If you're considering a trip to Africa call this team...they earned 5 stars in so many ways. Cool, extremely knowledgeable, able to stay within our budget, delivered on each promise and expectation. Only thing they missed was tell us to relax ... but we figured it out on day 3. Visiting Kenya is not only for the well to do with deep pockets...the Scott Dunn team showed us how to get a 5 star experience on a 3 star budget...great value for us. Jim, Lisa and two very lucky kids.

Scott Dunn's personal service and knowledge of their subject was second to none

Sarah Worby looked after us from our first enquiry through to our return to the UK with true professionalism, care and concern

She took great trouble to understand our requirements; her own experience of Jordan and Oman and the practicalities of our trip, combined with her practical and imaginative suggestions ensured a stimulating and care free holiday

This was the third vacation where we used Scott Dunn. As usual, they provided great service throughout the trip. They stayed connected and were able to make changes to the itinerary when required, on short notice. We didn't experience any glitches and everything went as planned. Our local agent stayed in touch throughout

I was very excited to use Scott Dunn as a referral from a friend. My booking experience was great but that has changed once the Coronavirus interrupted our travel plans. Scott Dunn is refusing to stand by their customers and provide a refund for a trip we literally cannot take. ALL other vendors, including airlines, have provided refunds in full but Scott Dunn comes up with excuse after excuse as to why they can’t. We literally cannot go on our trip even if we wanted to (all our flights have been canceled by the airlines). For being a luxury travel operator with customer experience first and foremost, they are failing miserably. I regret choosing to use them instead of independently booking my trip which by all accounts, had I done it myself, I would have all my money back by now. They booked a Marriott property for us and Marriott has told me in three separate types of communication, including directly from the property, that they are providing full refunds no matter what. So in my eyes, Scott Dunn is keeping my money for themselves instead of being a customer-centric, hospitality provider.

Our trip to Myanmar over Christmas and new year 19/20 was amazing. The trip was super well arranged, the guides knew their fields and were interesting and service minded. All transfers, flights etc was taken care of and we could just sit back and enjoy the wonderful holiday. We loved it

We could not be happier to have used Scott Dunn on our recent Cambodian and Thailand Adventure. Louis kept 3 teenagers so captivated through every cultural, adventure or culinary experience. We cannot wait to plan our next adventure.

I worked with Allison Carey at Scott Dunn and she was nothing short of amazing from Day 1. She's very personable, detail-oriented, a very good listener, and she made incredibly creative suggestions. Everything she set up for my family on our trip went smoothly every single time; the excursions were awesome; the entire trip was perfect. I plan to have a very long relationship with Scott Dunn and it is all due to the impeccable service I received from Allison Carey.

I was very disappointed, having paid a lot of money for a holiday and booked it reasonably well ahead of time, when we turned up to one of the hotels we were put in the only room which had only one basin in the bathroom. I would have expected Scott Dunn to know which rooms were to be avoided and ensured they were not booked. I did email the chap who I had booked the holiday through and he said he'd call me upon my return but he never did.

From our first call with Meg Shapro to our trip back from Kenya, every detail was perfect. She arranged our private safar guides, horseback riding, hot air balloon ride, walking safaris, and travel down to the final details.

We went to the Lewa Conservancy and stayed at the Lewa House. Wow! Calms and Sophie made us feel so welcome. The earth
pod homes, great guides and impeccable food was nothing less than stellar. We stayed at Alex Walker’s Serbian camp in the Mara. We were in tent 6 right on the Mara river. Hippos sang us to sleep each night. We saw so many animals and the wildebeest crossing. Guides, food and service was top notch. If you are looking to have a seamless travel experience in Africa, call Scott Dunn.

Emilie shows her excellent professionalism in her job, from the detailed itinerary to the hotels and transportation she made for us. I am very happy with her service. The two female guides at Zhangjiajie and Huangshan, 刘滢 and 王文娟, were very good. They really understood the needs of elderly travelers. But the male guide at Huangshan took a little too many smoking breaks.

This is our first experience with Scott Dunn and it has been a truly fantastic holiday. Camilla was extremely professional and well knowledged in every area of our trip, she fully understood what we were looking for and advised us accordingly, We were well taken care of and didn’t feel like strangers in a foreign place even though we had never been there before. Her recommendation of hotels, excursions and restaurants were on point even to the extent of what to order on the menu.

Second year of using Scott Dunn and they have impeccable service. Great knowledge of the recommendations and good understanding of what I wanted for the family. Always get back to you quickly and in a friendly way. Highly recommend them.

We deal with Charlotte Carter at scott dunn for our skiing holiday every year and she is always very helpful and makes the whole experience straightforward. She answers queries promptly and is an asset to Scott Dunn.
