You have no rights as a consumer Here's one more scammed by this platform, I bought a game that was in the "key games" category but it was really a shared steam account. I only realized it within 10 minutes of buying it and contacted support. They have treated me horribly and I can confirm what people and even trustpilot say, this platform is not trustworthy, I feel like I am being scammed and they do not return my money, they have to know that consumer rights do not exist on this platform. They say that there is a 30-day guarantee and that it is also instant, since both are lies. I don't even have anything I bought, nor do I want it, since their offer is misleading... and they know it.

These are Russian scammers who will steal your money, they are also selling stolen accounts. RUN!!!! For a start, all of these "CD Keys" are just stolen accounts that they have phished from people you do not receive any keys only account credentials. Just so you know, I have contacted them and they were disgustingly rude. I've never in my life experienced "Support" like that. In fact, because I had previously asked them for the support they knew my name and did not accept my live chat request. Instead, I had to create a fake name and email and act as if I wanted to purchase something and of course, they answered my live chat request instantly at that point. (I will attach the chat transcripts as it was honestly like nothing I've ever experienced.. I'm serious... Don't think that this is some review written out of anger and haste... it's not.. they are legitimate scammers who collude with the sellers on the site, all accounts on the website are stolen and they then attempt to recover them after selling them) All the positive reviews you see were paid for. If you don't believe me just read them and you'll see the trend and how they are written. They say ohhh contact support and we will be happy to help. This is a complete lie to make you believe they are professional. If you open a case or a request for a refund they will not reply to you, one said and I quote "fu*k off you stupid c*nt you lost your money, get over it" and closed my chat, I was forced to act under a different alias in order to gain any response. As I said they state contact us and we'll be happy to help. It's a complete lie, the only time I got them to reply to me via live chat or email was when I faked my identity and pretended to be a new customer and these dumb pieces of **** scammers believed it. Btw they denied me a refund until I said ok we'll I will write a bad review and when I said that he proceeded to abuse me and returned the money. I could write you a 10-page document as to why but I don't have time XD. If you don't believe me look at their reviews, they clearly pay for good reviews. it's no coincidence that 50% say RUN THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS! and the other 50% say omg this was the greatest service I've ever experienced and hmmm how od that 50% in favour are in broken English. They stole my money and they will steal yours too. UPDATE: They have since attempted to use my saved debit card information to purchase over $5000.000 worth of cd keys from their own website. Thankfully my bank stopped it, but it could have been a lot worse!

If I could I wouldn't give a star since they literally robbed me, I bought FIFA 20 for £30 qwid, the actual game was costing me £55 so I saved £25, which was great, but it lasted 4 Months and then Steve said "there is just no lifetime warranty we only offer 1 month warranty" So basically £30 was only worth 4 months, great. Why would anyone pay £30 for 4months, MY BAD. KNOW THE RISKS.

!!!Scam!!! I bought WoW boost. They provide info that all is secure and no bans will be given. After boost, my acc was banned for 1 month + all I get from boost will be rolled back. So, I lost money for boost and 30day of paid time because of them. I contacted them and they said that only 50% can be refunded. After a long chat they refund me 100% but nothing for game time. When I tried to buy game time from them they asked 62$ for 60-day when blizzard ask 42$ for 90 day When I try to ask why so expensive Support told me to go buy from Blizzard.

Unfortunately waited to open the first box until we already had 3 of them on the table and now have 4. The remaining 3 may never be opened. I don't get the high reviews. You get a letter, a few (cool and high quality!) trinkets, and some card that you supposedly can use to access a website. I don't get how they can even call this a game. There was no game or mystery or story to the box. Just a letter about someone who went missing with no real clues or instructions on what you are even supposed to do. I'm glad others liked it but I will never buy one of these kind of boxes again. Was really looking forward to something interesting to do with my wife.

This is the website for the video game Angry Birds. I can't comment about the game itself other than my son does love the games they put out. What I DIDN"T like about this site is that when I went to the site to download the new Angry Birds Space game to my son's laptop for him, the price they stated they would charge you is different then what your credit card charges you. When I downloaded it the site said $5.95 and although I was ok with that, when I got may actual credit card bill I was charged a $2 international transaction fee. For a DOWNLOAD. Whatever. Apparently the website is not based in the US and downloading the game is considered an International transaction and most credit cards charge a fee for International transactions. I know it's only $2, but the thing that I found really annoying is that nowhere on the website does it state that it is considered an international transaction, or that there will be an additional cost. It really needs to be stated somewhere on the website, and I just thought I'd give people a heads up if you're like me and not aware of it.

Please don't give them money. Their games seem to pick a preferred winner before the game starts. Sometimes that's you but if you don't give them money over time...you are done. I even noticed a cue ball moving slightly on change of players.

