to fix my laptop before I left on a trip. They sent it 4 day shipping to arrive the day I left. Kept saying I was rude and hanging up on me when I tried to call. They eventually adjusted the shipping and I recieved it in 2 days but it was like trying to pull teeth. Would not use unless there is no other option.

Orded on Oct. 18, Receieved on Oct. 20 got DOA board, RMA on Oct. 24, Receieved on Nov. 1 still DOA. Called every two days, no one can/will help me.

I wanted to order a part for my brother for Christmas. Of course, left it to the last minute. I called them to make sure I would get it before the 29th. I was told it would ship out the same day.
I got an email that night with the tracking number. I received the package the next day.
Good company. Provided the best service even in the pre-christmas rush.
