Chris came to do the job today: exchanging our old led lighting in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. He also installed surge protection and upgraded the switchboard to current regulation with correct size mains switch, individual safety switches on every circuit, new earthing for mains and organized an inspection of the works. All the work was done speedily, efficiently, and without much disruption

I experience horrible service of an employee for 10 minutes of service - total work carried out was plugging in an extension cord and charged $100.

Ridiculously overcharged a pensioner for 2 circuit breakers $700. Charged $240 per hour!! On top of that, a "sundry fee" of $10 - for what??!! Clearly I am in the wrong job!! As there is no capping on what they can charge - they are taking full advantage of that fact! The Government needs to look at this very carefully and put regulations in place.

3 in 1 bothroom heater installation

Installed three light fittings and bathroom heater.

I called Star Plus Group to fix my gas heater as it was not working. Adam attended the job and fixed the issue quickly. I am very happy with the service and quick response to my request.

I booked an electrician to install a brand new light fitting, and when he arrived late, and just 15 minutes before his knock-off, he refused to do the work because he was told he was just coming to change a lightbulb - this was certainly not what was booked in. He then claimed I owed him $110 as a minimum charge, despite doing no work whatsoever. I was also never told about this minimum charge at any stage of the booking process. He refused to leave until he had the $110 but reassured me a quick phone call to HQ would see me receive a refund. Enter the most unprofessional Managing Director I've ever met. No return phone call despite several messages and no return email when formally notified of the events that occurred. No refund and no apology. Beware this company! Extremely dodgy and unprofessional.

I wanted to change light switch plates for my house and had star plus electrician to do them for me. Great service at a reasonable price.

I had star plus come out to install two powerpoints and light fittings.

I had some electrical issues with my switchboard but all fixed by Aaron. I highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking for an electrician.

I wanted to get all my plumbing checked so I called Star Plus Group plumbers for an advise and they sent one of their plumbers for an inspection. Mark was great to deal with.

My exahust fan was not working so I called Star Plus Group in the morning and it was fixed this afternoon.

Over charged, left the site filthy when I send a text to the plumber he just said "I am a plumber not a cleaner" will not recommend them at all... BAD experience...