Back in the day, IGN was one of the good video game review sites, but now, it's nothing more than a joke. The reviews these days are horrible, as IGN will give good ratings to Call Of Duty games while any game involving Sonic The Hedgehog gets a bad review. One Kirby game got a low score because of the complaint about the campaign being short (which is kind of expected from a Kirby game). This is not a site for those looking for honest reviews.

There was a thing - Battlefield 3 came out - IGN said "It's a COD killer". Couple months later another Call of Duty game came out (I dont even remember which because there are too many of those). Guess what IGN said then? "COD is so great omg ololol..." How can you trust some sellout like that?

STAY AWAY FROM GRAMNO UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ACCOUNT BANNED OR SUSPENDED!! to be brief and straight to the point, I purchased HS rank boost 2 months ago, 1 month afterwards my HS account was suspended and the email sent from Blizzard was regarding my legendary card back being removed and my account suspended for 30 days, but what got me so angry and riled to write this review wasn't the fact I was lied to claiming it was 100% safe, which clearly wasn't, it was the fact that the support LIED straight to my face claiming it is a "normal suspension that blizzard does before every expansion to clear the servers" never heard a more blunt! then they claimed for several weeks that to get a refund i need to contact and Admin, who conveniently was never ever online whenever i wrote them messages in the support chat, every single time it was , Admin is not here, try later. I opened a dispute on PayPal and the admin didn't even bother to stake his claim on the money I paid, he agreed to do a partial refund to which I did not agree and I suggest to everyone whom got hurt by their service, to open a dispute and not bother with the support chat, they will only delay and tell you lies until you won't be able to ask for a refund (30 days). I have all the screenshots of the conversation. those bastards are making false claims.

I bought an account that ended up having nothing on it and then was told i'm not being refunded or reimbursed! Please beware of buying from these guys. Trying to use The Sims Resource is at the very least a hassle, and at most like trying to rip your own eyeballs out of their sockets. Its painful dedication to throwing ads at you is disgustingly ugly and annoying. Trying to use TSR without an adblock is almost impossible, it's worst than any other website I've been to. There are ads literally on every part of the screen that you don't need to click on to download the goddamn custom content. Trying to use TSR with an adblock is buggy and difficult, as the website tries to actively fight against it. They might has well lock you out from using the entire website as their current solution to adblocks is have you wait upwards of 2 minutes for each download. That leads me to the one semi-recent change that they made to this website which does make it ENTIRELY unusable for me. Before, you had the option to load up as many downloads as you want, and go to each tab clicking download on them, which you often do with Sims 4 cc. However, now you are unable to download even *ONE* thing if there is another cc counting down the 10 seconds (or 2 minutes) it takes to show you its download link. This is utterly ridiculous. This website is scum, and they basically take amazing cc hostage to lure you into their gross greed. I refuse to use this awful website.

I've downloaded many Custom Contents (CC) from hairs to clothes to decorations from the site and they all work great with my game!! There are many and I mean MANY great designs (for all categories) on the site. They're FREE to download with a little "catch" - you do have to wait 10 seconds to view some ads. But its worth the wait! The community is also great at giving advises and help newbies learn to make their own custom contents (CC) by providing tools and tutorials. You can also post question in the forum to ask for help and you'll get some respond with great tips and suggestions.

The game itself has become repetitive, but it's not because of riot. it's because the community has grown so entitled and so toxic, you can't play the game without having to mute atleast someone. And at some point, you've just seen it all, the game gets boring and with everyone muted all the time... well... the game loses it's charm

Promised 45 min delivery for a small fee, (I only spent about £4 overall) and then refused to trade when i arrived, then said to put items on AH and refused to buy them in game, giving me 2 minutes to get from outlands to ratchet. Awful customer service, threaten them with paypal, or try tell them you will make a big order if they hurry up and you MIGHT get your gold. I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere, i was told they had 112k on my server and they still have not delivered. Paypal dispute coming up! for one of "paypals top ten partners..." or some other bull$#*!..

I placed a single division boost, it's been 2 weeks since the boost started and I decided to just quit the boost with a 45% winrate with 23 games and failed promos...... I could have accomplished this by myself all while saving myself 80 euro. They won't let you swap boosters unless they agree to it, which is essentially holding your boost hostage. No fun, had to legitimately use another site to achieve my boost goal.

Company does NOT return calls or emails! We ordered a controller for my son at the beginning of Nov. and it took weeks for me to get in touch to find the status of my order. I had to leave numerous messages and several rude emails over a month and a half. After having the controller for 2 1/2 months there are issues with the buttons and ONCE again unable to get a response! Dont waste your time or money!

So far I have waited 3 weeks for a product that the site claims should arrive in 5-10 days. It took 2 weeks before they even updated it to shipping and then claimed they waited 5-10 days to ship it because they were waiting to ship a newer product. If ordered the old product, then send me the old product. This is how business is conducted. It sounds more to me like they ran out of caeds or simply forgot my order. Either way, no need for radical stories, just tell me you forgot to ship it or ran out. I will give them 3 more weeks as others have suggested then call the bank to get my money if it does not arrive. Exactly 6 weeks. Not a day later.

I've been waiting 3 weeks. I've had them email me at first for a while but they stopped and I'm still waiting. I'd give them a 4 star when or if it arrives. 5 stars if they didn't take so long. How are other people in these reviews saying they got it in a week? To UK? Im in Ireland, shouldnt take 2 extra weeks

I am a Canadian citizen and should be tax exempt because they are shipping it to me from the usa. when i saw my bill i was charged tax even though i should not have been because its being shipped to me in Canada, and the customer service rep did not even know that. And would not get back to me I will never deal with them again.

-CHEAPLY MADE / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS; The following was my experience with Astro Gaming headset A40 (with Mix Amp Pro): Broke when simply shifting head size - plastic came away from frame & obviously wiring was effected because that side of headset was no longer functional (no sound). -NO CUSTOMER SERVICE (false advertisement on web site): After sending in for repair/ replacement (cost me $20 shipping) They did not specify if it was being returned after repair or being replaced with a new headset. Returned an incomplete headset (without side panels/ tags) FInally after emailing AGAIN- they shipped the side panels for us to 'click on' They NEVER even apologized for the inconvenience of having to ship back their defective product (at my expense). Never responded to my emails...I emailed who I thought was the owner and he emailed me back right away-turns out he sold the company to someone else but said he would forward the email to the customer service manager.... Never any response still. Even though I was without a headset for a month, they never felt it necessary to apologize for the inconvenience. Lame

Terrible experience after purchasing RAGE 2 PC (ASIA) + DLC. Received the wrong key. After using the key on Bethesda.net Launcher an error is received mentioning that the key is invalid. It is clear that they are selling fake/used keys. Tried getting in touch with customer support however they were unable to provide any assistance. They acknowledged the issue however mentioned that it would take 10 days to determine whether an refund is applicable. So far have not received any response from them.

Somehow accidentally ordered 2 Xbox live keys. Asked for a refund via email but just received generic response. Been on their live chat 3 times now but after waiting for an hour I Leo getting cut off. I've now sent 3 emails but again just get generic responses. These lot are awful. Won't order from them again. Despite my payment card working perfectly when ordering from sites such as Amazon / DroidX / Funstock / PlayAsia / ShoptTo / 365Games etc, thegamecollection is randomly unable to take payments using my card details. I have spoken with my bank and they inform me that thegamecollecion didn’t even try to take the payment in the first place, as there is no record of any declined payments. Therefore this is clearly an issue with thegamecollections systems and is most certainly not the fault of the customer. The thegamecollection, rather than contacting the customer to resolve any issues, simply cancel the preorder. This results in pre orders which have been on their system for months, randomly being cancelled just days before the release date. 1) I do not expect the games I have pre-ordered on my account to be cancelled without any attempt whatsoever to resolve the issue with me the customer. 2) I pre-order games to ensure I receive them on the release date, unfortunately thegamecollection have no respect for their customers pre-orders and would rather cancel them outright than make any effort whatsoever to contact the customer to resolve a problem, even ones caused by their own systems. 3) thegamecollection provides no facility to update or change your payment details on existing pre-orders. So you can’t even change the payment method for outstanding pre-orders without having to cancel them and reorder, thereby losing your position in the queue. I previously informed thegamecollection that I will not tolerate such poor customer service. I gave them a second chance and sent them an email, stating that in the future, I expect to be contacted before my pre-orders are cancelled, so that I may be given the opportunity to resolve the issue with them. However, sadly, this simple request was ignored, as a result I am today without a game which I had pre ordered months in advance because of thegamescollections poor customer service and systems issues AGAIN PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND PURCHASE YOUR GAMES ELSEWHERE ! I would hate for any gamer / game collector to suffer as I have due to thegamecollections ineptitude. As a supplier, clearly thegamecollection has no respect for their customers and simply cannot be relied upon !

Only reason they are getting two stars is because they did get me my promotion. First off all it was super easy to order but after that then I got a bit disappointed. They played 2 games only in my role then the rest at ADC playing champs that I paid extra for them to only play. Also had my summoner skills set up a certain way and they changed those after a few games and messaging them they finally changed back. To make up for it they stated they would give me 2 free wins, well that was followed up by then losing 3 in a row. If you don’t care if it looks like you boosted or not then go for it, but I’m super disappointed in their service and charging for extras the booster doesn’t even go by.
